Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cleaning machinery, and relates to automatic cleaning equipment for an outer wall of a high-rise building.
Background
With the rapid development of economy, high-rise buildings are pulled out like bamboo shoots in spring after rain, and meanwhile, the problem of how to clean and maintain the outer walls of the high-rise buildings is also solved. There are currently three main solutions for the cleaning of the external walls of high buildings.
One is the spider man scheme. The spider man scheme is that a working rope and a safety rope are hung from the roof, a cleaning person hangs a sitting seat plate in a knot of the working rope, the knot is loosened or tightened to realize the sliding down or stopping of the seat plate, and a cleaning tool carried with the cleaning person is used for cleaning the outer wall surface; the hasp cover of the safety belt that will wash the personnel and wear simultaneously is on the safety rope, if descend with normal speed, and this hasp can not lock, when work rope snap fracture leads to the washing personnel to fall, and this hasp will be automatic to be locked on the safety rope, avoids the emergence of casualty accident. The method has simple facilities, is suitable for various wall surfaces, and the cleaning speed can be controlled by increasing or decreasing the number of people, so the method has been widely adopted for a long time. However, the safety of the method is poor, because the firmness of the rope, the integrity of the lock catch, the proficiency of operation and the quality of meteorological conditions all affect the safety of cleaning personnel, the danger is high, and spiders pay life for the cleaning personnel every year.
The second is the window cleaning machine scheme. The window cleaning machine is a manned lifting equipment for cleaning and maintaining the external wall of high building, mainly comprising a suspension device and a working platform (also called a crane ship), and the most basic task of the window cleaning machine is to clean the external wall surface of the high building. The working platform suspended by a plurality of steel wire ropes is safe to work. The window cleaning machine can not only undertake the cleaning task of the outer wall, but also undertake the maintenance task of the outer wall, so the window cleaning machine is installed in many high-rise buildings. The function of a window cleaner is somewhat awkward with respect to the cleaning task. Because the window cleaning machine is high-altitude manned equipment and the running speed is generally slow, the efficiency of cleaning the outer wall is low; moreover, operators must be strictly trained and examined to be operated after acquiring qualification; at the moment of frequent personnel movement, it seems not easy to find personnel who are skilled in operation, qualified in operation and willing to clean the outer wall when you need it, so that some buildings are clearly provided with window cleaners, but still ask spider men to clean the outer wall; in addition, although the window cleaning machine is safe, the window cleaning machine is not absolutely safe, and the tragedy of machine destruction and death is heard and heard.
And thirdly, a cleaning machine or a cleaning robot scheme. This scheme is hung mechanical equipment who has cleaning function on high building outer wall face or utilize the adsorption efficiency of self to adsorb on the glass curtain wall, washs the exterior wall face with the cleaning means that the fuselage carried simultaneously. The scheme has the outstanding advantages that cleaning personnel do not need to be in an overhead environment, and the safety can be ensured. However, such machines still have problems due to late take-off. At present, the few external wall cleaning machines generally have the problems of too simple suspension device, unstable suspension, difficult movement, difficult water supply, lack of a necessary anti-collision device, incomplete cleaning, low cleaning efficiency, limited cleaning height and the like. The outer wall cleaning robot generally has the problems of low speed, low efficiency, poor obstacle spanning performance, large limitation of applicable occasions and the like. Therefore, no practical product which can be generally accepted by users is found at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the technical problem of providing the automatic cleaning equipment for the outer wall of the high building, which is suitable for cleaning the outer wall surfaces of different buildings and different materials, has higher cleaning efficiency and cleaning quality, can be matched with the existing window cleaning machine for use when in need, and can ensure the personal safety.
The technical problem solved by the invention is realized by adopting the following scheme.
The invention relates to automatic cleaning equipment for an outer wall of a high building, which consists of a combined suspension device and a cleaning machine with a water tank. A steel wire rope of a winch installed at the rear end of a suspension arm pulls a cleaning machine to perform vertical lifting movement after passing through a steel wire rope pulley installed at the front end of the suspension arm, a cleaning brush of the cleaning machine performs rotary washing movement on an outer wall surface, a spraying device of the cleaning machine sprays washing water or clean water to the wall surface, and the cleaning machine automatically cleans the outer wall surface of a high building in the lifting process.
The combined suspension device consists of a trolley, a horizontal connecting rod, a steering pull rod, a suspension arm support, a cross support rod, a suspension arm, a balance weight vehicle, a winch, a steel wire rope pulley, a cleaning machine suspension rod, a cable suspension rod and an electric cabinet, is suitable for quick assembly and disassembly, and can use an elevator or a small-sized lifting appliance to go upstairs and downstairs and transfer a work place.
The two trolleys of the combined suspension device are respectively composed of a frame, a driving wheel, a steering wheel and a control handle. Two hub motor driving wheels are arranged at the rear end of the frame; the front end of the frame is provided with a steering vertical shaft. A steering wheel shaft and two steering wheels are fixed at the lower end of the steering vertical shaft; a steering arm with a control handle is fixed at the upper end of the steering vertical shaft. The steering arm can drive the steering vertical shaft, the steering wheel shaft and the steering wheel to rotate only by pulling the control handle, so that the trolley can be steered.
After the parts of the combined suspension device are conveyed to a roof, the frames of the two vehicles are connected into a whole by a horizontal connecting rod, and then the steering arms of the two vehicles are connected by a steering pull rod to form a steering trapezoid. Therefore, no matter which trolley is pulled, the steering wheels of the two trolleys can realize synchronous steering. It can be seen that each trolley is independently axially steered and combined to be wheel steered.
After the two vehicles are combined, a suspension arm bracket, a cross support rod, a suspension arm, a cable suspension rod and an electric cabinet are sequentially arranged on the vehicle frames of the two vehicles, a winch and a counterweight vehicle are arranged at the rear end of the suspension arm, a steel wire rope pulley is arranged at the front end of the suspension arm, and a steel wire rope of the winch is guided to the steel wire rope pulley and then is connected with a cleaning machine suspension rod. In addition, a battery box is arranged on the frame, and a button box is arranged on the operating handle. The combined suspension device has stronger anti-overturning performance after being combined and can also carry a load to move.
Two winches arranged at the rear ends of the two suspension arms respectively comprise a winch frame, a winding drum shaft, a winch speed reduction motor, a rope falling prevention device and a rope disorder prevention device. The combined type suspension device is arranged at the rear end of the suspension arm, so that the anti-overturning performance of the combined type suspension device can be further enhanced, the weight of the counterweight vehicle is reduced, the distance between the winch and the steel wire rope pulley arranged at the front end of the suspension arm is further, and a winding drum can wind a long steel wire rope in multiple layers, so that the requirement of cleaning the outer wall of a super high-rise building is met.
In order to ensure the synchronous operation of the two winches, after the two winches are installed in place, the reel shafts of the two winches are connected by a synchronous transmission rod with a clutch device and a universal joint. When the device is normally used, the clutch device is closed, and the two winding drums synchronously rotate; when a certain winch needs to be rotated independently, the operation can be performed independently only by opening the clutch device on the synchronous transmission rod.
The steel wire rope of the winch is firstly connected with the steel wire rope hanging plate, the steel wire rope hanging plate is then connected with the cleaning machine suspender, and the cleaning machine suspender is connected with the cleaning machine after the steel wire rope is taken to the downstairs by the self weight of the cleaning machine suspender. Because the hanger rod of the cleaning machine is provided with a plurality of fixing holes of the steel wire rope hanger plates, the distance between the two steel wire rope hanger plates can be changed within a certain range by selecting the fixing holes, so that the distance between the hanging points of the two steel wire ropes is adjusted to adapt to the distance between the hanging points of the existing window cleaning machine. When needed, the existing window cleaning machine can be used as a suspension device of the cleaning machine, so that cleaning personnel do not need to be in a dangerous situation.
The cleaning machine consists of a cleaning rack, a cleaning speed reducing motor, a cleaning brush, a spraying device, a thrust fan and a cable basket. Wherein the cleaning brush is a combination of 1 rolling brush and 2 disc brushes; the rolling brush is horizontally arranged in the middle of the cleaning rack and is responsible for cleaning most of the wall surface; the wall surface at the two sides of the rolling brush, which is blocked by the cleaning rack, and the wall surface at the root part of the vertical decorative strip of the outer wall are cleaned by 2 disc brushes on the outer side of the cleaning rack; the working areas of the rolling brush and the disc brush are partially overlapped, so that no omission or dead angles exist at the corners of the wall surface and the outer wall where the cleaning machine passes. The round brush is fixed on the round brush axle, is driven by washing gear motor, and two driving pulley on the round brush axle pass through the V belt and transmit power to the driven pulleys on two dish brush gear boxes, and driven pulleys transmit power to dish brush axle through conical gear to the driving disc brush rotates.
The spraying device of the cleaning machine comprises a water tank, a cleaning agent tank, a water pump, a water pipe and spray heads, wherein the spray heads are divided into an upper spray head group and a lower spray head group which are respectively positioned above and below the rolling brush. The cleaning machine can be set to work by an upper spray head or a lower spray head in the lifting process, and clear water or washing water mixed with cleaning agent is sprayed by the spray heads. For example, when the cleaning machine moves upwards, a detergent switch is turned on, detergent is mixed in clear water pumped by a water pump according to a set proportion to form washing water, and the washing water is sprayed to the wall surface by an upper spray head to finish the washing operation; when the cleaning machine moves downwards, the detergent switch is closed, the water pump only pumps clean water, and the clean water is sprayed to the wall surface by the lower spray head, so that the cleaning operation is completed.
To ensure smooth cleaning, it is ensured that the other parts of the cleaning machine, except for the rolling brush and the disc brush, cannot touch the wall surface. Therefore, four anti-collision wheels are arranged at four corners of one side, close to the wall, of the cleaning machine frame, so that the cleaning machine can roll along the wall surface to move forward to cross short obstacles such as a curtain wall frame body, the cleaning machine frame can keep a certain distance with the wall surface all the time, and the wall surface is prevented from being collided.
The smoothness of cleaning is ensured, and the rolling brush and the disc brush are always close to the wall surface. When the cleaning machine is used for cleaning, the rolling brush and the disc brush are in contact with the wall surface, and a horizontal counter force for pushing the cleaning machine away from the wall surface is generated. Therefore, a thrust fan is arranged at the back of the washing machine frame, and blows air outwards from the thrust fan to the wall surface to generate a horizontal thrust force directed to the wall surface so as to counteract the adverse effect of the horizontal reaction force.
And the electric control box arranged on the suspension arm bracket of the combined suspension device transmits power and operation instructions to the cleaning machine through the suspension cable. When the cleaning machine runs upwards, the suspension cable can automatically enter the cable basket for storage; when the washing machine is operated downwards, the suspension cable is pulled out of the cable basket again.
The combined type suspension device has the beneficial effects that the combined type suspension device can be quickly assembled and disassembled, and a work place can be transferred; the combined bicycle can walk and steer with a load, and also has stronger anti-overturning performance; the winding drum of the winch can wind a long steel wire rope in multiple layers, and can meet the requirement of cleaning the outer wall of a super high-rise building; the cleaning brush is a combination of a rolling brush and a disc brush, is suitable for cleaning the outer walls made of different materials, and has no omission and dead angles in the cleaning process; the cleaning machine is dragged by two steel wire ropes, the lifting process works, the spraying device can convert washing water or clear water according to setting, and the operation is stable and efficient; the distance between the hoisting points of the two steel wire ropes can be adjusted within a certain range, and the existing window cleaning machine can be used as a suspension device of the cleaning machine when needed; four anti-collision wheels on the cleaning frame can effectively prevent the wall from being collided; the cleaning personnel operate the equipment on the roof of the roof, thereby ensuring the personal safety.
