The invention relates to a hydraulic integral movable precast box girder web plate reinforcing steel bar jig frame and a construction method, wherein the hydraulic integral movable precast box girder web plate reinforcing steel bar jig frame comprises a walking trolley, wherein a jacking base is arranged on the walking trolley, and the jacking base can slide along the walking trolley in a reciprocating manner; the pedestal is arranged on one side of the traveling steel rail, a pull rod is arranged on the pedestal, one end of the pull rod is embedded in the pedestal, the other end of the pull rod penetrates out of the pedestal and extends to the outside of the pedestal, and a fastening gasket and a fastening nut are arranged on the pull rod; one end of the vertical jacking rod is connected to the jacking base, and a carrying frame is arranged at the other end of the vertical jacking rod; one end of the horizontal jacking rod is fixedly connected to the walking trolley, and the other end of the horizontal jacking rod is correspondingly connected to the jacking base; and a plurality of support rods. Background
In the construction of highway bridges, the construction is generally carried out by adopting a prefabricated box girder mode. In the process of prefabricating the box girder, in order to overcome the problems that the longitudinal and transverse spacing is not uniform, the steel bars are not accurately positioned, the qualified rate of a steel bar protective layer does not reach the standard and the like in the installation process of the steel bars, a fixed steel bar jig frame method is adopted for carrying out standardized installation, namely, a web steel bar cage is installed on a fixed steel bar jig frame, and a gantry crane is used for hoisting the steel bar cage to a pedestal after the steel bar cage is qualified. The method has the advantages of standardized production and high efficiency, but has the following disadvantages: firstly, a special field is occupied to arrange a steel bar jig; secondly, a gantry crane is occupied to hoist the reinforcement cage, and the reasonable use of the gantry crane is restricted; thirdly, certain potential safety hazards exist in the hoisting process of the reinforcement cage.

2) the integral movement of the steel bar jig frame is realized through structures such as the jacking rod, so that potential safety hazards of gantry crane lifting existing in a method for fixing the steel bar jig frame are effectively avoided;
4) the structure and the construction method provided by the invention can be applied to the production of the T-beam prefabricated steel bar jig.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a hydraulic integral movable precast box girder web reinforcing steel jig provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes: the steel rail walking device comprises a walking trolley 1 capable of walking along a walking steel rail in a reciprocating mode, wherein a jacking base 2 is arranged on the walking trolley 1, and the jacking base 2 can slide in a reciprocating mode along the width direction of the walking trolley 1; the base 3 is arranged on one side of the traveling steel rail, a plurality of pull rods 4 are horizontally arranged on the base 3 at intervals along the front and back of the length direction of the base 3, one ends of the pull rods 4 are embedded in the base 3, the other ends of the pull rods 4 penetrate through the base 3 and extend to the outside of the base 3, and fastening gaskets 5 and fastening nuts 6 are arranged on the pull rods 4; one end of the vertical jacking rod 7 is fixedly connected to the jacking base 2, and the other end of the vertical jacking rod 7 is provided with a carrying frame 9 for carrying a reinforcing steel bar jig frame 8; one end of the horizontal jacking rod 10 is fixedly connected to the walking trolley 1, and the other end of the horizontal jacking rod 10 is correspondingly connected to the jacking base 2; and a plurality of support rods 11, one end of each support rod 11 can be abutted against the steel bar jig 8, and the other end of each support rod 11 can be abutted against the ground.
The vertical lifting rod 7, the horizontal lifting rod 10 and the support rod 11 are all hydraulic jacks.
The construction method for carrying out construction by utilizing the hydraulic integrally-moving type precast box girder web plate steel bar jig comprises the following steps:
1) moving the steel bar jig frame 8 to a specified position by using the walking trolley 1;
2) adjusting the height of a steel bar jig frame 8 by using a vertical jacking rod 7, so that a bolt hole in a cross beam at the lower part of the steel bar jig frame 8 is aligned with the pull rod 4;
3) the steel bar jig 8 is slowly pushed to the pedestal 3 by the horizontal lifting rod 10, so that a bolt hole on a lower cross beam of the steel bar jig penetrates into the pull rod 4, then the fastening gasket 5 is arranged on the pull rod 4 in a penetrating manner, the fastening nut 6 is fastened on the pull rod 4, and then the support rod 11 falls down to stably fix the steel bar jig 8 beside the pedestal 3;
4) web steel bars are arranged on a horizontal support frame 12 in the steel bar jig 8, and a steel bar framework is bound;
5) after the acceptance in the step 4 is qualified, the supporting rod 11 can be firstly retracted, then the fastening nut 6 and the fastening gasket 5 are sequentially disassembled, the horizontal jacking rod 10 retracts to separate the steel bar jig frame 8 from the pull rod 4, and the vertical jacking rod 7 retracts to separate the horizontal supporting frame 12 from the steel bar framework;
6) and removing the steel reinforcement framework, and repeating the steps 1) to 5).
