the indoor first circuit breaker is arranged in the first handcart room, the indoor second circuit breaker is arranged in the second handcart room, a first current transformer and a first high-voltage cable connected with the first current transformer are arranged in the first cable room, a second current transformer and a second high-voltage cable connected with the second current transformer are arranged in the second cable room, a power supply is arranged in the bus room, the first circuit breaker and the second circuit breaker are both connected with the power supply, the first current transformer is connected with the first circuit breaker, and the second current transformer is connected with the second circuit breaker;
