技术领域
本申请属于纳米材料领域,特别涉及一种量子点分散体系、彩膜以及显示装置。
背景技术
量子点具有优异的光学性能,可以将其应用于显示等领域。
量子点通常在溶液体系中合成,并且将其分散在有机溶剂如酯类溶剂中,以备下一步的应用。现有的量子点的表面一般修饰油酸、十二硫醇等配体,但是这些量子点在酯类溶剂中的分散性较差。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本申请提供一种分散体系,该分散体系提升了量子点在酯类溶剂中的分散稳定性,同时也提供了相应的量子点彩膜和显示装置。
一方面提供了一种量子点分散体系,包括酯类溶剂;量子点,分散在酯类溶剂中;配体,与量子点结合;配体的化学式为
该量子点分散体系中,与量子点结合的配体包括酯键,在该配体的作用下使得量子点与酯类溶剂具有良好的相溶性,因此该量子点分散体系克服了量子点在酯类溶剂中分散性较差的问题,进而达到了量子点在酯类溶剂中的具有良好溶解性的技术效果。
在其中一个实施例中,配体的分子量小于600。在其中一个实施例中,n1的范围为0~12;n2的范围为0~12。发明人发现,n1和n2的范围处于0~12时,配体处于合适的链长,量子点之间的距离也会处于合适的范围之内,且配体与脂类溶剂的相容性最佳。
更为优选的,n1与n2之和的范围为0~12。
在其中一个实施例中,R2、R3至少一个独立的选自甲基、氢元素、甲氧基、氟元素、氯元素。
在其中一个实施例中,配体与量子点的质量之比为0.01~1。发明人发现,配体与量子点之间的质量比处于0.01~1时,可以有效抑制量子点在酯类溶剂中聚沉现象。
在其中一个实施例中,配体和量子点质量之和与酯类溶剂的质量之比为0.01~5。
另一方面揭示了一种量子点彩膜,该量子点彩膜包括聚合物;量子点,分散在聚合物中;配体,与量子点结合;配体的化学式为
该量子点彩膜可以由上述的量子点分散体制备而成,由于量子点在溶剂中具有较好的分散性,因此在该量子点彩膜中量子点的浓度也能随之增加,对量子点彩膜的光学性质等具有良好的帮助。
在其中一个实施例中,聚合物、量子点和配体的质量之比为(2~10000):(1~100):1。
另一方面还揭示了一种显示装置,该显示装置包括如上描述的量子点彩膜;背光模组,以发射光线,量子点彩膜接收光线。

下面将结合本申请实施方式,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行详细地描述。应注意的是,所描述的实施方式仅仅是本申请一部分实施方式,而不是全部实施方式。
量子点分散体系
实施例1-1:
量子点分散体系包括:20mg的结合有配体的CdSe/ZnS量子点、60mL的丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯。
其中,配体的化学式为
该配体与CdSe/ZnS量子点之间的质量比为1:2。
实施例1-2:
量子点分散体系包括:45mg的结合有配体的CdZnSeS/ZnS量子点、10mL的丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯。
其中,配体的化学式为
该配体与CdSe/ZnS量子点之间的质量比为1:1。
实施例1-3:
量子点分散体系包括:40mg的结合有配体的InP/ZnS量子点、20mL的3-乙氧基丙酸乙酯。

该配体与InP/ZnS量子点之间的质量比为1:10。
实施例1-4:
量子点分散体系包括:40mg的结合有配体的CdZnSeS/ZnS量子点、20mL的3-乙氧基丙酸乙酯。

该配体与CdZnSeS/ZnS量子点之间的质量比为1:50。
对比例1-1:
量子点分散体系包括:20mg的结合有配体的CdSe/ZnS量子点、60mL的丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯。
其中,配体为十二硫醇。
该配体与CdSe/ZnS量子点之间的质量比为1:2。
为了测试实施例1-1至实施例1-4、对比例1-1中量子点分散体系中量子点的分散稳定性,在配置得到上述的量子点分散体系后,将各个量子点分散体系静置于常温下24h。对各个量子点分散体系中量子点是否存在沉淀进行评价,结果列于下面表一中。

从表一中可知,本发明实施例1-1至实施例1-4中的量子点分散体系均未出现沉淀,而对比例1-1的量子点分散体系出现了沉淀,从而说明本实施方式中采用包括酯键配体的量子点与酯类溶剂具有良好的相溶性,并且具有良好的分散稳定性。
量子点彩膜
实施例2-1:
量子点彩膜包括:聚丙烯酸酯、CdSe/ZnS量子点、配体。该配体的化学式为
聚丙烯酸酯、CdSe/ZnS量子点与配体的质量比为100:2:1。
实施例2-2:
量子点彩膜包括:环氧树脂、InP/ZnS量子点、配体。该配体的化学式为
环氧树脂、CdSe/ZnS量子点与配体的质量比为20:10:1。
显示装置
实施例3:
请参考图1,该显示装置包括背光模组31和量子点彩膜33。背光模组31发射的蓝光激发量子点彩膜33。该量子点彩膜33包括蓝色子像素、绿色子像素和红色子像素。
蓝色子像素为透明的,背光模组31发射的蓝光可以透过该蓝色子像素。
绿色子像素包括聚丙烯酸酯、CdSe/ZnS量子点、配体。该配体的化学式为
红色子像素包括聚丙烯酸酯、InP/ZnS量子点、配体。该配体的化学式为

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的量子点分散体系,其特征在于,所述n1的范围为0~12;所述n2的范围为0~12。
4.根据权利要求3所述的量子点分散体系,其特征在于,所述n1与n2之和的范围为0~12。
5.根据权利要求1所述的量子点分散体系,其特征在于,所述R2、R3至少一个独立的选自甲基、氢元素、甲氧基、氟元素、氯元素。
6.根据权利要求1所述的量子点分散体系,其特征在于,所述配体与所述量子点的质量之比为0.01~1。
7.根据权利要求1所述的量子点分散体系,其特征在于,所述配体和量子点质量之和与所述酯类溶剂的质量之比为0.01~5。
9.根据权利要求8所述的量子点彩膜,其特征在于,所述聚合物、所述量子点和所述配体的质量之比为(2~10000):(1~100):1。
10.一种显示装置,包括:
如权利要求8所述的量子点彩膜;
背光模组,以发射光线,所述量子点彩膜接收所述光线。
