the telescopic middle rod (111) is positioned between the fixed outer rod (3) and the telescopic inner rod (4) and sleeved outside the telescopic inner rod (4), and one end of the telescopic middle rod (111) penetrating through the middle rotating column (2) and the fixed disc (110) is fixedly connected with a supporting disc (112);
two groups of clamping assemblies (113) with the same structure and size are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the telescopic middle rod (111).
