The collecting and processing device for the wastes generated in furniture production comprises a crushing box body (3), and is characterized in that a feed hopper (1) is arranged at the upper end of the crushing box body (3), two first crushing rollers (4) and two second crushing rollers (9) are rotatably connected inside the crushing box body (3), the two first crushing rollers (4) are positioned above the second crushing rollers (9), two material guide plates (6) and an arc-shaped plate (7) are arranged inside the crushing box body (3), one sides of the two material guide plates (6) are fixedly connected with the inner walls of two opposite sides of the crushing box body (3), two ends of the two material guide plates (6) are fixedly connected with the inner walls of the other two sides of the crushing box body (3) respectively, the two material guide plates (6) are inverted splayed, the arc-shaped plate (7) is positioned between the two material guide plates (6), and two ends of the arc-shaped plate (7) are fixedly connected with the inner walls of two sides of the crushing box body (3, two both sides fixedly connected with sieve (8) of stock guide (6), and sieve (8) encircle in second crushing roller (9) outsidely, the relative both sides in addition of sieve (8) respectively with the relative both sides inner wall butt of broken box (3), the intermediate part of sieve (8) separately is equipped with a plurality of slots (25), and a plurality of circular ports (24) have been seted up to the both sides part of sieve (8), and slot (25) are located second crushing roller (9) under, the bottom fixedly connected with of broken box (3) goes out hopper (11), goes out bottom fixedly connected with discharging pipe (13) of hopper (11), the inner wall fixedly connected with electro-magnet (12) of discharging pipe (13), the bottom fixedly connected with of broken box (3) a plurality of support columns (14).

The collecting and processing device for the wastes generated in the production of furniture according to claim 1, wherein two baffle plates (5) are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the crushing box body (3), the two baffle plates (5) are respectively positioned at one side of two ends of two first crushing rollers (4), two ends of the two first crushing rollers (4) are respectively and fixedly connected with a connecting shaft (23), the connecting shafts (23) of the two first crushing rollers (4) extend to the outside of the crushing box body (3), gears (21) are respectively and fixedly arranged on the two connecting shafts (23), the gears (21) are positioned at the outside of the crushing box body (3), the two gears (21) are mutually meshed, a first rotating motor (19) and a second rotating motor (20) are arranged at the outside of the crushing box body (3), one end of the connecting shaft (23) of one first crushing roller (4) is in transmission connection with one end of the output shaft of the first rotating motor (19), the first crushing roller (4) is fixedly connected with a plurality of first blades (2) at equal distances, the first blades (2) on the two first crushing rollers (4) are mutually meshed, and the bottom ends of the two first crushing rollers (4) are positioned on the same horizontal plane.
