Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the invention relates to a lifting-pulling type fast-assembling containing box, which comprises a folding box 1 capable of being folded into a flat half-folding state and a traction support plate 2 capable of driving the folding box 1 to be assembled into a three-dimensional state from the half-folding state.
The folding box 1 is formed by cutting and folding a thin paperboard integrally, and comprises a bottom plate 10, front and rear wall plates 20 extending outwards from the front and rear sides of the bottom plate 10 respectively, and left and right wall plates 30 extending from the left and right sides of the bottom plate 10 respectively, wherein four corner ends of the front and rear wall plates 20, which are connected with the left and right wall plates 30, are provided with a connecting piece 40 respectively.
The outer edges of the left and right wall plates 30 are respectively extended with a left and right reverse-folding sheet 31, the left and right reverse-folding sheets 31 are reversely folded and adhered on the corresponding left and right wall plates 30, or as shown in the figure, the inner side surfaces of the left and right wall plates 30 are respectively provided with a fixed supporting sheet 50 with a thickness larger than that of the folding box 1, and the left and right reverse-folding sheets 31 are reversely folded and adhered on the inner side surfaces of the corresponding fixed supporting sheets 50.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the left and right wall panels 30 and the corresponding fixed support pieces 50 of the folding box 1 are folded toward the center of the bottom panel 10 and are folded on the bottom panel 10, and the linkage pieces 40 are folded toward the center of the front and rear wall panels 20 and are fixed on the front and rear wall panels 20, forming a flat half-folded state.
The thickness of the traction support plate 2 is larger than that of the folding box 1, and the traction support plate is provided with two movable support sheets 60 corresponding to the front wall plate 20 and the rear wall plate 20 of the folding box 1 and a bottom support sheet 70 corresponding to the bottom plate 10 of the folding box 1, the two movable support sheets 60 and the bottom support sheet 70 are formed by dividing two front folding lines 61 and two rear folding lines 61, a central folding line 71 parallel to the front folding line 61 and the rear folding line is arranged in the center of the bottom support sheet 70, and a lifting part 72 for a user to apply force is arranged in the center of the bottom support sheet 70.
The traction support plate 2 is overlapped above the left and right wall plates 30 and the plurality of linkage plates 40 of the folding box 1 in a half-folding state, and the outer edges of the front and rear wall plates 20 of the folding box 1 are respectively extended with a front and rear reverse folding plates 21, and the front and rear reverse folding plates 21 can be reversely fixed on two movable support plates 60 of the traction support plate 2.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a user can lift the lifting portion 72 of the pulling support plate 2, grasp the bottom support sheet 70 and apply force, bend and raise the bottom support sheet 70 along the central folding line 71, bend the two movable support sheets 60 upward relative to the bottom support sheet 70 along the two front and rear folding lines 61, and simultaneously can pull the front and rear wall plates 20 to be erected relative to the bottom plate 10, and respectively pull the left and right wall plates 30 and the corresponding fixed support sheets 50 to be erected upward through the plurality of interlocking sheets 40.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, after the front and rear wall plates 20 and the left and right wall plates 30 are erected, the linking plate 40 is folded against the inner side surfaces of the corresponding front and rear wall plates 20, and the user presses the bottom supporting plate 70 of the traction supporting plate 2 downward to fold the bottom supporting plate 70 flatly above the bottom plate 10, and the two movable supporting plates 60 are folded against the inner side surfaces of the corresponding front and rear wall plates 20 and the plurality of linking plates 40, so as to quickly assemble the folding box 1 and the traction supporting plate 2 into a three-dimensional state with a containing space.
Of course, when the storage box is not used, the pulling support plate 2 can be taken out from the upper side of the bottom plate 10 of the folding box 1, that is, the pulling support plate 2 can be reversely detached in the sequence of fig. 10 to fig. 7, so that the folding box 1 can be returned to the flat half-folded state. Moreover, this pull backup pad and folding box use the cardboard of different thickness, except can reducing material cost, should pull the structural strength that the backup pad can also the reinforcement folding box, improve the unable folding problem of accomodating and structural strength is not enough of current holding box.
When the user is familiar with the assembling steps of the containing box, the traction supporting plate can be taken out by one hand as shown in the figure, and the containing box can be assembled more quickly. In practice, the pulling portion 72 may be a pull cord, a tab (not shown), or a hole (not shown) cut into the bottom support piece for the user to apply force.
Or as shown in fig. 11, the lifting portion is an upward-lifting type force-applying piece 73, the upward-lifting type force-applying piece 73 is formed by a semicircular cutting line 74 arranged at the center of the central folding line 71 of the bottom supporting piece 70, so that the upward-lifting type force-applying piece 73 can be lifted up and erected along the semicircular cutting line 74 relative to the bottom supporting piece 70 for the user to extract; on the contrary, when the front and rear wall plates 20 and the left and right wall plates 30 are erected and the bottom support sheet 70 is flatly overlapped on the bottom plate 10, the upward-lifting type force application sheet 73 can also be flatly overlapped on the bottom plate 10, so that the bottom surface of the interior of the integral containing box is kept flat.
In addition, the traction support plate 2 can be provided with a second folding line 62 which is close to and parallel to the front folding line 61 and the rear folding line 61 respectively on the two movable support sheets 60, when the folding box 1 is of a larger size, the two second folding lines 62 can assist the two movable support sheets 60 to reversely fold and lean against the corresponding front wall plate 20 and the inner side surfaces of the plurality of linkage sheets 40, so that the assembly by a user is convenient.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, each linkage plate 40 has an oblique crease 41 extending diagonally, so that the linkage plate 40 is divided into a first flap 42 connected to the front and rear wall plates 20 and a second flap 43 connected to the left and right wall plates 30, the outer side of the first flap 42 faces the front and rear wall plates 20 and has a positioning plate 44, a cutting line 45 is disposed at the joint position of the positioning plate 44 and the first flap 42, the cutting line 45 extends from the outside to the inside until the oblique crease 41, so that the positioning plate 44 is folded toward the front and rear wall plates 20 with the oblique crease 41 as a reference line.
When the folding box 1 is in a flat half-folded state, the first and second folding pieces 42, 43 of each linking piece 40 are folded against the adjacent front and rear wall panels 20 at the inner side, and the positioning piece 44 is folded inwardly along the oblique folding line 41 and then fixed to the front and rear wall panels 20 by adhesion at the outer side.
When the front wall plate 20 and the rear wall plate 20 are erected relative to the base plate 10, the first folding piece 42 and the second folding piece 43 of each linking piece 40 are folded along the oblique crease 41 and then lean against the inner side surfaces of the corresponding front wall plate 20 and the corresponding rear wall plate 20, so that the left wall plate 30 and the right wall plate 30 are driven to be erected relative to the base plate 10; in the process of the interlocking sheet 40 driving the left and right wall plates 30 to stand up, the positioning sheet 44 fixed on the front wall plate or the rear wall plate by reverse folding can change the direction of the acting force of the first folding sheet 42 interlocking with the second folding sheet 43, and reduce the resistance between the first and second folding sheets 42 and 43, so that the interlocking sheet 40 can smoothly pull the left and right wall plates 30 to stand up.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 11, the linking sheet 40 can also be folded in a conventional manner, and can also bring the flat folding box into a three-dimensional state when the user pulls the traction support plate 2.

Claims (8)

1. A lifting-pulling type fast-assembling containing box comprises a folding box in a flat half-folding state and a traction supporting plate, wherein the thickness of the traction supporting plate is larger than that of the folding box and is movably arranged above the folding box; the method is characterized in that:
the outer edges of the front wall plate and the rear wall plate of the folding box can respectively extend with a front reverse folding sheet and a rear reverse folding sheet which are fixed at the front side and the rear side of the traction support plate in a reverse folding way; the traction support plate is provided with a front folding line and a rear folding line to divide the area of the traction support plate which can be relatively bent into two movable support pieces which are respectively positioned at the front side and the rear side and a bottom support piece which is positioned between the two movable support pieces, the center of the bottom support piece is provided with a central folding line which is parallel to the front folding line and the rear folding line, and the center of the bottom support piece is provided with a lifting part for a user to apply force;
the lifting part is upwards extracted, the front wall plate and the rear wall plate of the folding box can be driven to be erected relative to the bottom plate through the two movable supporting sheets, the left wall plate and the right wall plate are respectively pulled through the plurality of interlocking sheets to be erected upwards, then the bottom supporting sheet of the pulling supporting sheet is pressed downwards, the bottom supporting sheet is flatly overlapped above the bottom plate, the two movable supporting sheets are reversely folded and lean against the inner side surfaces of the front wall plate and the rear wall plate, and the folding box and the pulling supporting sheet are quickly assembled to form a three-dimensional state with an accommodating space.
2. The container of claim 1, wherein the lifting portion is a lifting force-applying piece formed by a semicircular cutting line disposed at the center of the central folding line of the bottom support piece, such that the lifting force-applying piece can be lifted and erected along the semicircular cutting line relative to the bottom support piece for being extracted by a user.
3. The container of claim 1, wherein the lifting portion is a pull cord, a tab, or a hole cut into the bottom support piece.
4. The container of claim 1, wherein the left and right panels have left and right reverse flaps extending from the outer edges thereof and adhered to the inner surfaces of the left and right panels.
5. The container of claim 1, wherein the lifting portion is lifted upwardly to bend the bottom support sheet along the central fold line and the two movable support sheets along the two front and rear fold lines to erect the front and rear panels of the container relative to the bottom panel.
6. The receiving box of a pull-up type quick assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the pulling supporting plate is provided with a second folding line adjacent to and parallel to the front and rear folding lines on the two movable supporting pieces, respectively.
7. The lift-type quick-assembling container as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein each of the coupling plates has a first flap connected to the adjacent front and rear wall panels and a second flap connected to the adjacent left and right wall panels, the first and second flaps having an oblique folding line therebetween, the first flap being capable of being folded back and fixed to the adjacent front and rear wall panels along the oblique folding line.
8. The receiving box of claim 7, wherein the first flap has a positioning tab extending toward the front and rear wall panels, and a cutting line is provided at the junction of the positioning tab and the first flap, the cutting line extending from the outside to the inside until the oblique crease, such that the positioning tab is fixed to the front wall panel or the rear wall panel by being folded back with the oblique crease as a reference line.
