Claims (10)

1. A membrane separation and biochemical process for treating mixed filtrate of kitchen waste is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: putting the filtered filtrate of the kitchen waste mixture into a flocculation tank (1), and adding a flocculating agent for precipitation and filtration;
s2: leading the filtered solution into a standing pool (2), and standing the filtrate for not less than 12 hours to separate oil from water;
s3: guiding the filtrate after standing into an oil-water separation device (3) for oil-water separation;
s4: introducing the filtrate subjected to oil-water separation into a membrane separation device (4), and sequentially filtering by a membrane biological separator and a nanofiltration membrane;
s5: the separated filtrate is introduced into a sterilization apparatus (5) and is subjected to double sterilization by a disinfectant, ultraviolet rays, or the like, and then is discharged after the sterilization is completed.
2. A membrane separation and biochemical device for resourceful treatment of mixed filtrate of kitchen waste is characterized in that: comprises a flocculation tank (1), a standing tank (2), an oil-water separation device (3), a membrane separation device (4) and a disinfection and sterilization device (5).

The membrane separation and biochemical device for recycling mixed kitchen waste filtrate as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the membrane separation device (4) comprises a membrane bioreactor and a nanofiltration membrane, and the membrane bioreactor is used for processing firstly and then the nanofiltration membrane is used for secondary filtering processing.

The membrane separation and biochemical device for resourceful treatment of mixed kitchen waste filtrate as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the disinfection and sterilization device (5) comprises a shell (6), a motor (8) is fixedly mounted at the top of the shell (6), and a disinfection sprayer (7) is arranged in the shell (6).

The membrane separation and biochemical device for recycling kitchen waste mixed filtrate as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the disinfection sprayer (7) comprises a driving pipe (71) and a screw rod (72), the top of the driving pipe (71) is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the motor (6), the bottom of the driving pipe (71) is rotatably connected with the bottom inside the shell (1), and the bottom end of the screw rod (72) is fixed to the bottom of the inner wall of the shell (1) and is positioned inside the driving pipe (71).

The membrane separation and biochemical device for recycling mixed kitchen waste filtrate as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the surface of the screw rod (72) is in threaded connection with a screw cap (73), the surface of the screw cap (73) is provided with driving blocks (74) in an annular array mode, four sliding grooves (713) are uniformly formed in the surface of the driving tube (71), and one end of each driving block (74) extends to the outside of the driving tube (71) through each sliding groove (713).
