本发明涉及一种再生橡胶处理方法,支撑台、外壳、旋转装置、破碎装置、筛分装置、返料装置、清洗装置和收集框,所述支撑台上端焊接有外壳,外壳上端安装有旋转装置,外壳内部安装有破碎装置,破碎装置下端依次设置有筛分装置和清洗装置,筛分装置右端设置有返料装置,支撑台下端设有收集框。本发明提供的一种再生橡胶处理方法,可以解决人工回收再生橡胶时,先将废弃橡胶切碎,再将切碎后的橡胶洗净、晾干后收集,人工破碎橡胶费时费力,且人工破碎出的橡胶颗粒大小不一以及现有橡胶回收处理设备在回收再生时,通常直接对废弃橡胶进行一次破碎工作,且破碎后的橡胶颗粒需通过人工或其它清洗设备对其清洗,减低废弃橡胶回收再生的效率等问题。

橡胶是指具有可逆形变的高弹性聚合物材料,在室温下富有弹性,在很小的外力作用下能产生较大形变,除去外力后能恢复原状。早期的橡胶是取自橡胶树、橡胶草等植物的胶乳,加工后制成的具有弹性、绝缘性、不透水和空气的材料。橡胶是高弹性的高分子化合物,分为天然橡胶与合成橡胶二种。橡胶制品广泛应用于工业或生活各方面,对于使用后废弃的橡胶,可对其进行回收再生,减少污染的同时提高资源重复利用的效率。
现有橡胶回收处理设备在对橡胶进行回收处理时,常存在以下问题:
(1)采用人工回收再生橡胶时,通常先通过人工将废弃橡胶切碎,再将切碎后的橡胶洗净、晾干后收集,由于人工破碎橡胶费时费力,使得废弃橡胶回收再生的效率低,且人工破碎出的橡胶颗粒大小不一,破碎效果较差;
(2)现有橡胶回收处理设备在对橡胶进行回收再生处理时,通常现有橡胶回收处理设备直接对废弃橡胶进行一次破碎工作,单次破碎出的橡胶颗粒效果差,且破碎后的橡胶颗粒需通过人工或其它清洗设备对其清洗,清洗时转移破碎后的橡胶过程繁琐,减低废弃橡胶回收再生的效率。
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种再生橡胶处理方法。
发明内容
本发明所要解决其技术问题所采用以下技术方案来实现:一种再生橡胶处理方法,具体处理方法如下:
S1.收集废弃橡胶:通过人工收集废弃橡胶,从而对其进行再生处理;
S2.破碎清洁:废弃橡胶收集完成后,通过人工将其放入破碎装置,使得旋转装置带动破碎装置将废弃橡胶破碎,使得废弃橡胶经过破碎后进入清洗装置进行清洁,从而对破碎后的橡胶进行清洁;
S3.下料收集:废弃橡胶破碎清洁后落至收集框,通过人工将收集框中进过破碎清洁的橡胶集中收集晾干,从而对废弃橡胶进行回收再生;
在上述步骤S1-S3对橡胶进行回收处理过程中,通过采用特定设计的装置对橡胶进行回收处理,该装置具体包括支撑台、外壳、旋转装置、破碎装置、筛分装置、返料装置、清洗装置和收集框,所述支撑台上端中部焊接有外壳,外壳上端安装有旋转装置,外壳内部上侧安装有破碎装置,破碎装置下端设置有筛分装置,筛分装置安装在外壳内侧中部,筛分装置右端设置有返料装置,返料装置安装在外壳内部右端,筛分装置下方设置有清洗装置,清洗装置安装在支撑台上端,支撑台下端通过滑动配合的方式安装有收集框;其中:
所述破碎装置包括上料框、筛网、支撑板、安装轴、破碎片、固定套、两个铲起板和引料口,上料框安装在外壳上端,上料框下端安装有筛网,上料框上端安装有支撑板,支撑板与筛网之间通过轴承安装有安装轴,安装轴上焊接有破碎片,安装轴下端安装有固定套,固定套左右两端对称安装有铲起板,上料框下端安装有引料口,引料口对颗粒较小的橡胶进行引导,使得破碎后的橡胶完全落至筛分装置,具体工作时,人工将废弃橡胶放入上料框,通过旋转装置带动安装轴旋转,使得安装轴带动破碎片旋转,从而使得破碎片对废弃的橡胶进行初次旋转破碎,破碎过程中,通过安装轴带动固定套旋转,使得固定套带动铲起板旋转,从而将上料框底部的橡胶铲起,使得破碎片将其破碎完全,且破碎片破碎橡胶时,通过筛网对破碎后的橡胶进行筛选,使得较小的橡胶颗粒落至筛分装置进行进一步加工处理。
所述筛分装置包括安装板、筛分电机、旋转盘、固定螺母、销柱、摆动杆、筛箱、四个弹簧吊杆、脱料板和出料板,安装板焊接在外壳内侧中部左端,安装板上端通过电机安装板安装有筛分电机,筛分电机的输出端安装有旋转盘,旋转盘后端通过固定螺母固定,旋转盘上设置有销柱,销柱外侧通过轴承安装有摆动杆,摆动杆右端通过铰链安装有筛箱,外壳内侧中部前后对称安装有弹簧吊杆,弹簧吊杆下端通过铰链安装有筛箱,筛箱右端安装有脱料板,筛网下端安装有出料板,具体工作时,初次破碎后的橡胶颗粒落至筛箱后,通过筛分电机带动旋转盘旋转,使得旋转盘带动销柱旋转,从而使得销柱带动摆动杆摆动,使得摆动杆带动筛箱振动筛分破碎后的橡胶,使得颗粒较小的橡胶脱离筛箱通过出料板进入清洗装置进行清洁,较大的橡胶颗粒通过脱料板进入返料装置,使得返料装置将其输送至上料框,从而使得破碎片对废弃橡胶进行二次破碎,且筛箱筛选橡胶颗粒时,通过弹簧吊杆对筛箱进行缓冲减震和限位。
所述返料装置包括安装筒、挡板、连接套、返料电机、旋转轴、螺旋片和滑料板,安装筒安装在外壳内部右端,安装筒上端安装有挡板,挡板上端安装有连接套,连接套上端通过螺纹连接的方式安装有返料电机,返料电机的输出端安装有旋转轴,旋转轴通过轴承安装在安装筒内侧中部,旋转轴上安装有螺旋片,安装筒与上料框之间通过滑料板相连,具体工作时,筛箱筛选出的较大的橡胶颗粒进入安装筒,通过返料电机带动旋转轴旋转,使得旋转轴带动螺旋片旋转,从而使得螺旋片将筛选出的较大的橡胶颗粒输送至安装筒上端,通过挡板对其限位导向,使得筛选出的较大的橡胶颗粒经过滑料板滑入上料框内进行二次破碎。
所述清洗装置包括水泵、清洁机构和水管,水泵通过螺纹连接的方式安装在支撑台上端左侧,支撑台上端中部安装有清洁机构,清洁机构与水泵之间通过水管相连,具体工作时,破碎后的橡胶颗粒落入清洁机构,从而使得清洁机构对破碎后的橡胶颗粒进行清洗,且清洗过程中,通过水泵将清水经过水管输送至清洁机构,使得清洁机构将破碎后的橡胶颗粒清洗干净。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述旋转装置包括L形安装板、破碎电机、驱动带轮、从动带轮和皮带,L形安装板焊接在外壳上端左后方,L形安装板下端通过电机安装板安装有破碎电机,破碎电机的输出端安装有驱动带轮,破碎装置上端安装有从动带轮,从动带轮与驱动带轮之间通过皮带相连,具体工作时,废弃橡胶上料完成后,通过破碎电机带动驱动带轮旋转,使得驱动带轮通过皮带带动从动带轮旋转,进而使得从动带轮带动安装轴旋转,使得安装轴带动破碎片旋转破碎废弃橡胶。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述破碎片外侧表面均匀设置有突刺,突刺方便破碎片将废弃橡胶破碎充分。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述弹簧吊杆包括连接块、减震弹簧和连接杆,连接块前后对称安装在外壳内侧中部,连接块下端安装有减震弹簧,减震弹簧下端安装有连接杆,具体工作时,筛箱振动筛分过程中,通过筛箱拉动连接杆,使得连接杆带动减震弹簧升降,从而使得减震弹簧对筛箱进行缓冲减震和限位。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述安装筒下端左侧设置有进料口,且进料口下端通过焊接的方式安装有斜板,进料口方便较大的橡胶颗粒进入安装筒,斜板方便较大的橡胶颗粒进入安装筒的同时,降低初次破碎后的橡胶颗粒滑离安装筒,导致初次破碎后的橡胶颗粒不能进入上料框内进行二次破碎。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述清洁机构包括旋转电机、清洁框、固定板、横轴、搅拌杆和下料口,旋转电机通过电机安装板安装在支撑台上端中部,旋转电机右端设置有清洁框,清洁框安装在支撑台上端,清洁框下端设置有圆孔,清洁框上端左侧安装有固定板,且水管末端安装在固定板上,清洁框内部通过轴承安装有横轴,横轴上从左往右通过铰链均匀安装有搅拌杆,清洁框下端焊接有下料口,具体工作时,破碎完成后的橡胶颗粒进入清洁框,同时水泵将清水经过水管输送至清洁框,通过旋转电机带动横轴旋转,使得横轴带动搅拌杆转动,使得搅拌杆旋转搅拌破碎完成后的橡胶颗粒,从而使得搅拌杆将破碎完成后的橡胶颗粒清洗干净,破碎完成后的橡胶颗粒清洗完成后落至收集框,从而使得人工将收集框中进过破碎清洁的橡胶集中收集晾干,进而对废弃橡胶进行回收再生。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述搅拌杆上均匀设置有短杆,短杆方便搅拌杆将破碎完成后的橡胶颗粒搅拌散开,从而方便水流将破碎完成后的橡胶颗粒清洗干净。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1.本发明提供的一种再生橡胶处理方法,采用对废弃橡胶进行两次破碎筛分的回收方式对废弃橡胶进行再生,从而回收再生出颗粒小、质量好的橡胶颗粒,且通过设有的清洁机构对破碎后的橡胶颗粒进行清洗,从而去除橡胶颗粒中的污渍及杂质,进而得到干净清洁的橡胶颗粒,减少人工破碎、清洗的繁琐过程,从而提高废弃橡胶回收再生效率;
2.本发明提供的一种再生橡胶处理方法,通过设有的破碎片对废弃的橡胶进行旋转破碎,破碎过程中,通过铲起板将上料框底部的橡胶铲起,使得破碎片将橡胶破碎充分,且通过破碎片外侧表面设有的突刺方便破碎片将废弃橡胶破碎充分,保证破碎质量;
3.本发明提供的一种再生橡胶处理方法,通过设有的摆动杆带动筛箱振动筛分破碎后的橡胶,使得颗粒较小的橡胶进入清洗装置进行清洁,较大的橡胶颗粒通过返料装置输送至上料框,从而使得破碎片对橡胶进行二次破碎,确保橡胶破碎充分;
4.本发明提供的一种再生橡胶处理方法,通过设有的搅拌杆旋转搅拌破碎完成后的橡胶颗粒,从而使得水流将破碎完成后的橡胶颗粒清洗干净,且通过搅拌杆上均匀设置有短杆方便搅拌杆将破碎完成后的橡胶颗粒搅拌散开,从而保证水流将清洗效果更好。

S1.收集废弃橡胶:通过人工收集废弃橡胶,从而对其进行再生处理;
S2.破碎清洁:废弃橡胶收集完成后,通过人工将其放入破碎装置4,使得旋转装置3带动破碎装置4将废弃橡胶破碎,使得废弃橡胶经过破碎后进入清洗装置7进行清洁,从而对破碎后的橡胶进行清洁;
S3.下料收集:废弃橡胶破碎清洁后落至收集框8,通过人工将收集框8中进过破碎清洁的橡胶集中收集晾干,从而对废弃橡胶进行回收再生;

所述旋转装置3包括L形安装板31、破碎电机32、驱动带轮33、从动带轮34和皮带35,L形安装板31焊接在外壳2上端左后方,L形安装板31下端通过电机安装板安装有破碎电机32,破碎电机32的输出端安装有驱动带轮33,破碎装置4上端安装有从动带轮34,从动带轮34与驱动带轮33之间通过皮带35相连,具体工作时,废弃橡胶上料完成后,通过破碎电机32带动驱动带轮33旋转,使得驱动带轮33通过皮带35带动从动带轮34旋转,进而使得从动带轮34带动安装轴44旋转,使得安装轴44带动破碎片45旋转破碎废弃橡胶。

所述弹簧吊杆57包括连接块571、减震弹簧572和连接杆573,连接块571前后对称安装在外壳2内侧中部,连接块571下端安装有减震弹簧572,减震弹簧572下端安装有连接杆573,具体工作时,筛箱56振动筛分过程中,通过筛箱56拉动连接杆573,使得连接杆573带动减震弹簧572升降,从而使得减震弹簧572对筛箱56进行缓冲减震和限位。
所述返料装置6包括安装筒61、挡板62、连接套63、返料电机64、旋转轴65、螺旋片66和滑料板67,安装筒61安装在外壳2内部右端,安装筒61上端安装有挡板62,挡板62上端安装有连接套63,连接套63上端通过螺纹连接的方式安装有返料电机64,返料电机64的输出端安装有旋转轴65,旋转轴65通过轴承安装在安装筒61内侧中部,旋转轴65上安装有螺旋片66,安装筒61与上料框41之间通过滑料板67相连,具体工作时,筛箱56筛选出的较大的橡胶颗粒进入安装筒61,通过返料电机64带动旋转轴65旋转,使得旋转轴65带动螺旋片66旋转,从而使得螺旋片66将筛选出的较大的橡胶颗粒输送至安装筒61上端,通过挡板62对其限位导向,使得筛选出的较大的橡胶颗粒经过滑料板67滑入上料框41内进行二次破碎。
所述安装筒61下端左侧设置有进料口,且进料口下端通过焊接的方式安装有斜板,进料口方便较大的橡胶颗粒进入安装筒61,斜板方便较大的橡胶颗粒进入安装筒61的同时,降低初次破碎后的橡胶颗粒滑离安装筒61,导致初次破碎后的橡胶颗粒不能进入上料框41内进行二次破碎。
所述清洗装置7包括水泵71、清洁机构72和水管73,水泵71通过螺纹连接的方式安装在支撑台1上端左侧,支撑台1上端中部安装有清洁机构72,清洁机构72与水泵71之间通过水管73相连,具体工作时,破碎后的橡胶颗粒落入清洁机构72,从而使得清洁机构72对破碎后的橡胶颗粒进行清洗,且清洗过程中,通过水泵71将清水经过水管73输送至清洁机构72,使得清洁机构72将破碎后的橡胶颗粒清洗干净。
所述清洁机构72包括旋转电机721、清洁框722、固定板723、横轴724、搅拌杆725和下料口726,旋转电机721通过电机安装板安装在支撑台1上端中部,旋转电机721右端设置有清洁框722,清洁框722安装在支撑台1上端,清洁框722下端设置有圆孔,清洁框722上端左侧安装有固定板723,且水管73末端安装在固定板723上,清洁框722内部通过轴承安装有横轴724,横轴724上从左往右通过铰链均匀安装有搅拌杆725,清洁框722下端焊接有下料口726,具体工作时,破碎完成后的橡胶颗粒进入清洁框722,同时水泵71将清水经过水管73输送至清洁框722,通过旋转电机721带动横轴724旋转,使得横轴724带动搅拌杆725转动,使得搅拌杆725旋转搅拌破碎完成后的橡胶颗粒,从而使得搅拌杆725将破碎完成后的橡胶颗粒清洗干净,破碎完成后的橡胶颗粒清洗完成后落至收集框8,从而使得人工将收集框8中进过破碎清洁的橡胶集中收集晾干,进而对废弃橡胶进行回收再生。
所述搅拌杆725上均匀设置有短杆,短杆方便搅拌杆725将破碎完成后的橡胶颗粒搅拌散开,从而方便水流将破碎完成后的橡胶颗粒清洗干净。

S3.下料收集:废弃橡胶破碎清洁后落至收集框(8),通过人工将收集框(8)中进过破碎清洁的橡胶集中收集晾干,从而对废弃橡胶进行回收再生;
