Description

Organic fertilizer for agate red cherries prepared from pig manure modified edible fungus waste sticks and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of organic fertilizer preparation, in particular to an organic fertilizer for agate red cherries prepared by using pig manure modified edible fungus waste sticks and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of the edible fungus industry, a large amount of edible fungus waste sticks can be generated every year. The waste edible fungus sticks are residual materials after edible fungus cultivation decomposition, and contain rich organic matters, trace elements, various mycoprotein, metabolites and unused nutrient elements, wherein the organic matters mostly exist in the form of cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin and other substances, and the substances are directly applied to soil or composted, so that the utilization rate is low, the decomposition rate is slow, the composting efficiency is low, the waste edible fungus sticks cannot be effectively treated in time, huge waste of agricultural organic resources is caused, and pollution is caused to the agricultural ecological environment.
Therefore, a large number of researchers have studied to prepare organic fertilizer by using edible fungus dregs, waste edible fungus sticks and the like as raw materials, for example: patent No. 201410501835.5 discloses selecting mushroom dregs obtained after cultivating selenium-rich edible mushrooms, airing fresh pig manure until the water content is 50-60%, mixing with fermentation strains, adding exogenous sodium selenite, adjusting the water content, adjusting the C/N ratio by using urea, adjusting the pH value by using lime, stacking and fermenting, fully utilizing the mushroom dregs of the edible mushrooms, transforming and enriching selenium through microbial fermentation to realize the accumulation of selenium in organic fertilizers, and improving the selenium content of the organic fertilizers so as to solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by the edible mushroom industry; the specific process comprises the process flows of fungus residue pretreatment, propagation expansion of fermentation microorganism strains, preparation of fermentation materials, heap-building fermentation and curing, and adopts a solid-state mixed fermentation mode to shorten the fermentation time; the forced static ventilation system is adopted to supply oxygen to the stack body, the stack is not required to be turned, and the fertilizer efficiency and the product stability are improved through secondary fermentation. For another example: the patent number 201310616575.1 discloses that bacterial agent fermentation bacterial slag and pig manure are mixed and composted to produce organic fertilizer, the organic fertilizer is mixed by the bacterial agent, deodorant, bacterial slag and pig manure, specifically fresh pig manure, straw, urea and glucose are uniformly mixed according to the weight ratio of 500-; uniformly mixing edible fungus residues, fresh pig manure and straws according to a ratio of 3-4:5-6:2-3, adjusting water content, adding a fermentation microbial inoculum and a deodorization nitrogen retention agent, uniformly stirring, stacking for fermentation, turning over and decomposing to obtain the fertilizer; the deodorizing nitrogen-retaining agent is 30-40 parts of calcium superphosphate, 20-30 parts of calcium carbonate, 40-60 parts of zeolite powder, and the carbon-nitrogen ratio of the mixture is 25-35:1, so that the organic matter content in the prepared organic fertilizer is 45-50%, the total content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrients is 5-6%, the water content is 26-30%, and the pH value is 6.8-8.3; the fertilizer is used for planting the pakchoi, after partial compound fertilizer and partial urea are replaced by the organic fertilizer, the yield of the pakchoi can be increased by 25.1% compared with that of a group without fertilizer, and the yield of the pakchoi is increased by 18.7% compared with that of the group without fertilizer by adopting the fertilizer application treatment; in addition, the vitamin C content and the soluble sugar content in the pakchoi can be improved, and the nitrate content can be reduced. Therefore, in the prior art, a plurality of researches are made on recycling of the waste edible fungus sticks and the waste edible fungus dregs, and meanwhile, the wastes (such as pig manure) generated in the livestock breeding industry are added and utilized, so that the quality of preparing the organic fertilizer from the waste edible fungus sticks and the waste edible fungus dregs is improved, the livestock manure rich in nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium components is comprehensively utilized, and the environmental pollution is reduced.
However, in the prior art, pig manure is directly compounded into waste edible fungus sticks or fungus residues, and after aerobic fermentation, the pig manure is piled up to prepare an organic fertilizer; however, in the research process, the researchers find that a large amount of harmful floras are usually remained in the waste edible fungus sticks besides a large amount of beneficial floras and mycoprotein, so that the waste edible fungus sticks are inevitably pretreated in the utilization process, and the growth performance of crops can be improved only by effectively ensuring that the waste edible fungus sticks are acted on the crops after being prepared into organic fertilizers. Meanwhile, in research, the difference of the ratio of the nutrient components in the raw materials also influences the fertilizer efficiency of the prepared organic fertilizer, and further influences the growth performance of crops.
The agate red cherry is an improved early-maturing and storage-resistant variety in the Guizhou province, and belongs to a cherry series. The color is purplish red, the sour and sweet taste is moderate, the quality is good, and the high yield and the stable yield are realized; the average single fruit weight of the fruit is 11.7g, the maximum single fruit weight is 12.8g, the fruit stem is 4.2cm long, the fruit stem is not easy to fall off, the taste is good, and the flavor is good; the content of soluble solid reaches 17.0 percent, the content of soluble sugar reaches 11.88 percent, the content of titratable acid reaches 7.5mol/100g, and the content of vitamin C reaches 22.578mg/100 g. In the planting process of the agate red cherries, nutrient elements need to be supplemented to meet the nutrient requirements for growth, however, the addition of inappropriate nutrient elements can not only cause the early flowering time of saplings to be late, but also reduce the quality and plant yield of the agate red cherry fruits, so that the fruits have low commodity value and poor economic benefit.
In view of the technical defects, the researchers combine the long-term experience in the organic fertilizer production practice, fully utilize the agate red cherry planting resources, and develop the research on the organic fertilizer special for agate red in the primary producing area of the agate red cherry, so that the aim of efficiently utilizing the waste mushroom sticks in the edible mushroom industry is fulfilled, and meanwhile, the organic fertilizer special for agate red cherry growth is provided, the growth performance and quality of the agate red cherry are improved, and the commodity value of the agate red cherry is improved.
