Background
The partition board, which is called as the light board for building partition wall, mainly comprises glass fiber reinforced cement board, glass fiber reinforced gypsum hollow board, steel wire reinforced cement board, light concrete board, composite sandwich light board, etc. The material is generally used as a main material of non-bearing inner partition walls of industrial buildings, residential buildings and public building engineering. Has the functions of dampproofing, shock resistance, sound insulation, fire prevention and heat preservation small occupied area, good strength, convenient construction and the like.
However, since the partition boards are generally long and have a certain weight, it is difficult for one person to carry them, and it is common for two persons to carry them in tandem. When the traditional transport vehicle is used for transportation, two persons are required to transport the partition plate to the vehicle, and after the partition plate reaches a designated position, the partition plate is forcefully supported to be in a vertical state by multiple persons. However, in the construction site, the situation that the partition boards are inclined to one side to hurt people often occurs, and the life safety of operators is threatened.
There is also a partition plate mounting vehicle with a higher degree of mechanization in the prior art, the partition plate is clamped by a forwards extending clamping saw, and then the partition plate is rotated by 90 degrees to be erected by a rotating shaft rotating by 360 degrees, for example, the patent number is CN201520206594.1, and the patent named as a partition plate transportation and mounting machine is cited in the prior art. But the partition board mounting vehicle can only be independently grabbed and rotated, the time for operating one partition board is very long, the efficiency is low, the partition board mounting vehicle cannot be used for transportation, the cost is high, and the purchasing will of common building companies is not great.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems that the labor force consumption is high, the efficiency is low and the potential safety hazard exists in the transportation and installation process of the partition boards, the invention provides a simple and safe partition board transportation and installation machine, which is convenient for safely transporting the partition boards to the designated positions, realizes the erection of the partition boards by utilizing a lifting device, and can be operated by one person, and is simple and safe.

Further, the length of the wheels below the side longitudinal beam from the front cross beam accounts for 1/3-1/2 of the total length of the side longitudinal beam. The distance relation between the front cross beam and the wheels below the side longitudinal beams is set as a great characteristic of the invention, and by the special distance setting, when the lifting device turns the transportation plate forwards, the gravity center of the partition plate continuously moves forwards, the front cross beam can quickly contact with the ground to support the partition plate transportation mounting machine together with the wheels, and after the front cross beam lands on the ground, the transportation plate has larger gradient, so that the partition plate can conveniently and quickly fall to a designated position. In addition, after the whole front beam is contacted with the ground, the friction force between the partition board transportation installing machine and the ground can be greatly increased, so that the front tilting action of the partition board is more stable, and the partition board can be effectively prevented from tilting to the side. This is far from being achieved by a conventional transport vehicle that is only supported by wheels.
In addition, the length of the wheels below the side longitudinal beam from the front cross beam in the parameters is at least 1/3 of the total length of the side longitudinal beam, so that a certain overturning space of the front cross beam is ensured, and if the value is too small, the supporting effect is greatly reduced, and the risk of overturning is also caused. Preferably, a lifting device is connected between the roll-over stand and the chassis. The roll-over stand and the transport plate can be rotated together around the chassis by controlling the lifting device.
Further, a reinforcing plate is arranged between the movable vertical beam and the roll-over stand. In the test stage, the movable vertical beam is broken due to the fact that the movable vertical beam is turned frequently and the stress is high. After the reinforcing plate is added, the problem of fracture at the joint of the movable vertical beam and the roll-over stand is eliminated.
Further, one or more shovel plates are arranged on one side of the movable vertical beam, and the shovel plates are perpendicular to the upper surface of the conveying plate or the turnover frame and are arranged towards the upper side. Before the shovel plate is not added, the partition plate transportation installing machine can be used for transporting the partition plate from the lower floor to the upper floor, and after the partition plate reaches a designated position, the turnover frame and the transportation plate can be turned over to one side. The supporting seat is in a stowage state at ordinary times, when the partition board is transported to a designated position and ready to be erected, the supporting seat can be pushed forwards through the stowage device and supported on the ground, the friction force between the partition board transportation installing machine and the ground is increased together with the front cross beam, and the partition board transportation installing machine is prevented from reversing backwards in the vertical board process. The stowing device may employ various telescopic cylinders or spring devices.
Preferably, a plane formed by the lower part of the forefront end of the chassis and the bottom of the wheel below the side longitudinal beam is in tangent relation with a circle formed by the rotating track of the supporting seat. Through verification, in the state, the supporting seat has the minimum supporting force, and the partition board is best in stability in transportation and installation.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. The invention is simple and safe, can realize the transportation of partition boards from the lower floor to the upper floor, turns the partition boards up to the transportation board from the ground, turns the partition boards forward from the transportation board and the like, and comprises various stages of use of the partition boards, and has complete functionality and higher efficiency.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-3, fig. 1-3 are schematic structural diagrams of a simple and safe partition board transportation and installation machine shown in the embodiment, the simple and safe partition board transportation and installation machine comprises a chassis 1, a transportation board 2, a lifting device and an operation rod 4, wherein the chassis 1 comprises a front cross beam 101, a rear cross beam 102 and side longitudinal beams 103 on two sides, wheels 104 are respectively connected below the side longitudinal beams 103 on two sides, the wheels 104 are driven by a motor 105, the motor 105 and a power supply 107 are arranged on the chassis 1, and the motor 105 and a power supply 107 are connected with the operation rod 4 through a switch.
Further, a certain distance is kept between the wheels 104 and the front beam 102, and when the partition board is erected, the center of the wheels 104 below the side longitudinal beams 103 is used as the rotation center of the partition board transportation and installation machine, so that the partition board can be more conveniently and forwardly turned up.
Further, the upper part of the chassis 1 is connected to the transport plate 2 through fixed vertical beams 109, in this embodiment, the fixed vertical beams 109 include four fixed vertical beams, two fixed vertical beams are connected to the front beam 101, and the other two fixed vertical beams are connected to the rear beam 102. An upper cross beam 110 is further connected to the top of the two fixed vertical beams 109 at the front cross beam 101, and the upper cross beam 110 is hinged to the transport plate 2 through a hinge 22. A lifting device is connected below the transport plate 2, and the lifting device can push the transport plate 2 to rotate from the rear cross beam 102 to the front cross beam 101, so that the partition plate is erected. The operating rod 4 is connected to the side of the chassis 1, and is provided with a key part 41 for controlling the lifting device to act, preferably, the height of the key part 41 on the operating rod 4 is matched with the height of the chest of a human body, so that the operating rod is convenient for the operation of hands, and meanwhile, the partition board is prevented from being touched by the partition board when being carried onto the transport board 2. Because of the longer partition plate length, the operating rod 4 should have no interference with the transport plate 2 in the vertical plane.
In this embodiment, the distance between the wheels 104 below the side rails 103 and the front cross beam 101 is 1/3-1/2 of the total length of the side rails 103, and one or two wheels 104 are further disposed below or behind the rear cross beam 102, so that the running stability of the partition board transportation and installation machine is ensured through more than three wheels 104. The distance relation between the front cross beam 101 and the wheels 104 below the side stringers 103 is set as a great feature of the invention, and by the special distance setting, when the lifting device turns the transportation board 2 forwards, the gravity center of the partition board continuously moves forwards, the front cross beam 101 can quickly contact with the ground, and the front cross beam and the wheels 104 support the partition board transportation and installation machine. Moreover, after the front cross beam 101 lands, the inclination of the transport plate 2 is larger, so that the partition plate can be conveniently and quickly dropped to a designated position. In addition, after the whole front cross beam 101 is contacted with the ground, the friction force between the partition board transportation installing machine and the ground can be greatly increased, so that the front tilting action of the partition board is more stable, and the partition board can be effectively prevented from tilting sideways. This is far from being achieved by a conventional transport vehicle that is merely supported by wheels 104.
Moreover, in the above parameters, the length of the wheels 104 below the side rails 103 from the front cross beam 101 is at least 1/3 of the total length of the side rails 103, so that a certain overturning space of the front cross beam 101 is ensured, and if the value is too small, the supporting effect is greatly reduced, and the risk of overturning is also caused. The length of the wheels 104 below the side longitudinal beam 103 is at most 1/2 of the total length of the side longitudinal beam 103, so that the problem that the front cross beam 101 contacts the ground due to the fact that the horizontal direction of the whole gravity center is at the rear position of the centers of the wheels 104 below the side longitudinal beam 103 in the process of transporting partition boards by the partition board conveyor is solved.
In this embodiment, the transport plate 2 is a rectangular tube assembled frame structure, and includes a back tail 21 and an upper plate 23. The rear end rail 21 is located above the front cross member 101 of the chassis 1 and is hinged to the upper cross member 110 by a hinge 22, see fig. 3. The uppermost surface of the transport plate 2 is a layer of upper plate 23 for placing the partition plate, and preventing sundries falling from the partition plate from falling into the lower motor 105. Besides, by paving the upper flat plate 23, the partition board transportation and installation machine can be used for transporting building materials and workers, has more comprehensive functions and is more flexible to use on the building site besides transporting partition boards.
Further, a lifting device is connected below the transport plate 2, and the lifting device can be a hydraulic cylinder, an electric cylinder and other telescopic cylinders commonly used in the market. The lifting device in this embodiment adopts a lifting cylinder 3, and a corresponding oil tank 106, an electromagnetic valve, etc. are mounted on the chassis 1.
Further, the lower part of the lifting cylinder 3 is mounted on a cylinder fixing seat 113 welded above the first cylinder supporting plate 108 at the rear part of the chassis 1, see fig. 1, and the upper part is mounted on a cylinder fixing seat 113 below the front part of the transport plate 2, see fig. 2.
In this embodiment, the operating lever 4 is an L-shaped lever, and is led out from one end of the rear beam 102. The vertical plane where the operating rod 4 is located is kept at a certain distance from the edge of the transport plate 2, so that the operating rod is prevented from being touched by the partition plate on the transport plate 2.
In this embodiment, two sides of the side rail 103 of the chassis 1 are rotatably connected with a supporting seat 112, the two supporting seats 112 are connected together through a supporting shaft 111, and the axis of the supporting shaft 111 is parallel to the center line of the front two wheels 104, so as to ensure that the two supporting seats 112 can synchronously support the partition board transportation and installation machine. The support base 112 is connected to the chassis 1 by a stowing device, which may employ various telescopic cylinders or spring devices. In this embodiment, a hydraulic cylinder (not shown) is used to drive the stowing device, and a drive switch is provided on the key portion 41 of the joystick 4. The maximum length of the supporting seat 112 is larger than the length of the chassis 1 from the bottom of the wheel 104.
Further, the supporting seat 112 includes more than two steel pipes and a flat plate, and the ends of the steel pipes are fixed on the flat plate. When the supporting seat 112 rotates forward, the front end of the flat plate contacts the ground, and when the whole flat plate is parallel to the ground, the supporting seat 112 supports the rear half part of the partition board transportation and installation machine.
Referring to fig. 4-6, the supporting seat 112 is in a folded state at ordinary times, when the partition board is transported to a designated position and ready to be erected, the supporting seat 112 can be pushed forward by the folding device to be supported on the ground, the friction between the partition board transportation mounting machine and the ground is increased together with the front cross beam 101, the partition board transportation mounting machine is prevented from backing up backwards in the process of erecting the partition board, and the safety in the process of use is ensured.
Preferably, a plane formed by the lower part of the forefront end of the chassis 1 and the bottom of the wheel 104 below the side rail 103 is in tangential relation with a circle formed by the rotation track of the supporting seat 112. It is verified that in this state, the supporting base 112 requires the least supporting force, and the stability of the partition board transportation and installation machine is the best.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 7-9, as another embodiment, a roll-over stand 5 is further arranged between the chassis 1 and the transport plate 2, the transport plate 2 is hinged with the front end of the roll-over stand 5, the lower end of the roll-over stand 5 is connected with the chassis 1 through a fixed vertical beam 109 and a movable vertical beam 54, the fixed vertical beam 109 and the movable vertical beam 54 are respectively positioned on two sides of the chassis 1, referring to fig. 10 and 11, the fixed vertical beam 109 is positioned on the right side of a partition board transport mounting machine and is fixedly connected with the chassis 1, the movable vertical beam 54 is positioned on the left side of the partition board transport mounting machine and is fixedly connected with the roll-over stand 5, and the movable vertical beam 54 is rotatably connected with the chassis 1 through a roll-over shaft 56. The movable vertical beam 54 can drive the upper roll-over stand 5 and the conveying plate 2 to rotate around the chassis 1 together.
Further, a turning cylinder 6 is connected between the turning frame 5 and the chassis 1, the moving direction of the turning cylinder 6 faces to the side of the partition board transportation and installation machine, the upper part of the turning cylinder is installed on a second cylinder support plate 51 at the lower part of the turning frame 5, and the lower part of the turning cylinder is installed on a third cylinder support plate 52 of the chassis 1. The turning frame 5 and the transport plate 2 can be turned around the chassis 1 to the side by controlling the turning cylinder 6, which can be used for lowering the partition plate to the side.
Preferably, in order to enable the lifting cylinder 3 and the tilting cylinder 6 to function separately, they do not interfere with each other. The turning cylinder 6 is located at the rear of the lifting cylinder 3. The lower support 53 extends downwards from the rear part of the roll-over stand 5, the lower support 53 is positioned at the front part of the roll-over cylinder 6, the lower part of the lifting cylinder 3 is arranged at the lower part of the lower support 53, and the upper part is arranged on a beam at the front lower part of the transport plate 2.
Further, a reinforcing plate 55 is further arranged between the movable vertical beam 54 and the roll-over stand 5. In the test stage, the movable vertical beams 54 are broken due to the fact that the movable vertical beams 54 are turned frequently and are stressed greatly. After the reinforcing plate 55 is added, the problem of breakage at the junction of the movable vertical beam 54 and the roll-over stand 5 is eliminated.
Further, the transporting plate 2 or the roll-over stand 5 is provided with two shovels 24 on the movable vertical beam 54 side, which are perpendicular to the upper surface of the transporting plate 2 or the roll-over stand 5 and are arranged to face upward. Before the shovel board 24 is not added, the partition board transportation installing machine can be used for transporting the partition boards from the lower floor to the upper floor, and after the specified position is reached, the turnover frame 5 and the transportation board 2 can be turned to one side. After the shovel plate 24 is added, the partition plate on the ground can be shoveled up again and turned over to the position above the conveying plate 2, so that the functionality is stronger.
Fig. 10 and 11 are views showing a state in which the partition board transportation and mounting machine is turned sideways, and the roll-over stand 5 is turned sideways together with the transportation board 2. Fig. 12 and 13 are views showing the state of the partition plate transportation and installation machine when the partition plate is erected forward, and only the turning cylinder 6 is started at this time to push the transportation plate 2 forward. At the same time, the support base 112 is also supported.
Through increasing roll-over stand 5, this partition plate transportation mounting machine can realize transporting the partition plate from the building to upstairs down, turns up the partition plate to on the transportation board from ground, turns up a great deal of actions such as going forward on the transportation board with the partition plate, has contained each stage that the partition plate used, and the functionality is very comprehensive, and efficiency is higher.
Other features not mentioned in this embodiment may be the same as those in embodiment 1, and will not be described again.
Example 3
In order to further ensure the safety of using the partition plate to transport the mounting machine to erect the partition plate, one or more telescopic pull rods can be further arranged behind the transport plate 2, and correspondingly, a corresponding number of hollow pipelines are arranged on the transport plate 2, and the hollow pipelines can be rectangular pipes, round pipes and the like. The telescopic pull rod is matched with the inner dimension of the hollow pipeline, and is pulled out for use when in use and stretches into the hollow pipeline when not in use. Preferably, the head of the telescopic pull rod is slightly larger in size so as to prevent the whole telescopic pull rod from completely entering the hollow pipeline and being difficult to draw out.
Specifically, when transporting partition boards, the telescopic pull rod is pulled out from the hollow pipeline, then the partition boards are placed on the transport plate 2, and are in a compacted state under the influence of gravity of the partition boards. At this time, the extended telescopic pull rod is equivalent to the length of the transport plate 2, which is favorable for the stability of the transportation of the partition plate. When the partition plate is erected forward, the partition plate at the front part of the transport plate 2 lands first, and because the partition plate has a longer length, if the length of the part exceeding the transport plate 2 after the partition plate lands is longer than the length of the transport plate 2, the partition plate may turn backward. The telescopic pull rod has the effect of lengthening the length of the transport plate 2, and the danger of backward turning of the partition plate can be effectively prevented.
Example 4
When the partition board is erected by the partition board transportation installing machine, the partition board can slide to the ground from the transportation board 2 under the action of the lifting device, in order to increase the sliding speed of the partition board, two or more rollers can be further arranged behind the transportation board 2, and the upper plane of the rollers is not lower than the upper plane of the transportation board 2, preferably slightly higher than the upper plane of the transportation board 2. Preferably, the rollers behind the transport plate 2 are symmetrically distributed, so that the gravity center of the partition plate is kept stable during the sliding process.
Other features not mentioned in this embodiment may be the same as those in embodiment 1 or 2, and will not be described again.
