Background
The portal frame is widely applied to power plants and substations of power systems, and forms a fixed support system of an ultra-high voltage overhead transmission line together with an overhead line tower. With the overall development of society, the transmission capacity of the power grid line is continuously increased, and the optimization and adjustment of the line path layout are also continuously increased. In recent years, large-scale circuit reformation of power plant switchgears and power grid substations has been carried out successively due to the increase of the circuit power transmission capacity and the adjustment of the circuit layout.
The large-sized gate-type framework on the ultra-high voltage and ultra-high voltage overhead transmission line has the characteristics of high height, large span and large bearing load. Aiming at the characteristics, the large-sized door-shaped framework generally adopts the structural design of a herringbone steel pipe support and a triangular structural steel truss. For the transformation of the overhead lines of the old stations of the switching station and the transformer substation with long operation time, the hanging point position of the insulator string of the overhead line on the line inlet and outlet side of the door-shaped framework in the station is generally required to be adjusted, and for the old door-shaped framework with long construction time, the structural members are corroded and aged to different degrees, the integral bearing capacity of the door-shaped framework is reduced, and the practical allowable load limit value cannot be measured. The old door-type truss is generally provided with holes except for the holes reserved at the hanging point fittings of the original line insulator string, and other positions are not provided with hanging point holes. In order to meet the line transformation requirement, a hanging point of an insulator string is needed to be newly added on a truss, a conventional construction method is to move a fire gas cutting hole on angle steel of the truss angle steel of the gate-type framework as the hanging point, but the sectional area of the truss angle steel is reduced, the heat influence deformation is caused to steel by gas cutting, the carrying capacity of the gate-type framework is further reduced, the gate-type truss is generally up to tens of meters from the ground, an operator needs to operate heavy gas cutting equipment at high altitude, the hole is manually polished and cleaned after the gas cutting hole, and the conventional construction method has very high safety risk for the gate-type framework and the operator, and has large engineering quantity, difficult quality control, long construction period and high construction operation difficulty.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems of providing an insulator string hanger for a door-type framework and an installation method thereof, which have the advantages of simple structure and convenient installation and adjustment operation, can achieve the aim of fixing an insulator string without opening holes on a door-type framework truss and adding insulator string hanging points, reduce the safety risk of door-type framework and operators caused by adding insulator string hanging point operation on the truss, improve the operation efficiency, the operation quality and the safety coefficient, reduce the engineering quantity and the construction operation difficulty, shorten the overhead line transformation power failure time and the construction period and lighten the labor intensity of the operators.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme includes that the insulator string hanger for the door-type framework comprises an upper connecting plate, wherein the upper connecting plate comprises an inverted V-shaped plate, a group of diagonal angles are arranged on two sides of the upper connecting plate, a lower connecting plate is connected to the lower end of the diagonal angle through a first connecting bolt, a folded plate is adopted for the lower connecting plate, a first horizontal angle is arranged on the lower connecting plate, and a first hanging hole is formed in the first horizontal angle.

1) According to an overhead transmission line technology, modifying an insulator string layout on a door-shaped framework, selecting accurate positions of hanging points of insulator strings to be newly added on a truss of the door-shaped framework, and marking lines;
2) Measuring the position of a newly added hanging point on the rechecking door-type truss and the electric safety distance between the adjacent line and the structural member, wherein the electric safety distance meets the requirement;
3) Installing a preassembled upper connecting plate and an angle steel above the truss at the position of the newly added hanging point of the strain insulator string;
4) Installing a pre-welded lower connecting plate and a first horizontal angle steel at the lower sections of bevel steel at two sides of the upper connecting plate, and screwing up a first connecting bolt;
5) A second horizontal angle steel is arranged below the crossing truss, and the two ends of the second horizontal angle steel are fixed with the first horizontal angle steel by tightening a second connecting bolt;
7) And disassembling old overhead line wires on two sides of the door-type framework truss and insulator strings thereof, and installing strain insulator strings in the first hanging holes of the hanging racks.
An insulator chain hanger for a door-type framework comprises two vertical plates, wherein the upper section and the lower section of each vertical plate are vertical sections, the middle section of each vertical plate is a folded plate section, the section of each folded plate section is a right triangle, bolt holes are formed between the upper section and the lower section of each vertical plate, and the two vertical plates are integrally connected through bolts.
In the preferred scheme, second hanging holes are reserved on the lower sections of the two vertical plates.
The installation method for the insulator string hanger comprises the following steps of:
1) According to an overhead transmission line technology, modifying an insulator string layout on a door-shaped framework, selecting accurate positions of hanging points of insulator strings to be newly added on a truss of the door-shaped framework, and marking lines;
2) Measuring the position of a newly added hanging point on the rechecking door-type truss and the electric safety distance between the adjacent line and the structural member, wherein the electric safety distance meets the requirement;
3) Symmetrically installing two vertical plates on two sides of a newly added hanging point of the suspension insulator string;

5) Installing bolts in the bolt holes;
6) And disassembling old overhead line wires on two sides of the door-type framework truss and insulator strings thereof, and installing suspension insulator strings in second hanging holes of the hanging frames.
The insulator chain hanger for the gate-type framework and the mounting method thereof have the following beneficial effects by adopting the structure:
(1) By adopting the device and the installation method, the flame and gas cutting on the truss steel structural member are not needed, the cross section area of the steel structural member is not reduced, the truss steel structural member is not deformed due to heat influence, the original structural strength of the truss steel structural member is not influenced, the hoop type device has a simple and light structure, the components are connected and fixed by bolts, and the installation step is simple and labor-saving;
(2) The device and the construction method greatly reduce the safety risk of door-type frameworks and operators, are convenient for standardizing the operation flow and improving the operation quality and efficiency;
(3) In actual installation, three suspension insulator string hanging points of a return line on a door-shaped framework and three strain insulator string hanging points on two sides are taken as examples, nine hanging points are newly added, 8 hours are needed for gas cutting and cleaning the holes by adopting a conventional construction method, and the construction period can be shortened by about 60% for multi-circuit line transformation construction by adopting the device and the construction method, the line transformation power-off time and the power-off loss are correspondingly shortened, and the construction operation difficulty and the engineering investment cost are also reduced.

Example 1:
As in fig. 1, an insulator chain hanger for a portal frame comprises an upper connecting plate 1, the hanger comprises an upper connecting plate 1, the upper connecting plate 1 adopts inverted V-shaped plates, two sides of the upper connecting plate 1 are respectively provided with a group of bevel steel 3, a lower connecting plate 4 is connected to the lower end of the bevel steel 3 through a first connecting bolt 2 between the upper end of the bevel steel 3 and the upper connecting plate 1, a folded plate is adopted by the lower connecting plate 4, a first horizontal angle steel 6 is arranged on the lower connecting plate 4, and a first hanging hole 8 is arranged on the first horizontal angle steel 6.
In the preferred scheme, a second horizontal angle steel 7 is further arranged between the two first horizontal angle steels 6 positioned on two sides of the upper connecting plate 1, and two ends of the second horizontal angle steel 7 are respectively connected to the two first horizontal angle steels 6 through second connecting bolts 5.
In the preferred scheme, the inclination angles of the two sides of the upper connecting plate 1, the inclination angle of the bevel steel 3 and the inclination angle of the upper half section of the lower connecting plate 4 are the same as those of the truss side face of the portal frame.
In the preferred scheme, the lower half section of the lower connecting plate 4 is vertical, and the first horizontal angle steel 6 is welded with the lower half section of the lower connecting plate 4.
Example 2:
On the basis of the embodiment 1, the following steps are adopted for installing the insulator string hanger:
1) According to an overhead transmission line technology, modifying an insulator string layout on a door-shaped framework, selecting accurate positions of hanging points of insulator strings to be newly added on a truss of the door-shaped framework, and marking lines;
2) Measuring the position of a newly added hanging point on the rechecking door-type truss and the electric safety distance between the adjacent line and the structural member, wherein the electric safety distance meets the requirement;
3) Installing a preassembled upper connecting plate 1 and bevel steel 3 above a truss at the position of a newly added hanging point of the strain insulator string;
4) Installing a pre-welded lower connecting plate 4 and a first horizontal angle steel 6 at the lower sections of the bevel steel 3 at the two sides of the upper connecting plate 1, and screwing up a first connecting bolt 2;
5) A second horizontal angle steel 7 is arranged below the crossing truss, and the two ends of the second horizontal angle steel 7 are fixed with the first horizontal angle steel 6 by tightening a second connecting bolt 5;
7) And disassembling old overhead line wires on two sides of the door-type framework truss and insulator strings thereof, and installing the strain insulator strings in the first hanging holes 8 of the hanging rack.
Example 3:
As shown in fig. 2, an insulator chain hanger for a gate-type framework comprises two vertical plates 9, wherein the upper section and the lower section of each vertical plate 9 are vertical sections, the middle section is a folded plate section 10, the section of each folded plate section 10 is a right triangle, bolt holes 901 are formed between the upper section and the lower section of each vertical plate 9, and the two vertical plates 9 are integrally connected through bolts.
In a preferred embodiment, second hanging holes 902 are reserved on the lower sections of the two vertical plates 9.
Example 4:
on the basis of example 3, the following steps were used to mount the insulator string hanger:
1) According to an overhead transmission line technology, modifying an insulator string layout on a door-shaped framework, selecting accurate positions of hanging points of insulator strings to be newly added on a truss of the door-shaped framework, and marking lines;
2) Measuring the position of a newly added hanging point on the rechecking door-type truss and the electric safety distance between the adjacent line and the structural member, wherein the electric safety distance meets the requirement;
3) Symmetrically installing two vertical plates 9 on two sides of a newly added hanging point of the suspension insulator string;
4) The horizontal part of the folded plate section 10 of the vertical plate 9 is kept close to the top surface of the horizontal angle steel of the door-shaped framework;
5) Installing bolts in the bolt holes 901;
6) Old overhead line conductors and insulator strings on both sides of the portal frame truss are disassembled, and the suspension insulator strings are installed in the second hanging holes 902 of the hanging frame.
The application provides a novel method for installing an insulator string on a door frame, which does not need to cut a novel hanging hole on the door frame, can avoid the influence on the bearing capacity of the door frame, and is more suitable for the reconstruction of old door frames. In addition, the hanging hole cutting step is omitted, so that workers do not need to carry heavy gas cutting equipment at high altitude to operate, and the safety of the workers is ensured.
