The invention provides a gangue filling cementing roadway keeping system which comprises a plurality of hydraulic supports, a gangue blocking support, a filling support device, a pier column mold, a gangue throwing device and a grouting pump station, wherein the plurality of hydraulic supports are arranged on the gangue blocking support; a preset distance is kept between a tail beam of the hydraulic support at the end of the working face and the constructed pier column; the waste rock blocking bracket is positioned in the entry retaining operation area; the filling support device comprises a filling support and a filling box body; a closed roadside supporting space is formed between the filling box body and the constructed pier stud; the pier stud mold is positioned in the roadside support space; the grouting pump station is communicated with a grouting pipe; when the pier stud mold is poured, the grouting pipe penetrates through the second grouting hole and extends into the first grouting hole; when the roadside support space is poured, the grouting pipe extends into the second grouting hole; the grouting pipe is positioned in the gob-side roadway. Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of coal mine roadway support, and particularly relates to a gangue filling cementing roadway retaining system and a gangue filling cementing roadway retaining method.
Background
In recent years, the coal pillar-free mining process is widely applied to coal mine production activities, and the roadside filling gob-side entry retaining is a great development direction of coal pillar-free mining. The gob-side entry retaining means that a mining roadway behind a mined working face is retained along a mining edge by a certain method to be used as a mining roadway of a next working face.
In the prior art, the roadside filling is divided into high-water material roadside filling and concrete roadside filling, the roadside filling and the concrete roadside filling have the same characteristics, a roadside filling body needs to be constructed, certain material investment needs to be increased, and for mines with complex geological conditions, poor coal quality and poor mine benefits, the difficulty of application of the roadside filling technology in the mines is greatly increased due to the fact that the material investment is small. In addition, because can produce a large amount of waste rocks during the excavation of rock roadway in the pit, current environmental protection policy is more and more strict, and ground no waste rock is piled up the place, for realizing that the waste rock can not go out the well and digest in situ in the pit, need to carry out waste utilization to the waste rock promptly. Detailed Description
The present invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying schematic drawings, in which preferred embodiments of the invention are shown, it being understood that one skilled in the art may modify the invention herein described while still achieving the advantageous effects of the invention. Accordingly, the following description should be construed as broadly as possible to those skilled in the art and not as limiting the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a gangue-filled cemented roadway-retaining system includes: the device comprises a plurality of hydraulic supports 15, a waste rock blocking support 1, a filling support device, a pier stud mold 11, a grouting pump station 7 and a waste rock throwing device. The specific arrangement is as follows:
the hydraulic support 15 is used for maintaining a working face top plate and is erected at a working face; a preset distance is kept between the tail beam of the hydraulic support 15 at the end of the working face and the constructed pier stud 3; that is, the filling arrangement of the next roadside support body is prepared when the preset distance between the working face and the constructed pier stud 3 is reached along with the advance of the working face.
The waste rock blocking support 1 is used for maintaining a side roof of a goaf and is positioned in a roadway retaining operation area, namely a goaf 16.
The filling support device is used for supporting a top plate of a roadway-retaining operation area and pouring a waste rock wall body. Specifically, the filling support device comprises a filling bracket 2 and a filling box body 13; the filling box body 13 is positioned at the rear of the filling bracket 2; a telescopic element is arranged between the filling box 13 and the filling support 2, so that the filling support 2 is pushed along with the working surface, while the filling box 13 is kept still. In the present embodiment, the advancing direction of the working surface is the forward direction.
The filling support 2 is used for supporting a top plate of a roadway retaining operation area and is arranged between the waste rock blocking support 1 and a gob-side roadway; the filling support 2 is arranged close to the hydraulic support 15.
The filling box body 13 is arranged far away from the hydraulic support 15, and a second grouting hole is reserved in the filling box body 13 and used for pouring a waste rock wall body; one end of the filling box body 13 is opened; the open end of the filling box body 13 is surrounded on the outer side of the constructed pier stud 3; and a closed roadside supporting space is formed between the filling box body 13 and the constructed pier stud 3. In the present embodiment, the length of the filling case 13 is not less than 4.0 m. Further, the steel plate of the filling box 13 on the roadway side can be lifted and horizontally moved. In addition, when the condition of the top plate of the entry retaining operation area is poor, an anchor rod can be arranged for maintenance.
The pier stud mold 11 is used for forming a pier stud and is placed in the roadside supporting space; the pier stud mould 11 is positioned at one end of the filling box body 13 and is arranged opposite to the constructed pier stud 3; the pier stud mold 11 is provided with a first grouting hole 12. The pier stud mould 11 is structurally shown in figure 2: the pier column mould 11 can be made of seamless steel tubes, FRP, PVC and other materials which can ensure the forming of pier columns; the pier stud mould 11 is provided with a first grouting hole 12 and an overflow hole 14, and valves are arranged at the first grouting hole 12 and the overflow hole 14. In other embodiments other than this embodiment, the pier stud may be prefabricated.
And the gangue dumping device is used for transporting gangue 6 and filling the gangue 6 between the pier stud and the constructed pier stud 3, and the gangue dumping device is positioned in the gob-side roadway.
The grouting pump station 7 is communicated with a grouting pipe 8; when the pier stud mold 11 is poured, the grouting pipe 8 penetrates through the second grouting hole and extends into the first grouting hole 12; when the roadside support space is poured, the grouting pipe 8 extends into the second grouting hole; namely, when the pier stud mold 11 is poured, the grouting pump station 7 fills the high-water filling material into the first grouting hole 12; when a gangue wall is poured, the grouting pipe 8 is drawn out of the first grouting hole 12, the grouting pump station 7 fills high-water filling materials into the second grouting hole, and the high-water filling materials enter the roadside support space to cement gangue 6.
In the embodiment, the device further comprises a single hydraulic column; the single hydraulic column is arranged in the gob-side roadway; the hydraulic prop 9 is located on one side of the constructed pier stud 3. The method is characterized in that a retained roadway part formed by a plurality of roadside support bodies adopts single hydraulic props 9 matched with hinged top beams 10 to form reinforced supports, 2 adjacent rows of the reinforced supports are arranged in parallel, the row distance is 1200 mm multiplied by 1000mm, the length of each reinforced support is 80-120 m, and after the distance is exceeded, the reinforced supports are gradually retracted to the inner section (rear) along with the advance of a working face. Specifically, the hinged top beam 10 is arranged along the trend of the roadway, and the single hydraulic prop 9 is supported on the hinged top beam 10 to form a reinforced supporting whole.
In the embodiment, a first metal net is laid on the top plate of the hydraulic support 15 (first hydraulic support 15) at the end of the working face; the first metal net is connected with the metal net on the working face top plate. The metal net is also arranged on other 2-4 hydraulic supports 15 close to the first hydraulic support 15, so that the connection with the metal net on the working face top plate is realized.
In the embodiment, the gangue dumping device comprises a gangue dumping machine 5 and a conveyor belt conveyor 4; the output end of the conveyor belt conveyor 4 is connected with the input end of the gangue throwing machine 5. Namely, the belt conveyer 4 transports the gangue 6 to the gangue throwing machine 5. In the present embodiment, the gangue throwing machine 5 and the conveying conveyor are both in the prior art, and are not described in detail herein.
The invention also provides a gangue 6 filling cementation roadway retaining method which is suitable for the gateway gob-side roadway retaining of the track of the fully mechanized mining face, and based on the gangue filling cementation roadway retaining system, as shown in fig. 3, the gangue 6 filling cementation roadway retaining method comprises the following steps of (1) to (4):
(1) erecting a hydraulic support 15 and a waste rock blocking support 1: erecting a hydraulic support 15 at the working face at a preset distance to maintain the working face top plate; erecting a waste rock blocking support 1 in a roadway retaining operation area to maintain a side roof of a goaf; in the embodiment, the preset distance is 3.6 m-4 m, namely, the filling support 2 and the filling box body 13 are arranged to perform the work of filling the cemented roadway.
(2) Erecting a filling support device: a filling support device is erected between the waste rock blocking support 1 and the gob-side roadway; the filling support device is positioned in the entry retaining operation area, and the filling support 2 is positioned between the waste rock blocking support 1 and the gob-side entry; a roadside support space is formed between the filling box body 13 and the constructed pier stud 3.
(3) Pouring a pier stud: placing a pier column mold 11 into a roadside supporting space, pouring a high-water filling material into the pier column mold 11 through a grouting pump station 7 and a grouting pipe 8, and forming a pier column after the pier column mold 11 is filled; preferably, the distance between the center of the pier and the center of the constructed pier 3 is 3 m. Specifically, the high-water-content quick-setting mortar material is prepared into slurry at a grouting pump station 7 according to a ratio of water to cement of 1: 1-1.5: 1, then a double-liquid grouting pump is started for pumping, the slurry is conveyed through a grouting pipe 8, the mixed slurry (high-water-content filling material) is poured into the pier column mold 11 through a first grouting hole 12 of the pier column mold 11, pouring is stopped after the slurry flows out from an overflow hole 14, and valves at the overflow hole 14 and the first grouting hole 12 are closed, so that pouring of the pier column is finished. The pier stud has high initial supporting force and large supporting resistance, the working face can normally recover and move the frame, and the pier stud and the frame can work in parallel without mutual influence.
(4) And (3) casting a gangue wall: and (3) filling waste rock 6 between the pier stud and the constructed pier stud by using a waste rock filling and throwing machine 5 (a small waste rock throwing machine), and pouring the high-water filling material between the pier stud and the constructed pier stud 3 by using a grouting pump station 7 and a grouting pipe 8 in the same step (3) to form a waste rock wall. Specifically, a double-liquid grouting pump is started for pumping, the grout is conveyed through a grouting pipe 8, and the mixed grout (high-water filling material) is injected between the pier column in the step (3) and the constructed pier column 3 through a second grouting hole in a filling box body 13. Therefore, the roadside support body taking 2 adjacent pier studs as a framework and a gangue wall body as auxiliary protection is formed.

the filling support device is used for supporting a top plate of a roadway retaining operation area and pouring a waste rock wall body; the filling support device comprises a filling support and a filling box body; the filling box body is positioned behind the filling bracket; a telescopic part is arranged between the filling box body and the filling bracket; the filling support is positioned between the waste rock blocking support and the gob-side roadway; one end of the filling box body is open; a second grouting hole is formed in the filling box body; the open end of the filling box body is surrounded on the outer side of the constructed pier stud; the constructed pier column is positioned inside the filling box body; before pouring the pier stud mold, a closed roadside supporting space is formed between the filling box body and the constructed pier stud;

(1) erecting the hydraulic support and the waste rock blocking support: erecting the hydraulic support at a working face at a preset distance to maintain a working face top plate; erecting the waste rock blocking support in a roadway retaining operation area to maintain a side roof of the goaf;
(2) erecting the filling and supporting device: erecting the filling support device between the waste rock blocking support and the gob-side roadway; the filling support device is positioned in a roadway retaining operation area, and the filling support is positioned between the waste rock blocking support and the gob-side roadway; a roadside supporting space is formed between the filling box body and the constructed pier stud;
(3) pouring a pier stud: placing the pier stud mold into the roadside support space, pouring a high-water filling material into the pier stud mold through the grouting pump station and the grouting pipe, and forming a pier stud after the pier stud mold is filled;
