2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the public network protection device comprises a public network protection main device and a public network protection standby device;
the public network protection main equipment is used for carrying out safety protection data processing on the encrypted data and the real-time positioning information received by the external network access exchanger unit under the normal condition and transmitting the data and the real-time positioning information to the internal network input exchanger unit;
and the public network protection standby equipment is used for transmitting the encrypted data and the real-time positioning information received by the external network access exchange unit to the internal network input exchange unit after carrying out safety protection data processing when the public network protection main equipment fails.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the set of routers includes a mobile network router and a unicom network router.

The system according to claim 1, wherein each of the dual-positioning encryption devices is a single independent dual-positioning encryption terminal, the dual-positioning encryption terminal is provided with a dual-positioning module and a data encryption module, and the dual-positioning module has dual positioning functions of Beidou positioning and GPS positioning; the data encryption module has the function of encrypting data output by the power distribution terminal equipment.

The system according to claim 1, wherein each of the dual-location encryption devices comprises a normal encryption terminal and a dual-location monitoring terminal; the common encryption terminal is used for encrypting data output by the power distribution terminal equipment; the double-positioning monitoring terminal is used for carrying out Beidou positioning and GPS positioning.

The accurate dual-positioning power distribution terminal monitoring and management system according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the monitoring and management server is further configured to generate a planned route according to the positioning information when it is determined that the power distribution terminal equipment fails, and send the planned route to an external monitoring and management terminal so as to guide an inspection worker to rapidly go to a failure point.
7. The system according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the monitoring management server is further configured to perform statistics on the operation data of the power distribution terminal devices.

The system for precisely monitoring and managing the double-positioning power distribution terminals as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the router group performs bidirectional authentication with external mobile special terminals through a cryptographic algorithm digital certificate to realize communication connection.
9. The system according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the intranet access switch group comprises a plurality of switch devices for intranet data access; the external network access switch group comprises a plurality of switch devices for external network data access.
10. The system according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the public network collection server group comprises a plurality of server devices for data collection and storage.
