Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a horizontal flue dust deposition cleaning system, and belongs to the field of flue dust deposition treatment.
Background
The coal quality of the coal-fired power plant contains ash, a large amount of ash is generated after the coal quality is combusted and is carried by flue gas (fly ash), and in addition, after the flue gas of the boiler is subjected to heat transfer by the rotary air preheater, part of fly ash enters a primary air system and a secondary air system of the boiler. The ash content in the flue gas or hot air is gradually separated from the air flow in the advancing process and deposited at the position of the horizontal flue gas duct. Along with the increase of the deposition amount of ash, the flow cross section area changes, so that the distribution of an airflow flow field is uneven, and the flow resistance of the airflow can be increased; even the collapse accident of the smoke air duct is caused under the condition of serious deposition of the fly ash.
The current common technology is to arrange a soot blower at the lower soot deposition part of a horizontal flue duct, aiming at lifting deposited fly ash and carrying the fly ash into the downstream of the flue duct by airflow, but the disadvantages are as follows: 1) increased amounts of fly ash can exacerbate wear on downstream equipment and flues; 2) the fly ash can deposit ash on a downstream heating surface, and the thermal resistance of the heating surface is increased to influence heat transfer; 3) the downstream has SCR denitration device, and the fly ash deposit influences denitration efficiency because of hindering the contact of flue gas and catalyst on the catalyst surface. In addition, as the fly ash particles have corresponding sedimentation velocity according to the characteristics, the sedimentation is mostly caused by the fact that the airflow velocity is less than the sedimentation velocity, the fly ash particles are not easy to fly again and carried away by the main airflow even if disturbed by the soot blower, a large amount of deposition still can be generated, and the problem of fly ash deposition is not completely solved in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a horizontal flue dust-collecting cleaning system and a working method thereof, aiming at thoroughly solving the problem of fly ash deposition at the bottom of a horizontal flue duct.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the problems is as follows: a horizontal flue dust deposition cleaning system is characterized by comprising a dust collector, a bag-type dust collector and a suction fan; the ash sucker comprises a compressed air conveying pipe, a negative pressure ash sucking pipe, a nozzle, a blocking plate and a supporting piece, wherein the compressed air conveying pipe is sleeved outside the negative pressure ash sucking pipe, a channel is formed between the compressed air conveying pipe and the negative pressure ash sucking pipe, the supporting piece is fixed in the channel, the blocking plate is blocked at the end parts of the compressed air conveying pipe and the negative pressure ash sucking pipe, a compressed air source interface is arranged at the inlet of the compressed air conveying pipe, the nozzle is arranged at the outlet of the compressed air conveying pipe, and the nozzle and the inlet of the negative pressure ash sucking pipe are arranged in opposite directions; the middle part of sack cleaner is provided with the dust remover entry, the top of sack cleaner is provided with the dust remover export, the bottom of sack cleaner is provided with the feed valve, the export and the dust remover entry linkage of negative pressure ash absorption pipe, the dust remover export is connected with the suction fan through the pipeline, install the control valve on the pipeline.
Preferably, the nozzle and the negative pressure dust suction pipe are arranged coaxially and opposite to each other.
Preferably, the feeding valve is a star-shaped feeding valve.
Preferably, the ash absorber is designed in a sleeve mode, a negative pressure ash absorbing pipe (inner pipe) is arranged inside the ash absorber, and a compressed air channel is arranged in a gap between the negative pressure ash absorbing pipe and a compressed air conveying pipe (outer pipe). A welding bracket (supporting piece) is arranged between the inner pipe and the outer pipe to prevent the two pipes from vibrating and colliding.
The working method of the horizontal flue dust deposition cleaning system is characterized by comprising the following steps: compressed air enters the compressed air conveying pipe from a compressed air source interface, reaches a nozzle at the head of the dust collector through a channel, is ejected at high speed after being accelerated by the nozzle, and violently fluidizes dust accumulated in a region between the nozzle and the negative pressure dust collector; because the nozzle is opposite to the inlet of the negative pressure dust suction pipe (coaxial design), the high-speed airflow ejected by the nozzle is directly sprayed into the negative pressure dust suction pipe, and the fluidized dust in the nearby area is sucked into the negative pressure dust suction pipe in addition to directly blowing in the dust between the nozzle and the negative pressure dust suction pipe; the flowing medium in the negative pressure ash suction pipe is high-concentration gas-solid two-phase flow, and in the flowing process, static pressure is gradually reduced due to pipe wall resistance, so that the gas flow speed is further improved; the control valve arranged at the inlet of the suction fan controls the flow of the fan and adjusts the gas-solid ratio of the gas-solid two-phase flow, so that the system can be balanced in the aspects of reliability and economy; after the high-concentration ash-containing air enters the bag-type dust remover, the air is discharged into the atmosphere through the suction fan by the pipeline, and the dust collected by the bag-type dust remover falls into the lower dust hopper and is finally discharged into the dry dust removal system through the feeding valve.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and effects: the fluidized gas-solid two-phase flow is formed by utilizing high-speed compressed air, and due to the action of negative pressure, the gas-solid two-phase flow can reliably clean a deposition area under the combined action of positive pressure and negative pressure, so that the problem that the dust deposited on a smoke air duct cannot be cleaned is thoroughly solved.
