Preferably, the indication portion 125 is an arc-shaped plate with an area larger than the observation window 111, the surface of the indication portion 125 near the observation window 111 is divided into a closing area and a separating area, which can be observed through the observation window 111, and the separating area and the closing area can be distinguished by color, or corresponding marks, such as letters or graphic marks, can be made. Referring to fig. 4-7, in a preferred embodiment of the anti-pulling locking mechanism of the present invention, the anti-pulling locking mechanism includes an unlocking member 5, an anti-pulling locking member 6 and an anti-pulling elastic member 7, the anti-pulling locking member 6 is provided with an anti-pulling boss 62 capable of extending out of the anti-pulling slot 22 of the housing 2, the anti-pulling locking member 6 is slidably mounted in an anti-pulling chute on the housing 2 in a straight line, and the anti-pulling elastic member 7 is connected with the anti-pulling locking member 6 to drive the anti-pulling boss 62 to extend out of the anti-pulling slot 22. The unlocking piece 5 is rotatably arranged in the shell 2, one end of the unlocking piece is matched with the indicating piece 12, the other end of the unlocking piece is matched with the anti-pulling locking piece 6, after the breaker is opened, the push button 1 is continuously pulled, the unlocking piece 5 is driven to rotate to be used on the anti-pulling locking piece 6, and the anti-pulling locking piece 6 overcomes the elasticity of the anti-pulling elastic piece 7 to enable the anti-pulling boss 62 to retract into the shell 2.
Specifically, the anti-pulling locking piece 6 is installed in an anti-pulling sliding groove on the shell 2 in a linear sliding manner, an anti-pulling boss 62 is arranged on one side of the anti-pulling locking piece 6, which is close to the anti-pulling groove hole 22, and a linkage step 63 matched with the unlocking piece 5 is arranged on one side of the anti-pulling boss 62. The unlocking piece 5 is located between the button piece 11 and the shell 2, the middle part is rotatably installed in the shell 2, a bending end 52 is arranged at one end of the unlocking piece 5 corresponding to the indicating piece 12 and matched with a driving inclined plane serving as a driving part 123, an extension end 51 matched with the anti-pulling locking piece 6 is arranged at one end of the unlocking piece 5 corresponding to the anti-pulling locking piece 6, and the extension end 51 is attached to a linkage step 63 of the anti-pulling locking piece 6. Preferably, a protruding indication driving part 53 is provided at one side of the middle part of the unlocking member 5 corresponding to the rotation axis thereof, and is used for driving the indication member 12 to rotate when the circuit breaker is opened or closed, so as to indicate the opening or closing state of the circuit breaker. The anti-pulling elastic piece 7 is a torsion spring, an elastic arm 71 at one end of the torsion spring is pressed on the anti-pulling locking piece 6, the other end of the torsion spring is clamped in the shell 2, under the action of the torsion spring, an anti-pulling boss 62 is exposed outside the circuit breaker, and an extension end 51 is clamped between the linkage step 63 and the inner wall of the shell of the circuit breaker.
Preferably, the casing 2 is provided with an anti-pulling slot 22 corresponding to the anti-pulling boss 62, the anti-pulling locking piece 6 is provided with a protruding sliding block, a sliding block groove is arranged at a corresponding position of the anti-pulling sliding groove of the casing 2, and the sliding block groove cooperate to play a role in guiding and limiting, so that the sliding of the anti-pulling locking piece 6 is more reliable. As shown in fig. 7, the two sides of the anti-pulling locking member 6 are respectively provided with a sliding block 61a and a sliding block 61b, the bottom side of the anti-pulling locking member 6 is provided with a convex side 64 of an elastic arm 71 of a limiting torsion spring, the two sides of the anti-pulling sliding groove are correspondingly provided with a sliding block groove 21a and a sliding block 21b, and naturally, the anti-pulling locking member 6 can be provided with a sliding groove, and a convex sliding guide rail is arranged in the anti-pulling sliding groove of the shell 2. Obviously, the anti-pulling elastic member 7 may also be an elastic member of a compression spring, a leaf spring or other structures.
When the button 1 is pressed to drive the circuit breaker to switch to a switching-on state, the indicating piece 12 moves along with the button 1 and rotates to indicate switching-on, a driving inclined plane serving as a driving part 123 of the indicating piece 12 avoids a bending end 52 of the unlocking piece 5, the indicating piece 12 and the driving inclined plane have no force action relationship, and the anti-pulling locking piece 6 stretches out of the anti-pulling slotted hole 22 under the action of the anti-pulling elastic piece 7, so that the circuit breaker cannot be pulled out of the cabinet in the switching-on state; as shown in fig. 5, when the pull button 1 drives the circuit breaker to switch to a switch-off state, the indicator 12 moves along with the button 1 and rotates to indicate switch-off, at this time, the driving inclined plane of the indicator 12 as the driving part 123 just contacts with the bent end 52 of the unlocking piece 5 or has a small gap, the two have no force relationship, and the anti-pulling locking piece 6 extends out of the anti-pulling slot 22 under the action of the anti-pulling elastic piece 7; as shown in fig. 6, after the circuit breaker is opened, the push button member 11 is continuously pulled, the driving inclined surface of the driving part 123 of the indicating member 12 drives the unlocking member 5 to rotate clockwise through the bending end 52, so that the extending end 51 of the unlocking member 5 acts on the linkage step 63 of the anti-pulling locking member 6, the anti-pulling locking member 6 is retracted into the housing 2 against the elastic force of the anti-pulling elastic member 7, and the locking is released, so that the circuit breaker can be pulled out from the cabinet normally.
According to the anti-pulling locking mechanism of the embodiment, the anti-pulling locking piece 6 can be directly connected with the unlocking piece 5, and the anti-pulling boss 62 of the anti-pulling locking piece 6 is driven to extend and retract from the opening of the shell 2 outside the circuit breaker through rotation of the unlocking piece 5. However, when the anti-pulling locking piece 6 is locked with the sheet metal part of the cabinet in a limiting manner, the acting force of the manual plugging of the circuit breaker can be conducted to the indicating piece 12 and the button piece 11, so that unnecessary misoperation can be caused, and the reliability of the circuit breaker is affected. According to the invention, the scheme of the anti-pulling elastic piece 7 and the anti-pulling locking piece 6 is adopted, the anti-pulling elastic piece 7 drives the anti-pulling locking piece 6 to be locked in a limiting manner, and when the anti-pulling locking piece 6 is locked with the sheet metal part of the cabinet in a limiting manner, the indicating piece 12 avoids the unlocking piece 5, so that the force conduction is avoided, and the reliability of the circuit breaker is improved. In addition, the anti-pulling locking piece 6 adopts a structure in sliding fit with the anti-pulling sliding groove, but not a rotating structure, so that the acting force of the manual plug-in circuit breaker is prevented from being transmitted to the shell 2, and the shell 2 and the sheet metal part of the cabinet are offset to influence the reliability of the wiring of the first wire inlet terminal.
As shown in fig. 2-4, in the preferred embodiment of the anti-closing locking member 3, the anti-closing locking member 3 cooperates with the indicating member 12, so that when the plug-in circuit breaker is not inserted into the working position of the cabinet, the plug-in circuit breaker cannot be closed, and the circuit breaker is prevented from being switched from the opening state to the closing state.
The anti-closing locking mechanism comprises an anti-closing locking piece 3 and an anti-closing elastic piece 4, wherein the anti-closing locking piece 3 is rotatably arranged in the shell 2 and is positioned between the button piece 11 and the shell 2, one end of the anti-closing locking piece 3 is provided with an anti-closing boss 33, the other end of the anti-closing locking piece is provided with an anti-closing limiting part 32 in limiting fit with the indicating piece 12, the anti-closing elastic piece 4 is connected with the anti-closing locking piece 3 to drive the anti-closing locking piece 3 to rotate to one side so that the anti-closing limiting part 32 is in limiting fit with the indicating piece 12, the button 1 cannot drive the circuit breaker to close, and the anti-closing boss 33 extends out of the anti-closing slot 23; pressing the closing prevention boss 33 can drive the closing prevention locking piece 3 to rotate to the other side against the elastic force of the closing prevention elastic piece 4, so that the closing prevention boss 33 is retracted into the shell, and the limit of the closing prevention limit part 32 and the indicating piece 12 is released. Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the closing-preventing limiting portion 32 is a closing-preventing limiting boss, and is engaged with a closing-preventing limiting step serving as a limiting portion 124 on the indicator 12.
As shown in fig. 2, the anti-closing elastic member 4 is connected with the anti-closing locking member 3 to drive the anti-closing locking member 3 to rotate to one side, so that the anti-closing limiting portion 32 is in limiting fit with the indicating member 12, the button 11 cannot press to close, and the anti-closing boss 33 extends out of the anti-closing slot 23 and keeps inactive. As shown in fig. 3, pressing the closing prevention boss 33 drives the closing prevention locking member 3 to rotate to the other side against the elastic force of the closing prevention elastic member 4, so that the closing prevention boss 33 is retracted into the housing, and the limit of the closing prevention limit part 32 and the indicating member 12 is released, so that the button member 11 can press and drive the circuit breaker to close.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2-4, the middle part of the anti-closing locking piece 3 is provided with an anti-closing rotating part 31, one end of the anti-closing locking piece is provided with an anti-closing boss 33 protruding to one side, the other end of the anti-closing locking piece is provided with an anti-closing limiting part 32, and the anti-closing rotating part 31 is provided with an anti-closing rotating hole and is arranged on a rotating shaft in the shell 2. The anti-closing elastic piece 4 is a torsion spring, one side of the anti-closing limiting part 32 is provided with a positioning protrusion 34, the torsion spring is installed in the shell 2, an elastic arm at one end is pressed against the positioning protrusion 34, and the other end is clamped in the shell wall 2. Obviously, the closing-preventing elastic member 4 may be an elastic member of other structures such as a compression spring or a reed. The section of the closing prevention boss 33 is a right trapezoid or a right triangle, the closing prevention boss 33 comprises a straight surface and an inclined surface, the straight surface faces the direction of pulling out the cabinet of the circuit breaker and is perpendicular to the installation insertion direction of the circuit breaker, and the inclined surface faces the direction of inserting the circuit breaker into the cabinet.
As another scheme, the anti-closing locking piece 3 can also be matched with the limiting step on the button piece 11 without being matched with the indicating piece to limit closing.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the unlocking member 5 is disposed below the anti-closing locking member 3, and the unlocking member and the anti-closing locking member are coaxially disposed, share a rotating shaft, save space, and facilitate miniaturization design of the circuit breaker.
The operation of the locking device of the circuit breaker according to the present invention will be described with reference to the embodiments of fig. 1 to 7. As shown in fig. 2, when the circuit breaker is not mounted in the cabinet working position, the anti-closing elastic member 4 drives the anti-closing locking member 3 to rotate anticlockwise, so that the anti-closing limiting portion 32 is in limiting fit with the anti-closing limiting boss of the indicating member 12, and the anti-closing boss 33 extends out of the anti-closing slot 23 and keeps inactive, at this time, the button member 11 cannot be pressed down, so that the button member 11 cannot drive the circuit breaker to switch from the opening state to the closing state. At the same time, the anti-pulling elastic piece 7 also drives the anti-pulling boss 62 of the anti-pulling locking piece 6 to extend out of the anti-pulling slotted hole 22.
When the circuit breaker is installed in the cabinet, the sheet metal part of the cabinet presses down the closing prevention boss 33 and the pulling prevention boss 62, so that the closing prevention boss 33 and the pulling prevention boss 62 can retract into the shell against the elastic force of the elastic piece, and the circuit breaker can be normally inserted into the working position of the cabinet.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, when the circuit breaker is installed in the working position of the cabinet, the sheet metal part of the cabinet presses down the anti-closing boss 33, so that the anti-closing locking piece 3 rotates clockwise against the counter force of the anti-closing elastic piece 4, the anti-closing boss 33 rotates back into the circuit breaker, the anti-closing limiting part 32 is blocked and released from the anti-closing limiting boss of the indicator 12, at the moment, the button 1 is pressed down, the circuit breaker is switched from the opening state to the closing state, the button piece 11 and the indicator 12 can move downwards integrally, the circuit breaker is closed when the driving operation mechanism acts, the indicator 12 rotates under the action of the indication driving part 53 on the unlocking piece 5, and the closing area on the indicator 125 corresponds to the observation window 111. When the circuit breaker is installed in the working position of the cabinet, the anti-pulling boss 62 of the anti-pulling locking piece 6 extends out of the anti-pulling slot 22 and is in limit fit with the cabinet limiting hole of the cabinet, so that the circuit breaker cannot be pulled out.
When the circuit breaker is in a closing state, the button piece 11 is pulled in a direction away from the circuit breaker, the button piece 11 enables the circuit breaker to be opened through the operating mechanism, the circuit breaker is switched to an opening state from the closing state, the button piece 11 drives the indicator piece 12 to move together, the indicator piece rotates under the action of the indication driving part 53 on the unlocking piece 5 to rotate, an opening area on the indication part 125 corresponds to the observation window 111, and at the moment, a driving inclined plane of the indicator piece 12 just contacts with the bending end 52 of the unlocking piece 5 or has a certain gap.
As shown in fig. 6, when the circuit breaker is in the opening state, the button member 11 is continuously pulled in a direction away from the circuit breaker, the button member 11 drives the indicating member 12 to move together, the driving inclined surface of the indicating member 12 acts on the lower end surface of the bent end 52 of the unlocking member 5, the unlocking member 5 is forced to rotate clockwise around the shaft, the extending end 51 acts on the linkage step 63 of the anti-pulling locking member 6, and the locking member 6 is forced to retract into the circuit breaker along the direction of the sliding groove against the counterforce of the anti-pulling elastic member 7, so that the circuit breaker can be pulled out from the cabinet.
