The inner intubation can be extended to the bronchus, and any one of the bronchus can be inserted through the nose, so that the aim of long-term single-lung ventilation is fulfilled. In addition, if unipulmonary ventilation is no longer required, the inner cannula can be withdrawn back into the main airway without replacing the cannula.
