Abstract

In practical application, the metal piece hot press can comprise a plurality of product positioning seats, each product positioning seat can fix plastic products of different specifications, and when the metal piece is implanted into the plastic products of different specifications, the product positioning seats of corresponding specifications only need to be installed on the positioning seat installation structure. The pressing device comprises a pressing cylinder 6, a guide plate 3, a pressing column 17, a positioning plate 5 and a positioning column 4. The heating device comprises a heating block 9, two heat insulation plates 7, two heat insulation plates 8 and two heat insulation blocks 11, 12. The heating block 9 is made of bronze and is wrapped on the feeding cylinder 10. The heat insulation plates 7 and 8 are fixed on the side surface of the heating block 9, and the heat insulation blocks 11 and 12 are respectively arranged at the top and the bottom of the heating block 9.
In the embodiment, the feeding barrel 10 is wrapped by the heating block 9, so that a plurality of metal pieces in the feeding barrel 10 can be heated simultaneously, and the heating block 9 is externally provided with a heat insulation plate and a heat insulation block, so that the temperature of the metal pieces in the feeding barrel 10 can be kept.
In practical application, a temperature sensor can be directly arranged in the feed cylinder 10 to monitor the temperature of the metal piece in the feed cylinder 10, so that the control device controls the heating block 9 to heat or keep warm according to the monitored temperature.
The feeding device comprises a feeding cylinder 13, the feeding cylinder 13 is arranged behind the base 1, and a piston of the feeding cylinder is connected with a feeding sliding block 15 and drives the feeding sliding block 15 to slide in the sliding groove.
In this embodiment, the piston of the feeding cylinder 13 and the feeding slide block 15 may be connected through a cylinder meson 14.
The feeding sliding block 15 is provided with a material receiving structure for receiving metal pieces falling from the feeding barrel 10, and when the feeding sliding block 15 moves to the limiting block 16, the position of the material receiving structure is aligned with the product positioning seat 2.
Referring to fig. 2, the control device includes a power module 210, a P L C module 220, a switch module 230, a temperature controller 240, and a counter 250.
The power module 210 is electrically connected with the switch module 230, the P L C module 220, the temperature controller 240 and the counter 250 respectively, the P L C module 220 is connected with the feeding cylinder 10, the pressing cylinder 6, the feeding cylinder 13 and the temperature controller 240 respectively, and the temperature controller 240 is connected with the heating block 9.
In practical application, after the metal piece hot press is started, the heating block 9 is powered on to heat the metal piece in the feeding cylinder 10, the temperature controller 240 monitors and displays the temperature of the heating block 9 and sends the monitored temperature to the PC L module 220, when the temperature reaches a set value, each time the PC L receives a signal from the switch module 230, the feeding cylinder 10, the feeding cylinder 13 and the pressing cylinder 6 are controlled to act in sequence, firstly, one metal piece falls down from the feeding cylinder 10, the metal piece falls into the material receiving structure of the feeding slide block 15, the piston of the feeding cylinder 13 pushes the feeding slide block 15 to move forwards to the position of the limiting block 16 in the sliding groove of the base 1, the piston of the pressing cylinder 6 pushes the pressing column 17 downwards, the pressing column 17 presses the metal piece on the feeding slide block 15 downwards into the plastic product, and in the pressing process, the high temperature of the metal piece gradually melts the part of the plastic product, which is in contact with the plastic product, so as to implant the plastic product.
In practical application, the switch module can adopt a pneumatic foot switch. The counter can be connected with switch module, feed cylinder, feed arrangement or press device for count the plastic product of processing.
