Energy-concerving and environment-protective type heavy metal sewage treatment plant, including water purification case (1), precipitation tank (2), agitator tank (3), agitator motor (4), inlet tube A (11) and inlet tube B (12), water purification case (1) intracavity from the top down has set gradually self-filtering layer (101), adsorb cotton layer (102), activated carbon layer (103), heavy metal ion adsorbs filtering layer (104) and permeable formation (105), agitator tank (3) fixed mounting is at precipitation tank (2) top, water purification case (1) and precipitation tank (2) are through inlet tube A (11) intercommunication, precipitation tank (2) and agitator tank (3) are through inlet tube B (12) intercommunication, agitator motor (4) fixed mounting is at the output fixedly connected with stirring column (5) of agitator tank (3) top and agitator motor (4), its characterized in that: the outer wall of the top of the water purifying tank (1) and the outer wall of the top of the settling tank (2) are fixedly connected with a water return pipe (10), the outer wall of the stirring column (5) is provided with two groups of stirring devices (8) which can rotate around the inner wall of the stirring tank (3) in an annular wave manner, the bottom end of the stirring column (5) sequentially penetrates through the stirring tank (3) and the settling tank (2) through a bearing and a sealing ring and extends into the cavity of the settling tank (2), the bottom end of the stirring column (5) is fixedly provided with an adjusting turntable (9), the top and the bottom of the adjusting turntable (9) are respectively provided with a conical helical gear A (13) and a conical helical gear B (14), the conical helical gear A (13) and the conical helical gear B (14) are positioned in the same vertical direction, the diameters and the tooth numbers of the conical helical gear A (13) and the conical helical gear B (14) are the same, the water return pipe (10, be provided with on inlet tube B (12) with the mutual intermittent type meshing's of circular cone helical gear A (13) adjusting gear B (16), adjusting gear A (15) and adjusting gear B (16) diameter and tooth number are all the same, all set up on adjusting gear A (15) and adjusting gear B (16) water drainage tank (17) of both sides mutual symmetry, the size of water drainage tank (17) is one fifth of adjusting gear A (15) and adjusting gear B (16), adjusting gear A (15) and adjusting gear B (16) are all through dead lever and bearing difference movable mounting directly over wet return (10) and inlet tube B (12) right side, and adjusting gear A (15) can carry the box with wet return (10) wall, adjusting gear B (16) can laminate with inlet tube B (12) wall.

The energy-saving and environment-friendly heavy metal sewage treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the automatic filtering layer (101) is composed of a threaded rod (21), a connecting sleeve (22), a differential gear wheel (23), a differential pinion (24), a vertical rod (25), water flow fan blades (26), a telescopic filtering rod (27), a steering ball (28), a fixing ring (29) and a telescopic filtering plate (30), the threaded rod (21) is movably installed in the cavity of the water purifying tank (1) through a bearing, the top end of the threaded rod extends out of the cavity of the water purifying tank (1), L-shaped rocker arms (33) are fixedly installed on the outer wall of the top of the threaded rod (21), the connecting sleeve (22) is in threaded connection with the outer wall of the threaded rod (21), the differential gear wheel (23) is fixedly installed on the top of the outer wall of the threaded rod (21) and is located in the cavity of the water purifying tank (1), the differential pinion (24) is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the vertical rod (25) and the differential pinion (24) is meshed with the differential gear wheel (23), the vertical rod (25) is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the water return water pipe (10), the connecting sleeve (29) and the telescopic filtering rod (27) is connected with the two telescopic filtering rod fixing rings (29), the two telescopic filtering rod (27) which are connected with the telescopic filtering rod (29), the telescopic filtering rod (30), the telescopic filtering rod (27) and the telescopic filtering rod (29), the two telescopic filtering plate (30), the two telescopic filtering rod (27) are connected with the two telescopic filtering rod fixing ring (27).
3. The energy-saving environment-friendly heavy metal sewage treatment device according to claim 2, characterized in that: both sides of the bottom of the telescopic filtering plate (30) are fixedly provided with filtering bulges (31).
