The invention uses the prestressed anchor rod as the anti-floating anchor rod, and effectively avoids the outstanding problems of insufficient anchor pulling force, poor corrosion durability and the like in the use of the traditional anchor rod by utilizing the advantages of good continuity of the prestressed anchor rod, small influence by water corrosion and good pile forming quality.

2) according to the invention, the direct connection of the anti-floating anchor rod and the bottom plate is avoided by adding the ground anchor layer, so that the stress surface for connecting the reinforcing steel bars is increased, and the risk of overlarge deflection and even tension crack of the bottom plate caused by local stress is avoided; the design of the ground anchor layer can also meet the setting requirement of the anchor device end, thereby avoiding the arrangement of a groove for placing the anchor device on the bottom plate;
