本发明公开了一种管道内部清洁设备,包括固定块,所述固定块内固定安装有电机,所述电机右侧壁转动安装有传动轴,所述传动轴上从左至右依次设有导向槽一、导向槽二,所述导向槽二内设有将管道内吸附的杂物刮除的杂物刮除装置,所述杂物刮除装置包括所述导向槽二左右壁之间固设的导向杆一,所述导向杆一上滑动套设有套筒一;本发明操作简便,制造成本低,可以通过所述刮板沿着管壁滑动,将管壁上吸附的杂物刮除,同时通过所述擦除块将管壁上残留的残杂擦除,可以通过管内介质推动所述弹性膜带动本发明整体沿着管道移动。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洁设备技术领域,具体为一种管道内部清洁设备。
背景技术
在使用管道进行输送污水时,由于污水中存在大量杂物和垃圾,使得管道内壁上会吸附这些杂物,若长期不对管道进行清洁,管道内壁吸附的垃圾不断增加,使得管道堵塞,影响污水的输送,目前的管道清洁方式为人工将管道拆下,再对管道进行清洁,这种清洁方式工作量大,成本高,且效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种管道内部清洁设备,用于克服现有技术中的上述缺陷。
根据本发明的一种管道内部清洁设备,包括固定块,所述固定块内固定安装有电机,所述电机右侧壁转动安装有传动轴,所述传动轴上从左至右依次设有导向槽一、导向槽二,所述导向槽二内设有将管道内吸附的杂物刮除的杂物刮除装置,所述杂物刮除装置包括所述导向槽二左右壁之间固设的导向杆一,所述导向杆一上滑动套设有套筒一,所述导向杆一上开设有花键槽一,所述套筒一内壁上固设有与所述花键槽一滑动配合的花键一,所述导向杆一上套设有弹簧一,所述弹簧一位于所述套筒一与所述导向槽二右侧壁之间,所述导向槽二上环形阵列开设有与所述传动轴外互通的导向槽三,所述导向槽三内滑动设有滑动块一,所述滑动块一固设于所述套筒一上,所述传动轴上环形阵列固设有连接座一,所述连接座一位于所述导向槽一与所述导向槽二之间,所述连接座一上转动设有连杆一,所述连杆一右侧壁上开设有导向槽四,所述导向槽四内滑动设有滑动块二,所述滑动块二与所述滑动块一之间铰接设有连杆二,所述连杆一远离所述连接座一一侧末端转动设有辅助块,所述辅助块转动处设有扭簧,使得所述辅助块始终向所述连杆一未开设有所述导向槽四一侧壁转动,所述辅助块远离所述传动轴一侧壁上开设有导向槽五,所述导向槽五内滑动设有导向块,所述导向块与所述导向槽五底部之间固设有弹簧二,所述导向块远离所述辅助块一侧壁上固设有刮板;所述套筒一在所述弹簧一作用下沿着所述导向杆一向左移动,并通过所述连杆二带动所述连杆一绕着所述连接座一转动,使得所述刮板与管道内壁接触,所述电机带动所述传动轴转动,所述传动轴带动所述刮板沿着管道内壁滑动,并管道内壁上吸附的杂物刮除。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述导向槽一内设有擦拭管道内壁杂物刮除后留下的残杂的杂物擦除装置,所述固定块上设有通过管内介质带动本发明整体移动的移动支撑装置。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述杂物擦除装置包括所述导向槽一内左右壁之间固设的导向杆二,所述导向杆二上滑动套设有套筒二,所述导向杆二上开设有花键槽二,所述套筒二内壁上固设有与所述花键槽二滑动配合的花键二,所述导向槽一上环形阵列开设有与所述传动轴外互通的导向槽六,所述导向槽六内滑动设有滑动块三,所述滑动块三固设于所述套筒二上,所述套筒二与所述导向槽一左侧壁之间固设有弹簧三,所述传动轴上环形阵列固设有连接座二,所述连接座二位于所述导向槽一与所述连接座一之间,所述连接座二上转动设有导向杆三,所述导向杆三靠近所述导向槽一一侧壁上固设有连接座三,所述连接座三与所述滑动块三之间铰接设有连杆三,所述导向杆三内设有导向槽七,所述导向槽七内滑动设有滑动块四,所述滑动块四与所述导向槽七底部之间固设有弹簧四,所述滑动块四远离所述弹簧四一侧壁上固设有延伸至所述导向杆三外的连杆四,所述导向杆三外的所述连杆四末端固设有擦除块。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述移动支撑装置包括所述固定块上以所述传动轴为中心环形阵列固设的连接座四,所述连接座四上转动设有支撑杆,所述支撑杆左右壁上对称固设有弹簧五,所述弹簧五固设于所述固定块上,所述支撑杆远离所述固定块一侧末端转动设有滚轮,所述支撑杆相互之间固设有可拉伸压缩的弹性膜。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明操作简便,制造成本低,可以通过所述刮板沿着管壁滑动,将管壁上吸附的杂物刮除,同时通过所述擦除块将管壁上残留的残杂擦除,可以通过管内介质推动所述弹性膜带动本发明整体沿着管道移动。

另外,在一个实施例中,所述导向槽一37内设有擦拭管道内壁杂物刮除后留下的残杂的杂物擦除装置54,所述固定块10上设有通过管内介质带动本发明整体移动的移动支撑装置55。
另外,在一个实施例中,所述杂物擦除装置54包括所述导向槽一37内左右壁之间固设的导向杆二41,所述导向杆二41上滑动套设有套筒二40,所述导向杆二41上开设有花键槽二38,所述套筒二40内壁上固设有与所述花键槽二38滑动配合的花键二39,所述导向槽一37上环形阵列开设有与所述传动轴15外互通的导向槽六35,所述导向槽六35内滑动设有滑动块三42,所述滑动块三42固设于所述套筒二40上,所述套筒二40与所述导向槽一37左侧壁之间固设有弹簧三36,所述传动轴15上环形阵列固设有连接座二29,所述连接座二29位于所述导向槽一37与所述连接座一28之间,所述连接座二29上转动设有导向杆三19,所述导向杆三19靠近所述导向槽一37一侧壁上固设有连接座三31,所述连接座三31与所述滑动块三42之间铰接设有连杆三20,所述导向杆三19内设有导向槽七33,所述导向槽七33内滑动设有滑动块四32,所述滑动块四32与所述导向槽七33底部之间固设有弹簧四34,所述滑动块四32远离所述弹簧四34一侧壁上固设有延伸至所述导向杆三19外的连杆四21,所述导向杆三19外的所述连杆四21末端固设有擦除块18;所述套筒二40在所述弹簧三36作用下沿着所述导向杆二41向右移动,所述套筒二40通过所述连杆三20带动所述导向杆三19绕着所述连接座二29向所述导向槽二14方向转动,所述电机16带动所述传动轴15转动,所述传动轴15转动产生离心力,使得所述滑动块四32沿着所述导向槽七33向远离所述传动轴15方向滑动,使得所述滑动块四32通过所述连杆四21将所述擦除块18压在管道内壁上,并带动其沿着管道内壁滑动,将残留的残杂擦去。
另外,在一个实施例中,所述移动支撑装置55包括所述固定块10上以所述传动轴15为中心环形阵列固设的连接座四17,所述连接座四17上转动设有支撑杆12,所述支撑杆12左右壁上对称固设有弹簧五11,所述弹簧五11固设于所述固定块10上,所述支撑杆12远离所述固定块10一侧末端转动设有滚轮13,所述支撑杆12相互之间固设有可拉伸压缩的弹性膜30;所述滚轮13在所述弹簧五11作用下始终与管道内壁接触,管内介质通过推动所述弹性膜30带动本发明整体沿着管道移动。
初始状态时,所述弹簧五11、所述弹簧四34以及所述弹簧二45均处于放松状态,使得所述支撑杆12与所述固定块10中线保持垂直,所述滑动块四32位于所述导向槽七33中间位置,所述导向块43位于所述导向槽五44中间位置,所述弹簧三36、所述弹簧一51均处于半压缩状态,使得所述套筒二40始终受到向右的推力,所述套筒一50始终受到向左的推力。
开始工作前,将本发明放入管道内,由于所述弹簧五11作用,使得所述滚轮13与管道内壁始终接触,且将本发明整体支撑起,所述刮板23在所述弹簧一51作用下与管道内壁接触。
开始工作时,所述电机16启动带动所述传动轴15转动,所述传动轴15通过所述杂物刮除装置53带动所述刮板23沿着管壁滑动,将管壁上吸附的杂物刮下,同时,所述传动轴15通过所述杂物擦除装置54带动所述擦除块18沿着管壁滑动,将管壁上残留的残杂擦去,并且通过管内介质推动所述弹性膜30带动本发明沿着管道移动。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明操作简便,制造成本低,可以通过所述刮板沿着管壁滑动,将管壁上吸附的杂物刮除,同时通过所述擦除块将管壁上残留的残杂擦除,可以通过管内介质推动所述弹性膜带动本发明整体沿着管道移动。
