An air column structure packing bag and a method for manufacturing the same according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein like elements are described with like reference numerals.
Fig. 1A is a schematic view of a packaging bag with an air column structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 1B is an exploded schematic view of the packaging bag with the air column structure of fig. 1A, and fig. 1C is an inflated schematic view of the packaging bag with the air column structure of fig. 1A.
As shown in fig. 1A and 1B, the air column structure packaging bag 1 is used for packaging a product and includes a containing bag 11 and a plurality of air column bags 12.
The storage bag 11 is a bag capable of storing articles, and may include a mouth 111 and a plurality of sides 112 (fig. 1B), so that the articles can be loaded into the storage bag 11 through the mouth 111. The article to be placed in the containing bag 11 can be, but not limited to, a display screen, a mobile phone, a tablet, a video player, a toner cartridge, red wine, milk powder, glass, or other fragile or vulnerable product or electronic device, for example, and not limited to.
In the present embodiment, the accommodating bag 1 is, for example, a bag opening 111 and has four sides 112 (fig. 1B). In some embodiments, if the containment bag 11 is square, all the sides 112 are equal in length; in other embodiments, if the receptacle 11 is rectangular, two opposing sides 112 have equal lengths, and the other two opposing sides 112 have equal lengths. In addition, in other embodiments, the receiving bag 11 may also include three, five, or six sides 112 …, for example, and the present invention is not limited thereto, depending on the design and packaging requirements of the product. In some embodiments, the receiving bag 11 may also include two mouths 111, and the two mouths 111 may be located on opposite sides of the receiving bag 11. Although there are two bag openings 111, the articles do not fall out through the air column bag 12 and the subsequent packaging process.
In some embodiments, the receiving bag 11 may be a plastic bag, and the material thereof may include, for example, Polyethylene (PE). However, in some embodiments, the receiving bag 11 may be a paper bag or other bag, and the material may include pulp or other suitable materials, which is not limited by the present invention.
The plurality of air column bags 12 are arranged corresponding to the plurality of side edges 112 of the containing bag 11. Since the accommodating bag 11 of the present embodiment has four sides 112, the number of the air column bags 12 is also four, and the four air column bags 12 correspond to the four sides 112 of the accommodating bag 11, and the four air column bags 12 are respectively connected to the four sides 112 of the accommodating bag 11 (fig. 1A). Each gas column bag 12 contains a plurality of gas column structures 121 arranged side by side. Here, the number of the gas column structures 121 of each gas column bag 12 may be the same or different. Each air column bag 12 of the present embodiment includes six air column structures 121 connected side by side, and the air column structure 121 adjacent to the side 112 of the accommodating bag 11 extends along the corresponding side 112 and is connected to the corresponding side 112, and the air column bags 12 can be folded toward the accommodating bag 11 through the side 112 to package the articles. In some embodiments, the air pillar structures 121 may be connected to the corresponding sides 112 by heat pressing, sewing, or bonding. In addition, the length d1 of the air column structure 121 may be greater than or equal to the side length d2 of the corresponding side 112. All the air column structures 121 of the air column bag 12 of the present embodiment have the same length, and the length d1 of the air column structure 121 is greater than the length d2 of the corresponding side 112, so that the article can be better protected when being folded and packaged.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1C, each air column bag 12 may further include an extension portion 122 and an inflation port 123, respectively, the extension portion 122 connects to the plurality of air column structures 121, the inflation port 123 is disposed on the extension portion 122, and the air column bag 12 may blow air (for example, but not limited to, air) into the plurality of air column structures 121 through the inflation port 123. Herein, the extending direction of the extending portion 122 is substantially perpendicular to the extending direction of the air column structure 121, the extending portion 122 is connected to the side of the air column structure 121, and the air charging port 123 is located on the extending portion 122. Before the air column bag 12 is not inflated, the insides of all the air column structures 121 are connected, however, after the air column structures 121 are inflated and saturated with air through the inflation ports 123 by the manual or automatic inflation pump 2 (fig. 1C), an air valve film (not shown) is disposed inside each air column structure 121 to prevent the air from flowing back to the extension part 122, so that the air in each air column structure 121 can be independent from each other, and when one air column structure 121 leaks air, the air in the other air column structures 121 is also leaked. In some embodiments, the material of the air column bag 12 may include, for example, but not limited to, polyethylene and nylon, or other suitable materials.
Please refer to fig. 1A to fig. 1C to illustrate the manufacturing process of the packing bag with air column structure in the foregoing embodiment. In this embodiment, the manufacturing method of the packing bag 1 of air column structure may include: providing a containing bag 11, wherein the containing bag 11 comprises a plurality of side edges 112 and a bag opening 111; next, a plurality of air column bags 12 are respectively connected to the plurality of sides 112 of the accommodating bag 11, wherein each air column bag 12 includes a plurality of air column structures 121 (fig. 1B) arranged side by side (fig. 1A). Here, in each air column pocket 12, the air column structure 121 adjacent to the side edge 112 extends along and connects the corresponding side edge 112. Alternatively, the air column structures 121 may be connected to the corresponding side 112 by, for example, a heat pressing, sewing, or bonding process. The manufacturing method of the packing bag 1 with air column structure of the present embodiment may further include: gas is blown into the gas column structure 121 through the gas filling ports 123 of each gas column bag 12 (fig. 1C). In addition, other technical contents of the manufacturing method of the packing bag 1 with air column structure have been described in detail in the foregoing embodiments, and will not be described herein.
Fig. 2A to fig. 2F are schematic views illustrating a process of packing an article in a packing bag with an air column structure according to an embodiment. Fig. 2A to 2F are schematic views illustrating a process of packing an article 3 by using the packing bag 1 having the air column structure according to the embodiment of fig. 1A.
As shown in fig. 2A, before packaging, a plurality of air column bags 12 are correspondingly connected with a plurality of side edges 112 of the accommodating bag 11, at this time, the air column structure packaging bag 1 is not inflated, and the air column structure packaging bag 1 can be tiled firstly; next, as shown in fig. 2B, the air column bag 12 is inflated, and then the articles 3 are put into the storage bag 11 from the bag opening 111 (the articles 3 may be put into the storage bag 11 before or during inflation); thereafter, as shown in fig. 2C and 2D, since the air column bag 12 can be folded toward the accommodating bag 11 through the side edge 112 of the accommodating bag 11, the two air column bags 12 on the opposite sides can be respectively folded toward one side (for example, the upper side) of the accommodating bag 11. When the air column bag 12 is folded to the upper side of the receiving bag 11 and contacts the surface 114 thereof, the air column bag 12 can cover at least a part of the surface 114 (the air column bag 12 can be adhered and fixed to the surface 114 of the receiving bag 11 by an adhesive tape). The air column bag 12 of the present embodiment is exemplified to cover a part of the surface 114 of the storage bag 11. In some embodiments, the two air column pockets 12 on opposite sides may also each cover half of the surface 114 of the containment pocket 11, or even the entire surface 114, depending on the packaging or cushioning effect desired to protect the article 3; then, as shown in fig. 2E, the other two air column bags 12 on the opposite side are folded toward the other side (lower side) of the accommodating bag 11, and at least part of the lower surface of the accommodating bag 11 is covered (after folding, the air column bags 12 can be adhered to the lower surface of the accommodating bag 11 by using an adhesive tape); finally, as shown in fig. 2F, the packaging is complete, resulting in all-round protection.
Because the four sides of the article 3 placed in the containing bag 11 are all wrapped by the air column bags 12, and at least part of the air column structures 121 cover the upper and lower sides of the article 3, the article can be effectively prevented from shaking and colliding during carrying and transporting, and an all-round protection effect is achieved.
In different embodiments, if the packaging box can provide good buffering and protecting effects during subsequent boxing, the four air column bags 12 of the air column structure packaging bag 1 can be turned over to the same side of the accommodating bag 11 according to the situation, or the three air column bags 12 can be turned over to the same side of the accommodating bag 11, the fourth air column bag 12 can be turned over to the other side of the accommodating bag 11, and the user can make an elastic adjustment of the packaging mode according to the actual situation, which is not limited by the invention.
In the packing bag 1 with air column structure of the present embodiment, the article 3 is first placed in the containing bag 11 located at the middle part, then the air column bag 12 is turned over toward the containing bag 11 through the side edge 112 of the containing bag 11, the protection of the air column bags 12 connected to the side 112 of the containing bag 11 can achieve the overall buffering and anti-collision effects for the article 3, so that compared with the shockproof air column sleeve structure in the prior art, since a part of the packing material of the packing bag 1 is replaced with the containing bag 11 when packing the article 3, the usage amount of the air column structure 121 can be small, therefore, not only has the advantages of less material preparation, convenient warehouse material management and lower cost (because the cost of the air column structure is higher and the cost of the containing bag 11 is lower), meanwhile, the packaging time and process of the articles can be simplified, so that the articles can achieve an all-round protection effect.
In summary, in the air column structure packaging bag of the present invention, the articles are placed in the containing bag located in the middle portion, and then the air column bag is turned over toward the containing bag through the side edge of the containing bag, so that the articles can achieve comprehensive buffering and anti-collision effects through the protection of the plurality of air column bags connected to the side edge of the containing bag. Therefore, compared with the prior art, when the packing bag with the air column structure is used for packing articles, a part of packing materials are replaced by the containing bag, so that the using amount of the air column structure is less, the packing bag not only has the advantages of less material preparation, convenience for warehouse material management and lower cost, but also can shorten the packing time and process of the articles, and the articles can achieve the all-round protection effect.
The foregoing is by way of example only, and not limiting. It is intended that all equivalent modifications or variations without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention shall be included in the appended claims.
