Abstract

本发明公开了一种无油干式螺杆压缩机密封组件,属于设备密封技术领域,空压机螺杆近空压箱一侧安装有轴套,密封组件安装在轴套上,密封组件实质为一浮动密封,浮动密封包括外壳、气密封环和油密封环,油密封环上安装有密封圈,油密封环由一对同心空芯圆柱组成,油密封环上安装有波形弹簧,气密封环和油密封环与外壳之间存在间隙,浮动密封上开设有若干U型孔。该无油干式螺杆压缩机利用浮动密封解决轴承游隙以及轴承磨损引起轴承窜动的问题,不但封油封气性能好,而且可以跟随轴承的窜动进行小幅度的摆动,减少了螺杆压缩机内部零件的损耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及设备密封技术领域,特别涉及一种无油干式螺杆压缩机密封组件。
背景技术
现在市场上的螺杆压缩机长期使用会出现螺杆窜动的现象,螺杆在高速旋转的情况下与轴套摩擦,不但会增加能量损耗,使压缩机内部零件温度升高,而且随着螺杆窜动的幅度越来越大,漏油漏气的风险也越来越大。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种无油干式螺杆压缩机密封组件,利用浮动密封解决轴承游隙以及轴承磨损引起轴承窜动的问题,不但封油封气性能好,而且可以跟随轴承的窜动进行小幅度的摆动,减少了螺杆压缩机内部零件的损耗。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种无油干式螺杆压缩机密封组件,其特征在于:所述空压机螺杆6近空压箱一侧安装有轴套B-1,所述密封组件安装在轴套B-1上,所述密封组件实质为一浮动密封4,所述浮动密封4包括外壳、气密封环B-4和油密封环B-3,所述油密封环B-3上安装有密封圈B-6,所述油密封环B-3由一对同心空芯圆柱组成,所述油密封环B-3上安装有波形弹簧B-5,所述气密封环B-4和油密封环B-3与外壳之间存在间隙,所述浮动密封4上开设有若干U型孔7。
优选地,所述浮动密封4一侧安装有甩油管B-2。
优选地,所述甩油管B-2一侧安装有轴承5,所述轴承5通过轴承压盖3与齿轮2相连,所述齿轮2一侧安装有齿轮压紧盖1。
优选地,所述无油干式螺杆压缩机中安装有一对啮合的阴阳螺杆,所述阴阳螺杆一侧安装的密封组件相同。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:波形弹簧的存在可以使密封件跟随螺杆的窜动进行小幅度的波动,减少了螺杆窜动对机器内部零件的损耗,设置有油密封环以及气密封环的浮动密封可以将油气完全分隔开,保证了设备安全稳定的运转,浮动密封上的U型孔可以使气体从上孔通过排气管道排出设备,也可以使润滑油从下孔经过油道流回油仓。

实施例:如图所示,一种无油干式螺杆压缩机密封组件,其特征在于:所述空压机螺杆6近空压箱一侧安装有轴套B-1,所述密封组件安装在轴套B-1上,所述密封组件实质为一浮动密封4,所述浮动密封4包括外壳、气密封环B-4和油密封环B-3,所述油密封环B-3上安装有密封圈B-6,所述油密封环B-3由一对同心空芯圆柱组成,所述油密封环B-3上安装有波形弹簧B-5,所述气密封环B-4和油密封环B-3与外壳之间存在间隙,所述浮动密封4上开设有若干U型孔7,所述浮动密封4一侧安装有甩油管B-2,所述甩油管B-2一侧安装有轴承5,所述轴承5通过轴承压盖3与齿轮2相连,所述齿轮2一侧安装有齿轮压紧盖1,所述无油干式螺杆压缩机中安装有一对啮合的阴阳螺杆,所述阴阳螺杆一侧安装的密封组件相同。

1.一种无油干式螺杆压缩机密封组件,其特征在于:所述空压机螺杆(6)近空压箱一侧安装有轴套(B-1),所述密封组件安装在轴套(B-1)上,所述密封组件实质为一浮动密封(4),所述浮动密封(4)包括外壳、气密封环(B-4)和油密封环(B-3),所述油密封环(B-3)上安装有密封圈(B-6),所述油密封环(B-3)由一对同心空芯圆柱组成,所述油密封环(B-3)上安装有波形弹簧(B-5),所述气密封环(B-4)和油密封环(B-3)与外壳之间存在间隙,所述浮动密封(4)上开设有若干U型孔(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无油干式螺杆压缩机密封组件,其特征在于:所述浮动密封(4)一侧安装有甩油管(B-2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无油干式螺杆压缩机密封组件,其特征在于:所述甩油管(B-2)一侧安装有轴承(5),所述轴承(5)通过轴承压盖(3)与齿轮(2)相连,所述齿轮(2)一侧安装有齿轮压紧盖(1)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无油干式螺杆压缩机密封组件,其特征在于:所述无油干式螺杆压缩机中安装有一对啮合的阴阳螺杆,所述阴阳螺杆一侧安装的密封组件相同。
