Background
In the automobile parts, the steel parts also account for an important part, and under the demand for high-strength and light and thin steel, how to cut the high-strength steel by using a cutting technology without using expensive cutting equipment becomes an important subject for reducing the cost; in view of the demand of the die for hot stamping steel, particularly for thin and high-strength steel in the automobile industry, the strength of the cooled product is increased, and the general equipment for cutting steel is not suitable for cutting such product, but expensive laser cutting equipment is used for cutting, which not only has high technical requirements, but also increases the production cost of hot stamping steel during cutting.
In view of the above, the invention provides a hot stamping steel, and the precut structure is arranged on the hot stamping die, so that the heated steel body forms precut traces at the position needing to be cut before quenching and hardening, the steel can be conveniently and quickly cut only by using a common cutting device, the production cost of the hot stamping steel is greatly reduced, and the durability and the service life of the cutting device are increased.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to make up for the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the hot stamping steel, the precutting structure is arranged on the hot stamping die, so that the heated steel body forms precutting marks at the positions needing to be cut before quenching and hardening, the steel can be conveniently and quickly cut only by using a common cutting device, the production cost of the hot stamping steel is greatly reduced, and the durability and the service life of the cutting device are increased.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a hot stamped steel product comprising a body; the body is processed by using a hot stamping die, the hot stamping die comprises a forming structure, a stamping structure and a pressure plate, a forming groove corresponding to the characteristic shape of the finished product of the body is arranged in the forming structure, and the forming groove is matched with the bottom end of the stamping structure and can enable the body to be stamped into the characteristic shape of the finished product; the material pressing plates are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the stamping structure and can press the body on the upper surface of the forming structure, the top of the stamping structure outside the material pressing plates is provided with a cutting module, the cutting module comprises cutting grooves arranged on the top of the stamping mechanism, the bottom ends inside the cutting grooves are provided with pneumatic push rods, the tops of the pneumatic push rods are connected with cutting knives, the cross section shapes of the cutting knives are triangular, the positions of the cutting knives correspond to the positions of the body to be cut, and the cutting knives can pre-cut the body which is subjected to stamping forming and is not quenched; the hot stamping die is provided with a controller, and the controller is used for controlling the automatic operation of the die; in operation, for the die for hot stamping steel, especially in the automobile industry, the demand for thin and high-strength steel is gradually increased, and in the case that the strength of the cooled product is increased, the general equipment for cutting steel is not suitable for cutting such product, but expensive laser cutting equipment is used for cutting, so that the technical requirement is high, and the production cost of hot stamping steel during cutting is increased; when the hot stamping steel is produced, firstly, a steel body to be stamped is heated at high temperature to be in a state with lower tensile strength, then the body is placed on the upper surface of a forming structure, the position to be stamped corresponds to a forming groove and the stamping structure, then the body between the forming groove and the stamping structure is driven to realize stamping forming through the stamping structure moving towards the inside of the forming groove, in the process, a cutting knife is always positioned in a cutting groove, then before the heated body is quenched and hardened, a controller controls a pneumatic push rod to drive the cutting knife to move upwards so that the cutting knife is extruded at the position to be cut on the bottom surface of the body and forms a triangular precutting trace, then the body is immediately quenched and hardened, and at the moment, the thickness of the finished surface of the high-strength steel at the precutting trace is thinner than the thickness which is not precutting, at the moment, the steel can be conveniently and quickly cut only by using a common cutting device, so that the production cost is greatly reduced, and the durability and the service life of the cutting device are increased.
