1. The utility model provides a sewage treatment ultrafiltration device, includes box and upper cover, the upper cover rotates through the hinge and installs in the opening part at box top, cover on and fixedly be provided with the sewage import, the fixed purified water export that is provided with in bottom of box, its characterized in that, the box is located the fixed annular backup pad that is provided with in below that its top opened the port, the last support of annular backup pad has the rotation braced frame, rotate and be connected through rotating between pivot and the box open-top's inner wall in one side of braced frame, the last detachable ultrafiltration mechanism of installing of rotation braced frame, the mid-mounting of upper cover has clean mechanism, and clean mechanism presses close to ultrafiltration mechanism and cleans it.

The ultrafiltration device for sewage treatment according to claim 1, further comprising a dosing mechanism, wherein the dosing mechanism comprises a dosing pipe and a dosing box, the dosing pipe is annularly fixed on one side of the upper cover, which rotates towards the box body, the dosing box is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the upper cover, and the dosing box is connected with the dosing pipe through a pipeline.
3. The ultrafiltration device for sewage treatment according to claim 2, wherein the drug adding box is provided with a drug adding port and a water inlet pipe, and the drug adding box is internally provided with a stirring device and a pressure pump.

The ultrafiltration device for sewage treatment according to claim 2, further comprising a backwash pipeline, wherein the backwash pipeline is fixedly installed below the support plate in the inner cavity of the tank body through a support, the backwash pipeline is provided with a plurality of water spray holes facing the ultrafiltration mechanism, and the backwash pipeline is connected with the high-pressure water pipe.

The ultrafiltration device for sewage treatment according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the box body and the upper cover are of a cylindrical hollow structure, the rotary support frame comprises a circular support frame, a circular support plate and insertion columns, one side of the support frame is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the top opening of the box body through a rotary shaft, an annular collecting tank is arranged on the upper side of the support frame, the support plate is fixedly arranged on the lower side edge of the circular inner wall of the support frame, and the insertion columns are fixedly arranged on the support plate at equal intervals.

The ultrafiltration device for sewage treatment according to claim 5, wherein the ultrafiltration mechanism comprises a fixing frame in a circular ring shape, a support screen frame protruding upwards to form a conical structure, and an ultrafiltration membrane, wherein the fixing frame is matched with the inner diameter of the support frame, fixing holes corresponding to the inserting columns in a one-to-one manner are formed in the lower side of the fixing frame at equal intervals, the support screen frame is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the fixing frame, and the ultrafiltration membrane is fixedly attached to the support screen frame.

The sewage treatment ultrafiltration device of claim 5, wherein the cleaning mechanism comprises a drive motor, a rotating shaft and a cleaning scraping rod, the drive motor is fixedly mounted in the middle of the upper cover through a bearing, the drive shaft is fixedly connected with one end of the rotating shaft, the other end of the rotating shaft extends to one side of the upper cover, which faces the box body, and is fixedly mounted with at least one cleaning scraping rod, and the cleaning scraping rod is attached to the upper surface of the ultrafiltration membrane.

The ultrafiltration device for sewage treatment according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the box body and the upper cover are of a rectangular hollow structure, the rotary support frame comprises a support frame of a rectangular structure, a support plate of a rectangular frame structure and insertion columns, one side of the support frame is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the top opening of the box body through a rotating shaft, a rectangular collecting tank is arranged on the upper side of the support frame, the support plate is fixedly arranged on the lower side edge of the inner wall of the support frame, and the insertion columns are fixedly arranged on the support plate at equal intervals.

The ultrafiltration device for sewage treatment according to claim 8, wherein the ultrafiltration mechanism comprises a fixed frame having a rectangular frame structure, a support screen frame having a horizontal structure, and an ultrafiltration membrane, wherein the fixed frame is installed in the support frame, fixing holes corresponding to the insert posts are formed in the lower side of the fixed frame at equal intervals, the support screen frame is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the fixed frame, and the ultrafiltration membrane is fixedly attached to the support screen frame.

The sewage treatment ultrafiltration device according to claim 8, wherein the cleaning mechanism comprises a driving motor, a rotating shaft, an elastic telescopic rod and a cleaning scraping rod, the driving motor is fixedly mounted on the side wall of the upper cover through a bearing, the driving shaft is fixedly connected with one end of the rotating shaft, the other end of the rotating shaft extends to the other side of the upper cover and is rotatably connected with the other side of the upper cover, at least two elastic telescopic rods are fixedly mounted on the rotating shaft, the cleaning scraping rod is fixedly mounted between the two elastic telescopic rods, and the cleaning scraping rod is attached to the upper surface of the ultrafiltration membrane.
