Description

分配液体的组件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于分配液体的组件，特别是用于分配消毒剂组合物的组件，并且涉及一种包括该组件的装置。
背景技术
许多液体制剂均包含会随时间降解的活性成分，从而限制了产品的保质期。对于消毒剂或杀菌剂例如二氧化氯尤其如此，其中当需要时通过混合两种试剂就地形成活性成分。示例在WO 2005/011756中公开。例如，可以通过将亚氯酸盐溶液和酸混合形成二氧化氯。
已知提供一种用于定位在容器的颈部中的分配胶囊，该胶囊具有两个内部腔，每个内部腔容纳试剂。将腔中的内容物排入容器可使试剂混合并生成活性成分。在WO 2017/060677中描述了这种分配胶囊的实例。分配容器具有两个或多个密封的分配腔，每个分配腔包含要分配到主腔中的不同物质。将盖拧到容器的颈部上会引起分配腔的壁逐渐压扁，并破坏各腔之间的内部密封，从而允许腔中物料的预混合。拧下盖子时，壁的进一步压扁会导致外部密封件破裂，从而使混合物排放到主腔中。预混合加速了活性剂的形成，但是希望进一步加速这种形成以减少在主腔中形成足够浓度的活性剂所需的时间。
在分配了预混合的内容物之后，用户拧开盖子，然后必须从容器的颈部取下分配胶囊。由于胶囊通常紧密配合以确保良好的密封，因此移除可能很困难。压碎的分配囊然后应适当回收。然而，可以通过向上推压扁的腔壁，重新填充每个腔并重新密封胶囊来尝试重新使用压扁的胶囊。这种重复使用是不希望的，因为腔壁的完整性可能已经被压扁所损害，从而产生泄漏和过早混合。同样，新的密封可能无法在规格范围内发挥作用，例如过早地破裂或分层，或者不允许足够的时间进行预混合。这会降低效率并提供较少的表面完全消毒，这是临床环境中的一个特殊问题。
发明内容
在独立权利要求中指定了本发明的方面。优选的特征在从属权利要求中指定。
本发明提供了一种用于分配液体的组件，该组件提供了额外的预混合时间，以使浓缩的试剂在排入主腔之前反应在一起。
本发明的一个优选实施例提供了一种用于分配液体的组件，该组件可以被人体工程学地致动并且可以通过单次拉动或旋开动作而从容器的颈部移除。组件可以被锁定在防止再次使用的构造中。

具体实施方式
图1～4所示的用于分配液体的组件2包括基座构件8、可在基座构件8上轴向滑动的盖4、以及位于基座构件8中并被盖4覆盖的分配胶囊6。
分配胶囊6包括具有第一端16和第二端18的胶囊主体7。在该实施例中，胶囊包括位于胶囊主体的第二端的凸缘24，该凸缘24位于基座构件8中的环形座26上。在该实施例中，凸缘24被生产关键部件(production key detail)36打断，生产关键部件36用于在填充和密封操作期间定位胶囊。
胶囊主体7具有限定第一腔38的至少一个壁20和限定第二腔40的至少一个壁22(图5)。腔38、40分别在胶囊的第一(分配)端16处具有第一开口和第二开口。每个腔包含液体并且由密封件64覆盖，该密封件64将每个腔的内容物与另一个腔密封。每个腔38、40可以设置有单独的密封件，或者单个密封件64可以覆盖两个腔，例如，如WO 2017/060677中所公开的，其提供了在打破密封件64与胶囊主体的基部34周围的周壁之间的密封之前预混合腔中内容物。
如果从胶囊主体7的第二端18向腔的壁施加压力，则第一腔38和第二腔40的壁是可折叠的，手风琴式的。盖4包括柱塞54，在该实施例中，该柱塞54在盖中的开口28的底部。如果使盖4通过外力滑动到分配位置，在该分配位置中，腔38、40的壁20、22充分塌陷，柱塞54将抵靠并引起第一腔和第二腔的壁逐渐塌陷，以引起第一开口和第二开口的打开。在图5所示的实施例中，单个密封件(未示出)可基本覆盖整个下表面34。在第一端的两个内部突起32之间设置有分隔构件30。凹部56帮助减小密封件在分隔构件32的一端处的附着力。随着腔内压力的增加，达到临界压力，在该临界压力处密封件与分隔构件30之间的结合断开，从而允许密封件变形成圆顶(dome)并允许腔的内容物部分混合，同时密封件和基部34周围的周壁之间的结合保持完整。内容物可以是，例如，当混合时产生消毒剂组合物的试剂；例如二氧化氯或过乙酸。合适的试剂对于本领域技术人员将是众所周知的；例如，用于产生二氧化氯的试剂包括：亚氯酸盐和酸；氯酸盐，过氧化物和酸；以及亚氯酸盐，次氯酸盐和合适的缓冲液。试剂可以是浓缩形式，当混合腔中内容物时提供活性剂的快速形成。
在该实施例中，第一腔38和第二腔40具有各自的爆裂销42、44。随着压力的增加，腔38、40的壁20、22的进一步塌陷使爆裂销的尖端与密封件64接触，并且然后使爆裂销推向密封件，从而破坏外周缘的结合，从而以受控的方式预混合待分配的胶囊主体7的内容物。可选择地，爆裂销可能导致密封件破裂，或者爆裂销可以省略，并且仅施加足够的压力就可以引起密封件的开封或爆裂，从而释放空腔的内容物。
在该实施例中，基座构件8具有外壁46和限定开口的内壁50。胶囊6位于由内壁50限定的空间中。螺纹48设置在外壁46的面向内的表面上，用于将组件固定至容器的颈部。
基座构件8设置有杯形件15(在图12和13中最佳示出)，用于在密封件64已经移位或破裂时接收从胶囊6排出的液体。来自胶囊的浓缩试剂保留在杯中，并且在使用者将来自主腔的液体(例如水)通过在与杯形件15相邻的一个或多个侧壁中的排出口9冲刷杯体15之前迅速反应以提供消毒剂。
盖4和基座构件8设置有第一可相互接合锁定构件，该第一可相互接合锁定构件被布置并且适于当盖处于装载位置(loaded position)柱塞54在第一腔20和第二腔22上方而腔被密封时，防止或禁止将盖4从基座构件8移除。在该实施例中，基座构件8设置有三个外部轴向凹槽10(在图4中可见其中两个)，每个轴向凹槽具有突出的脊12。对于每个凹槽10，盖4具有相应的向内突出的卡扣(catch)或止动件(detent)52。止动件52是钩状的，并且具有倾斜的或斜切的面向内的边缘53。当将盖4推到基座构件8上时，斜切的边缘53越过脊12，并且止动件52向外弯曲。当止动件52的后缘越过脊12时，止动件52在脊12下方的凹槽10内的位置13处卡入到位，如图6中最佳所示。在该装载位置，组件阻止盖的移除，这将需要同时使每个止动件52向外弯曲。腔在装载位置保持密封。
当使盖滑动到分配位置时，在该分配位置，腔壁充分塌陷，对盖4施加足够的进一步力将使柱塞54抵靠第一腔和第二腔的壁并引起其逐渐塌陷，以引起第一开口和第二开口的打开。当盖从装载位置移动到分配位置时，止动件52在斜坡部分14上行进并向外弯曲。在分配位置(图7)，止动件抵靠在基座构件8的下表面17上就位。此处，止动件52和表面17包括第二可相互接合锁定构件，其布置成并且适于防止或阻止将盖从分配位置在基座上移除。同样在该实施例中，当盖处于分配位置时，盖上的内肩部19抵靠在脊12的上表面上，从而防止盖进一步向下移动。组件固定在分配位置。
现在参考图8和9，用于混合液体的装置的一个实施例包括具有主腔62和颈部60的容器58，组件2设置在该容器中。密封件64与杯形件15和主腔62流体连通。在该示例中，组件2通过基座构件8上的螺纹48和颈部60上的互补螺纹可释放地固定到颈部60。在图8中，盖4位于装载位置并且密封件64是完整的。在盖4上施加外部压力将盖推到图9所示的分配位置。在本实施例中，通过密封件64上的爆裂销42、44的作用，腔壁的压扁(crushing)导致腔开口的开启。来自腔的液体66进入杯形件15，在其中它们反应形成消毒剂。液体可以是例如酸和亚氯酸盐溶液，它们反应形成二氧化氯溶液。与将试剂分别或仅在较短的预混合时间后添加到主腔中的水相比，将浓缩的试剂在杯15中进行预混合会更快地产生活性试剂。
在等待试剂混合到杯15中的预定时间之后，使用者将容器58倒置或摇动，从而使主腔62中的水通过排出口9进入并与杯15的内容物混合。容器58在将组件固定在颈部上之前，可以适当地将液体例如水至少部分地填充以适当的量，使得所得溶液具有所需浓度的活性剂。进行混合后，可以分配所得溶液(在此实施例中为二氧化氯水溶液)。在该实施例中，容器58是瓶子，并且通过旋开组件2以将其从容器颈部移除并将溶液从颈部倒出来分配二氧化氯溶液。可替代地，该组件可以由具有汲取管的喷雾器头代替，并且可以通过喷雾来分配容器的内容物。
在图10和11所示的装置的另一实施例中，容器58为扳机式喷雾器，例如WO2014/064414中描述的类型。在盖4处于装载位置的情况下，组件2固定至喷雾瓶的颈部。扳机式喷雾器设置有杠杆(lever)68，该杠杆68在第一位置(图10)和第二位置(图11)之间可枢转，在第一位置中，杠杆68不抵靠盖4，在第二位置中，杠杆68抵靠在分配位置的盖。使用者手动地使杠杆68绕铰链72枢转，直到它与容器58上的表面70接触。在该实施例中，当杠杆处于第二位置时，杠杆完全覆盖盖。该2级杠杆(Class 2lever)具有机械优势，并且使用户能够通过杠杆施加比直接向盖施加手指压力更大的力。
在优选的实施例中，将盖从装载位置移动到分配位置所需的力大于将盖移动到装载位置所需的力。这种设置可以允许用手将盖推到基座构件上至装载位置，但是可以防止或阻止将盖意外推到分配位置。
尽管为方便起见，用每组锁定构件示出了本发明，每组锁定构件包括在盖上的止动件和在基座构件上的一个或多个脊或凹部，但是本发明不限于这种设置。例如，基座构件可设置有止动件，而盖可设置有一个或多个凹部，当将盖向下推向基座构件时，这些凹部卡扣配合在止动件上。在另一个实施例中，第一(以及可选地第二或第三)锁定构件可以是环形卡扣配合，其利用环向应变(hoop-strain)将盖保持在适当位置。环向应变是当将盖(更弹性的件)推入或扭曲到基座构件(更刚性的件)上时其圆周的膨胀。
已经说明了本发明，在基座构件上具有轴向凹槽。然而，将理解的是，只要盖能够被推到基座构件上，凹槽就不必是完全直的。例如，凹槽可以具有扭曲，该扭曲在盖被推到基座构件上时产生一些旋转运动。在替代实施例中，盖可以设置有凹槽，并且基座构件具有位于凹槽中的突起，或者盖和基座构件可以具有互补的螺纹。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于分配液体的组件，所述的组件包括：
基座构件；
在所述的基座构件上的盖；以及
在所述的基座构件中并由所述的盖覆盖的分配胶囊；
所述的分配胶囊包括：
具有第一端和第二端的胶囊主体；
在所述的胶囊主体内限定第一腔的至少一个壁，所述的第一腔具有在所述的胶囊主体的第一端的第一开口；
在所述的胶囊主体内限定第二腔的至少一个壁，所述的第二腔具有在所述的胶囊主体的第一端的第二开口；
所述的第一开口和第二开口设置有密封件，密封所述的第一腔和第二腔；
如果从所述的胶囊主体的第二端向腔施加压力，则所述的第一腔和第二腔的壁可塌陷；
所述的盖包括柱塞，如果通过外力使盖从装载位置移动到达分配位置，所述的柱塞将抵靠所述的第一腔和第二腔的壁并引起所述的第一腔和第二腔的壁逐渐塌陷，以引起所述的第一开口和第二开口的开启，在所述的装置位置柱塞在所述的第一腔和第二腔上方而腔被密封，在所述的分配位置中所述的腔的壁充分塌陷；
所述的基座构件包括杯形件，用于在所述的第一开口和第二开口开启时从所述的腔接收液体；
所述的基座构件具有至少一个排出口，以允许液体进入和离开杯形件；
其中，所述的盖和基座构件设置有锁定构件，所述的锁定构件被设置成并适于防止或阻止在所述的装载位置和分配位置的至少一个中将盖从所述的基座构件上移除。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组件，其特征在于，所述的锁定构件包括第一相互可接合锁定构件，所述的第一相互可接合锁定构件被设置成并适于防止或阻止所述的盖在所述的装载位置从所述的基座构件上移除。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组件，其特征在于，所述的锁定构件包括第二可相互接合锁定构件，所述的第二可相互接合锁定构件被设置成并且适于防止或阻止所述的盖在所述的分配位置从所述的基座构件上移除。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组件，其特征在于，所述的锁定构件包括第一相互可接合锁定构件，所述的第一相互可接合锁定构件被设置成并适于防止或阻止所述的盖在所述的装载位置从所述的基座构件上移除；以及第二可相互接合锁定构件，所述的第二可相互接合锁定构件被设置成并且适于防止或阻止所述的盖在所述的分配位置从所述的基座构件上移除。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组件，其特征在于，将所述的盖从所述的装载位置移动到所述的分配位置所需的力大于将所述的盖移动到所述的装载位置所需的力。
6.根据权利要求2或4所述的组件，其特征在于，所述的第一可相互接合锁定构件包括在所述的盖和基座构件中的一个上的突起、以及在所述的盖和基座构件中的另一个上的脊或凹部。
7.根据权利要求6所述的组件，其特征在于，所述的第一可相互接合锁定构件包括在所述的盖上的钩和在所述的基座构件上的脊或凹部。
8.根据权利要求3或4所述的组件，其特征在于，所述的第二可相互接合锁定构件包括在所述的盖上的钩和所述的基座构件的下表面。
9.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的组件，其特征在于，所述的基座构件还包括螺纹，用于将所述的组件固定到具有互补螺纹的容器的颈部。
10.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的组件，其特征在于，所述的盖在所述的基座构件上可滑动。
11.一种用于混合液体的装置，所述的装置包括具有主腔和颈部的容器，所述的颈部设置有前述任一项权利要求所述的组件；所述的密封件或每个密封件与主腔流体连通。
12.根据权利要求11所述的装置，还包括杠杆，可枢转地安装在所述的容器上，所述的杠杆可在第一位置和第二位置之间枢转，在所述的第一位置，所述的杠杆不抵靠所述的盖，在所述的第二位置，所述的杠杆抵靠在所述的分配位置的盖。
13.根据权利要求12所述的装置，其特征在于，当所述的杠杆处于所述的第二位置时，所述的杠杆完全覆盖所述的盖。
14.根据权利要求11至13中任一项所述的装置，其特征在于，所述的容器的颈部和所述的组件的基座构件通过螺纹固定在一起。
