Background
The data cable is used for connecting the mobile device and the computer to achieve the purpose of data transmission or communication. Generally speaking, the device is a gateway tool for connecting a computer and a mobile device to transmit files such as video, ring tone, and picture, and can also be connected to a charger to charge the mobile device. With the development of the electronic industry, data lines have become an indispensable part of our lives. The defective products can be generated on the data lines in the production process inevitably, the appearance defective products of the data lines account for 10% -20% of the total production amount at present, relatively speaking, the defective products are still more, if the defective products are not repaired, certain influence can be caused to profits of enterprises, basically, manufacturers can repair the defective products, the outer film body at the end of the data line is detached to repair the defective products, the outer film body is manually stripped off in the market at present, the efficiency is low, and meanwhile workers are easy to be injured.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an efficient and convenient data line outer film cutting and stripping device.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a data line adventitia cutting and stripping device comprises a rack, a driving element arranged on the rack, a cutter assembly arranged on the rack and connected with the driving element, and a workbench used for placing a cut workpiece; the cutter assembly comprises a cutter fixing frame, an elastic prepressing block and a split cutter, wherein the cutter fixing frame is slidably installed on the machine frame, the elastic prepressing block is installed on the cutter fixing frame, the cutter fixing frame is connected with the output end of the driving element, the elastic prepressing block is located on one side of the split cutter, the bottom end of the elastic prepressing block exceeds the preset length of the bottom end of the split cutter, the split cutter comprises a terminal longitudinal cutter, a terminal transverse cutter and a wire cutter, and the terminal transverse cutter is located between the terminal longitudinal cutter and the wire cutter.
The technical scheme is further improved in that the terminal transverse cutter is respectively perpendicular to the terminal longitudinal cutter and the wire cutter, and the terminal longitudinal cutter and the wire cutter are arranged in parallel.
The technical proposal is further improved in that one side of the terminal transverse cutter is tightly attached to the terminal longitudinal cutter, and the other side of the terminal transverse cutter is tightly attached to the wire cutter; the terminal longitudinal cutter, the terminal transverse cutter and the wire cutter are the same in length.

The technical scheme is further improved in that the elastic pre-pressing block is arranged at a position, close to the terminal longitudinal cutter, of the cutter fixing frame, the elastic pre-pressing block is located at a position, far away from the terminal transverse cutter, of the cutter fixing frame, the cutter fixing frame is provided with a pre-pressing groove, and the elastic pre-pressing block is telescopically arranged in the pre-pressing groove and stretches out of one part of the pre-pressing groove.
The further improvement of the technical scheme is that the rack is provided with a slide rail, and the cutter fixing frame is slidably arranged on the slide rail.

The technical scheme is further improved in that the workbench comprises a limiting seat arranged on the rack, a limiting baffle arranged on the limiting seat and a pressure limiting strip, the limiting seat is provided with a limiting groove, the pressure limiting strip is arranged right above the limiting groove, a limiting bulge is formed on the limiting baffle, and the limiting bulge is used for limiting the position of a workpiece to prevent the position of the workpiece from moving.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: when the work piece that needs reprocess, place the work piece that needs reprocess on the workstation and fix, then utilize drive element to drive cutter unit and push down and cut the strip to the work piece, cut the work piece after shelling, operating personnel takes off the adventitia from the data line very easily, and then reprocess again, because is the data line adventitia that machine operation cut and shelled, not only accelerated the efficiency of reprocess, also can avoid the manual damage that brings when shelling of operating personnel simultaneously.

The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the present invention provides a data line adventitia cutting device, which includes a frame 10, a driving element 20 installed on the frame 10, a cutter assembly 30 installed on the frame 10 and connected to the driving element 20, and a worktable 40 for placing a workpiece to be cut, wherein the driving element 20 can drive the cutter assembly 30 to cut and peel the workpiece fixed on the worktable 40, which is more efficient and can prevent operators from being injured compared with manual cutting and peeling.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the frame 10 includes a base 11, a back plate 12 and a support plate 13 mounted on the base 11, a top plate 14 mounted on the top of the support plate 13, a pressure valve 16 and a solenoid valve 17 mounted on the back plate 12, and a shielding plate 18 mounted on the base 11; a semi-enclosed working cavity is enclosed by the base 11, the back plate 12, the supporting plate 13 and the top plate 14; the top plate 14 is used for mounting a driving element 20, the pressure valve 16 and the electromagnetic valve 17 are both mounted on the back plate 12, and the electromagnetic valve 17 is respectively connected with the driving element 20 and the pressure valve 16; the inner side of the frame 10 further comprises a slide rail 15 which is arranged on the back plate 12 and faces away from the pressure valve 16; a mounting groove (not shown) is formed in one side, away from the pressure valve 16, of the back plate 12, and the slide rail 15 is fixed in the mounting groove; the protective plate 18 covers the periphery of the working chamber for protecting the safety of workers.
The driving member 20 includes a down cylinder 21 installed at the top plate 14 and a cylinder connection block 22 installed at one end of the down cylinder 21; in this embodiment, the cylinder connection block 22 is provided in a T-shape.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the cutter assembly 30 includes a cutter holder 31 slidably mounted to the frame 10, an elastic pre-pressing block 32 mounted to the cutter holder 31, and a split cutter 33; the cutter fixing frame 31 is connected with the output end of the driving element 20, the cutter fixing frame 31 is slidably mounted on the sliding rail 15, a T-shaped groove 312 is formed in the top of the cutter fixing frame 31, and the T-shaped groove 312 is used for clamping and fixing the air cylinder connecting block 22; the cylinder connecting block 22 is arranged in the T-shaped groove 312 through the T-shaped cylinder, so that the installation is stable and not easy to loose.
The elastic prepressing block 32 is connected with the cutter fixing frame 31; in the present embodiment, the elastic pre-pressing block 32 includes an elastic member (not shown), which is a spring; the cutter fixing frame 312 is provided with a pre-pressing groove (not shown), and the elastic pre-pressing block 32 is telescopically arranged in the pre-pressing groove and extends out of a part of the pre-pressing groove; under the natural state, the bottom of elasticity prebock 32 surpasss the predetermined length in components of a whole that can function independently cutter 33 bottom, when pushing down cylinder 21 and drive cutter subassembly 30 and push down, elasticity prebock 32 contacts the work piece earlier, because pushing down cylinder 21 continues to push down this moment, makes elastic element shrink, elasticity prebock 32 compresses tightly the work piece, and after the work piece is surely shelled, pushing down cylinder 21 and driving cutter subassembly 30 and rise, elastic element kick-backs, and elasticity prebock 32 resets.
The split cutters 33 include a terminal longitudinal cutter 334, a terminal transverse cutter 335, and a wire cutter 336, and in this embodiment, the terminal transverse cutter 335 is located between the terminal longitudinal cutter 334 and the wire cutter 336; the terminal transverse cutter 335 is respectively arranged perpendicular to the terminal longitudinal cutter 334 and the wire cutter 336, and the terminal longitudinal cutter 334 and the wire cutter 336 are arranged in parallel. One side of the terminal transverse cutter 335 is tightly attached to the terminal longitudinal cutter 334, and the other side thereof is tightly attached to the wire cutter 336; the terminal longitudinal cutter 334, the terminal transverse cutter 335 and the wire cutter 336 are all the same length. Inclined planes are formed at the bottom ends of the terminal longitudinal cutter 334, the terminal transverse cutter 335 and the wire cutter 336, the inclined plane ends formed at the bottom ends of the terminal longitudinal cutter 334, the terminal transverse cutter 335 and the wire cutter 336 are blade ends, and the blade ends of the terminal longitudinal cutter 334, the terminal transverse cutter 335 and the wire cutter 336 are all corresponding to one end of the workbench 40 for placing a workpiece. In another embodiment, the terminal longitudinal cutter 334 and the terminal transverse cutter 335 have the same length, and the bottom end of the wire cutter 336 is lower than the bottom end of the terminal transverse cutter 335.
The elastic prepressing block 32 is arranged at a position, close to the terminal longitudinal cutter 334, of the cutter fixing frame 31, and the elastic prepressing block is located at a position, far away from the terminal transverse cutter 335, of the cutter fixing frame 31.
As shown in fig. 9, the worktable 40 includes a limiting seat 41 installed on the base 11, a limiting baffle 42 installed on the limiting seat 41, and a limiting strip 43, the limiting seat 41 is provided with a limiting groove 44, the limiting strip 43 is installed right above the limiting groove 44, the limiting baffle 42 is formed with a limiting protrusion 421, and the limiting protrusion 421 is used for limiting the workpiece to prevent the workpiece from moving; the limiting groove 44 and the limiting strip 43 can limit the degree of freedom of the workpiece in the X direction and the Z direction, and the limiting protrusion 421 can limit the degree of freedom of the workpiece in the Y direction, so that the workpiece is completely fixed.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when a workpiece needing to be repaired is needed, the workpiece needing to be repaired is placed on the workbench 40, the limiting strip 43, the limiting groove 44 and the limiting protrusion 421 on the workbench 40 are combined to enable the workpiece to be stabilized on the workbench 40, at the moment, the solenoid valve 17 drives the pressing cylinder 21 to drive the cutter assembly 30 to move towards the workbench 40, as the length of the elastic prepressing block 32 is greater than that of the split cutter 33, the elastic prepressing block 32 firstly contacts the workpiece and further fixes the workpiece, the split cutter 33 starts to strip the workpiece after the workpiece is tightly pressed by the elastic prepressing block 32, after the strip is finished, the solenoid valve 17 drives the pressing cylinder 21 to move away from the workbench 40, the cutter assembly 30 is further driven to be away from the workbench 40, the elastic prepressing block 32 is reset along with the resilience of the spring along with the away of the cutter assembly 30, and when the cutter assembly 30 is far away to a certain degree, the peeled workpiece can be taken away, the uncut workpiece to be repaired is placed on the workbench 40 to do reciprocating motion, the pressure valve 16 can monitor the pressure of the pressing cylinder 20, and the pressure of the pressing cylinder 20 is adjusted according to conditions, so that the peeling with strips and without floc can be carried out; by the aid of the cut and stripped workpiece, an operator can easily take down the outer film on the workpiece, repair efficiency is improved, and damage caused by manual cutting and stripping of the operator is avoided.
