本发明公开了一种高耐蚀蓝色锌镍合金钝化剂的成分组成,包括A剂和B剂,所述A剂包括钴盐、钠盐和去离子水,所述中的钴盐为硝酸钴、硫酸钴、碳酸钴、氯化钴中的一种或者几种混合物,所述A剂中的钠盐为亚硝酸钠、硝酸钠、硫酸钠、氯化钠中的一种或者几种混合物;所述B剂包括铬盐、碱、酸、钠盐和去离子水,所述B剂中的铬盐为硝酸铬、氯化铬、硫酸铬中一种或者多种混合物。所述B剂中的碱为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氢氧化铬中的一种或者多种混合物,所述B剂中的酸为柠檬酸、乳酸、丙二酸、草酸、乙二酸中一种或者多种混合物,所述B剂中的钠盐为草酸钠、草酸氢钠、柠檬酸钠、乳酸钠、硫酸钠中一种或者多种的混合物。

一种高耐蚀蓝色锌镍合金钝化剂的成分组成
技术领域
本发明涉及电镀锌镍合金蓝色钝化剂技术领域,具体为一种高耐蚀蓝色锌镍合金钝化剂的成分组成。
背景技术
在目前的技术背景下,钢铁件如果要想取得更好的耐腐蚀效果,一般都是通过电镀锌镍合金,通过牺牲锌镍合金层来防腐蚀并且来保护钢铁件,单独的锌镍合金的镀层耐腐蚀性并不充分,目前市场上的镀锌镍合金蓝色钝化剂都是成分复杂,耐腐蚀效果不高,同时,蓝色的钝化膜经常出现颜色脱落,颜色分布不均匀等劣势,另外生产镀锌镍合金蓝色钝化剂时需要高温保温生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高耐蚀蓝色锌镍合金钝化剂的成分组成,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高耐蚀蓝色锌镍合金钝化剂的成分组成,包括A剂和B剂,
所述A剂包括30-300g/L钴盐、20-200g/L钠盐和去离子水,所述A剂中的钴盐为硝酸钴、硫酸钴、碳酸钴、氯化钴中的一种或者几种混合物,所述A 剂中的钠盐为亚硝酸钠、硝酸钠、硫酸钠、氯化钠中的一种或者几种混合物;
所述B剂包括30-300g/L铬盐、20-200g/L碱、20-200g/L酸、1-30g/L钠盐和去离子水,所述B剂中的铬盐为硝酸铬、氯化铬、硫酸铬中一种或者多种混合物,所述B剂中的碱为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氢氧化铬中的一种或者多种混合物,所述B剂中的酸为柠檬酸、乳酸、丙二酸、草酸、乙二酸、丁二酸、戊二酸中一种或者多种混合物,所述B剂中的钠盐为草酸钠、草酸氢钠、柠檬酸钠、乳酸钠、硫酸钠或者柠檬酸中一种或者多种的混合物。
更进一步地,每升所述高耐蚀蓝色锌镍合金钝化液的制备工艺如下:
S1:向烧杯中加入900ml去离子水;
S2:再向烧杯中加入70-100毫升A剂和25毫升-50毫升B剂,搅拌均匀。
更进一步地,每升所述A剂的制备工艺如下:
S1:将定量的钴盐和钠盐放入烧杯中;
S2:向烧杯中加入定量的去离子水,搅拌溶解;
S3:再次向烧杯中加入去离子水至液面1升处,搅拌均匀。
更进一步地,每升所述B剂的制备工艺如下:
S1:向烧杯中加入定量去离子水;
S2:向烧杯中加入定量碱,酸,钠盐,铬盐等彻底搅拌溶解;
S3:将烧杯升温到75-85度,保温1小时。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)、很多锌镍合金的蓝色钝化剂含有镍盐,因为镍比较贵,本发明中不含有镍盐,成本低。
(2)、传统钝化层,盐雾效果小于296小时,而本发明,中性盐雾效果超过296小时,如果钝化后再加入附着的封闭剂保护层,则盐雾效果更好可达1200小时以上。
(3)、钝化剂不含六价铬,有利于保护环境,镀锌镍蓝色钝化剂一剂常温配置,一剂保温配置,同时用镀锌镍蓝色的钝化剂配置的钝化液常温(25 度-30度)使用,有利于降低成。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一:
A剂(按配置1升A剂来设置):
硝酸钴:200克;
硝酸钠:130克;
余量为去离子水。
B剂(按配置1升B剂来设置):
片碱:130克;
草酸:110克;
柠檬酸钠:15克;
氯化铬:260克;
余量为去离子水。
配置方法:
配置蓝色钝化A剂1升,准备一个1升的烧杯,称量200克硝酸钴放到烧杯中,称量130克硝酸钠放到烧杯中,然后加入水800克,彻底搅拌溶解后,补充水到整1升的液面,搅拌均匀后完成蓝色钝化剂A剂的配置。
配置蓝色钝化剂B剂1升,准备一个1升的烧杯,准备700克水,称量 260克氯化铬,130克片碱,草酸110克和柠檬酸钠12克,将以上物质根据要求加入烧杯中并彻底搅拌均匀,然后将液面补充到1升的液面,将烧杯升温到75-85度,保温1小时后,确保所有物质搅拌均匀,即可得到蓝色钝化B 剂。
配置高耐蚀蓝色锌镍合金钝化液1升,准备一个1升的烧杯,加入900 毫升水,然后加入70-100毫升A剂和25毫升-50毫升B剂,搅拌均匀,这样1升的锌镍合金电镀蓝色钝化液就配置完成了,其特征为每1升的锌镍合金蓝色钝化液中包括70-100毫升的A剂,25-50毫升B剂以及余量的水。
实施例二:
A剂(按配置1升A剂来设置):
硫酸钴:200克;
氯化钠:130克;
硫酸钠:15克;
余量为去离子水。
B剂(按配置1升B剂来设置):
片碱:130克;
草酸:120克;
柠檬酸:10克;
氯化铬:250克;
余量为去离子水。
配置方法:(同实施例一)
使用方法:
1)将刚刚镀好锌镍合金的钢铁工件用清水漂洗干净,表面不能有油污;
2)将上面镀锌镍合金的工件浸入稀酸溶液中进行活化10-15秒,然后用清水漂洗干净;
3)在常温下(比如25度-30度)将活化后的镀锌镍合金的工件放入镀锌镍蓝色钝化液中30-50秒,然后用清水漂洗干净;
4)将漂洗干净的工件放入70-80度的热水中浸泡8-10秒钟取出,吹干,这样蓝色钝化完成。
电镀锌镍合金的工件钝化后能得到均匀的蓝色,蓝色很正而且有更高的耐腐蚀性,本发明中的锌镍合金蓝色钝化剂成分简单,易于配置,属于基础配方,此基础配方可以直接使用,也可以添加其他的盐类或者纳米硅类物质,增加其更多的性能。

Claims (4)

1.一种高耐蚀蓝色锌镍合金钝化剂的成分组成,包括A剂和B剂,其特征在于:
所述A剂包括30-300g/L钴盐、20-200g/L钠盐和去离子水,所述A剂中的钴盐为硝酸钴、硫酸钴、碳酸钴、氯化钴中的一种或者几种混合物,所述A剂中的钠盐为亚硝酸钠、硝酸钠、硫酸钠、氯化钠中的一种或者几种混合物;
所述B剂包括30-300g/L铬盐、20-200g/L碱、20-200g/L酸、1-30g/L钠盐和去离子水,所述B剂中的铬盐为硝酸铬、氯化铬、硫酸铬中一种或者多种混合物,所述B剂中的碱为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氢氧化铬中的一种或者多种混合物,所述B剂中的酸为柠檬酸、乳酸、丙二酸、草酸、乙二酸、丁二酸、戊二酸中一种或者多种混合物,所述B剂中的钠盐为草酸钠、草酸氢钠、柠檬酸钠、乳酸钠、硫酸钠或者柠檬酸中一种或者多种的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高耐蚀蓝色锌镍合金钝化剂的成分组成,其特征在于:每升所述高耐蚀蓝色锌镍合金钝化液的制备工艺如下:
S1:向烧杯中加入900ml去离子水;
S2:再向烧杯中加入70-100毫升A剂和25毫升-50毫升B剂,搅拌均匀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高耐蚀蓝色锌镍合金钝化剂的成分组成,其特征在于:每升所述A剂的制备工艺如下:
S1:将定量的钴盐和钠盐放入烧杯中;
S2:向烧杯中加入定量的去离子水,搅拌溶解;
S3:再次向烧杯中加入去离子水至液面1升处,搅拌均匀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高耐蚀蓝色锌镍合金钝化剂的成分组成,其特征在于:每升所述B剂的制备工艺如下:
S1:向烧杯中加入定量去离子水;
S2:向烧杯中加入定量碱,酸,钠盐,铬盐等彻底搅拌溶解;
S3:将烧杯升温到75-85度,保温1小时。
