The invention discloses a double-servo fixed-length feeding device which comprises a first motor, a second motor, a rack, a feeding roller, a lifting mechanism and a pressing roller, wherein the first motor controls the feeding roller to rotate, the second motor controls the pressing roller to rotate, the rotating direction of the pressing roller is opposite to that of the feeding roller, the rotating speed of the pressing roller is the same as that of the feeding roller, a material to be fed is placed between the feeding roller and the pressing roller, and the lifting mechanism controls the pressing roller to move so as to place the material to be fed; the double-servo length fixing device disclosed by the invention can achieve the effects of high length fixing precision, small friction area and long effective service life.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a fixed-length feeding device, in particular to a double-servo fixed-length feeding device, which is particularly applied to material fixed-length and continuous feeding during metal sheet shearing.
Background
The conventional fixed length feeder is constructed as shown in fig. 3, and includes a motor 1, a transmission shaft 19, a power roller 20, and a press roller 17. In operation, the servomotor 1 drives the drive shaft 19 and the feed roller 20 in a circular motion, the material is conveyed forward, and the press roller 17 is rotated by the movement of the material.
