Abstract
本发明涉及一种消火栓柱塞导向式自动排水阀,属于消防辅助设备技术领域。本发明解决了现有消防栓排水阀存在的密封效果差的问题。本发明包括用于连接固定的阀体,所述阀体中间设有阀体中间腔;设在所述阀体中间腔内的弹性密封组件;所述的弹性密封组件包括设在所述阀体中间腔内的弹簧,所述弹簧的后部设有密封导向块,所述阀体中间腔还包括与设置弹簧的弹簧放置腔和导向腔,所述密封导向块上设有排水孔,所述排水孔与密封导向块后端中间的水流通道连通。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种消火栓柱塞导向式自动排水阀,属于消防辅助设备技术领域。
背景技术
消防栓,正式叫法为消火栓,一种固定式消防设施,主要作用是控制可燃物、隔绝助燃物、消除着火源。
目前的消火栓自动排水阀安装在消火栓阀体上,工程施工时会意外碰损,且因安装的环境差而过早损坏,对于深埋地下的位置更换维护成本高。旧式自动排水阀本体的塑料材质容易碰损老化,球式密封结构稳定性差密封差,出水量小杂质容易堵塞,因环境因素过早损坏,后期维护成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有消火栓的排水阀存在的上述缺陷,提出了一种消火栓柱塞导向式自动排水阀,通过弹簧配合密封导向块进行密封和排水,密封导向块可以配合在阀体中间腔内进行密封,实现了排水阀密封和排水的功能。
本发明是采用以下的技术方案实现的:
一种消火栓柱塞导向式自动排水阀,包括:
用于连接固定的阀体,所述阀体中间设有阀体中间腔;
设在所述阀体中间腔内的弹性密封组件;
所述的弹性密封组件包括设在所述阀体中间腔内的弹簧,所述弹簧的后部设有密封导向块,所述阀体中间腔还包括与设置弹簧的弹簧放置腔和导向腔,所述密封导向块上设有排水孔,所述排水孔与密封导向块后端中间的水流通道连通。
优选的,所述的阀体包括前固定部、拧紧部和后固定部;
所述前固定部和所述后固定部的外侧均设有用于固定的螺纹;
所述拧紧部的截面为便于进行扳手操作的六边形。
优选的,所述的密封导向块上设有密封圈,所述密封圈与所述阀体中间腔的锥形密封腔相适应。
优选的,还包括限制所述密封导向块从所述阀体中间腔中滑出的轴承孔卡。
优选的,所述的排水孔均匀设有多个,便于均匀排水。
优选的,所述的阀体和所述密封导向块的材质均采用铜合金材质。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明所述的消火栓柱塞导向式自动排水阀,弹簧配合密封导向块的结构更稳定密封更可靠,密封导向块和阀体采用铜合金材质,比原有的塑料材质具有更高的强度,具有更高的耐腐蚀性。
(2)本发明所述的消火栓柱塞导向式自动排水阀,密封采用了锥形密封腔配合密封导向块密封,配合密封圈的双保险密封结构,密封圈即使脱落锥度面也可达到密封效果,可以有效的防止水的泄露。
(3)本发明所述的消火栓柱塞导向式自动排水阀,通过阀体中间腔的锥形密封腔处进行排水,同时密封导向块上的排水孔设有多个,可以同时进行排水,排水通道更大,排水速度更快。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明所述的一种消火栓柱塞导向式自动排水阀,包括:
用于连接固定的阀体1,所述阀体1中间设有阀体中间腔7;
设在所述阀体中间腔7内的弹性密封组件;
所述的弹性密封组件包括设在所述阀体中间腔7内的弹簧2,所述弹簧2的后部设有密封导向块3,所述阀体中间腔7还包括与设置弹簧2的弹簧放置腔7-1和导向腔7-3,所述密封导向块3上设有排水孔6,所述排水孔6与密封导向块3后端中间的水流通道连通。
所述的阀体1包括前固定部1-2、拧紧部1-3和后固定部1-1;
所述前固定部1-2和所述后固定部1-1的外侧均设有用于固定的螺纹;
所述拧紧部1-3的截面为便于进行扳手操作的六边形。
所述的密封导向块3上设有密封圈4,所述密封圈4与所述阀体中间腔7的锥形密封腔 7-2相适应。
还包括限制所述密封导向块3从所述阀体中间腔7中滑出的轴承孔卡5。
所述的排水孔6均匀设有多个,便于均匀排水。
所述的阀体1和所述密封导向块3的材质均采用铜合金材质。铜合金材质具有很好的耐腐蚀性能,同时相互配合时耐磨性能更好。
本发明的使用过程如下所述:
工作时,将阀体1安装在消火栓内,通过后固定部1-1和前固定部1-2将其固定,通过水的压强来密封,在水压作用下将密封导向块3压紧在阀体中间腔7的锥形密封腔7-2上,通过密封圈4进行密封。当需要泄水时,进水侧的压力变小,通过后置弹簧2将密封导向块 3与锥形密封腔7-2分离将栓腔内余水排出。

1.一种消火栓柱塞导向式自动排水阀,其特征在于,包括:
用于连接固定的阀体(1),所述阀体(1)中间设有阀体中间腔(7);
设在所述阀体中间腔(7)内的弹性密封组件;
所述的弹性密封组件包括设在所述阀体中间腔(7)内的弹簧(2),所述弹簧(2)的后部设有密封导向块(3),所述阀体中间腔(7)还包括与设置弹簧(2)的弹簧放置腔(7-1)和导向腔(7-3),所述密封导向块(3)上设有排水孔(6),所述排水孔(6)与密封导向块(3)后端中间的水流通道连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的消火栓柱塞导向式自动排水阀,其特征在于:所述的阀体(1)包括前固定部(1-2)、拧紧部(1-3)和后固定部(1-1);
所述前固定部(1-2)和所述后固定部(1-1)的外侧均设有用于固定的螺纹;
所述拧紧部(1-3)的截面为便于进行扳手操作的六边形。
3.根据权利要求2所述的消火栓柱塞导向式自动排水阀,其特征在于:所述的密封导向块(3)上设有密封圈(4),所述密封圈(4)与所述阀体中间腔(7)的锥形密封腔(7-2)相适应。
4.根据权利要求3所述的消火栓柱塞导向式自动排水阀,其特征在于:还包括限制所述密封导向块(3)从所述阀体中间腔(7)中滑出的轴承孔卡(5)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的消火栓柱塞导向式自动排水阀,其特征在于:所述的排水孔(6)均匀设有多个,便于均匀排水。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的消火栓柱塞导向式自动排水阀,其特征在于:所述的阀体(1)和所述密封导向块(3)的材质均采用铜合金材质。
