Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a double-sleeve bronchial cannula.
Background
The conventional common tracheal cannula can only be inserted above the carina tracheae through the nose, and cannot be inserted into a bronchus on one side, but some special diseases often need to be ventilated through a single lung, such as bronchus pleural fistula, the single lung ventilation is carried out while the affected side is blocked, so that secretion such as pleural effusion on the affected side is prevented from being spread to the healthy side, therefore, the tracheal cannula needs to be accurately inserted into the bronchus on one side and is provided with a tube for a long time, the conventional double-cavity bronchial cannula can only be inserted through the mouth and has a thick tube diameter, and cannot tolerate the long-term tube, a novel bronchial cannula which can be inserted and tolerate the long-term tube through the nose is needed, and the conventional common tracheal cannula and the double-cavity bronchial cannula cannot solve the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to overcoming the above-mentioned disadvantages and drawbacks of the prior art by providing a double cannula bronchial cannula.
The technical problem solved by the invention can be realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
the double-sleeve bronchial cannula is characterized by comprising an outer cannula and an inner cannula which is sleeved in the outer cannula in a sliding mode, wherein a first inflation air bag is arranged on the outer side of the front end of the outer cannula and connected with a first inflation assembly, a second inflation air bag is arranged on the outer side of the front end of the inner cannula and connected with a second inflation assembly.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rear end of the inner cannula is provided as a collapsible bellows.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the inner wall of the outer cannula and the outer wall of the inner cannula are provided with guiding elements, respectively, which are guided in cooperation with each other.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the guide member comprises a guide runner provided on an inner wall of the outer cannula and a guide runner provided on an outer wall of the inner cannula.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the section of the inner cannula having the second inflatable bladder at the front end thereof is a detachable section.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the detachable segment is connected with the inner insert tube through a thread.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first inflation assembly includes a first inflation tube having one end connected to the first inflatable air bag and the other end connected to the first one-way inflation valve, and the second inflation assembly includes a second inflation tube having one end connected to the second inflatable air bag and the other end connected to the second one-way inflation valve.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the inner intubation can be extended to the bronchus, and any one side bronchus can be inserted through the nose, so that the aim of long-term single-lung ventilation is fulfilled. In addition, if unipulmonary ventilation is no longer required, the inner cannula can be withdrawn back into the main airway without replacing the cannula. Moreover, the invention can be extended to the bronchus, and is also convenient for the patient with long-term single lung ventilation. In addition, the detachable section can be separated from the inner intubation, is kept in the air passage to be used as a bracket, is exact in placement position and convenient to take out, and plays a role in treatment of bronchus pleura fistula and air passage softening stenosis.

FIG. 1 is a reference view of a use condition of an embodiment of the present invention without entering the bronchus.
FIG. 2 is a reference view of a use condition of an embodiment of the present invention in accessing a bronchus.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical means, the creation characteristics, the achievement purposes and the effects of the invention easy to understand, the invention is further explained below.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the double-cannula bronchial cannula includes an outer cannula 100 and an inner cannula 200 slidably fitted into the outer cannula 100, wherein a first inflatable bladder 110 is disposed outside a front end of the outer cannula 100, the first inflatable bladder 110 is connected to a first inflatable module 120, a second inflatable bladder 210 is disposed outside a front end of the inner cannula 200, and the second inflatable bladder 210 is connected to a second inflatable module 220.
The first inflating assembly 120 in this embodiment includes a first inflating tube 121, one end of the first inflating tube 121 is connected to the first inflating airbag 110, and the other end is connected to the first one-way inflating valve 122, and the second inflating assembly 220 includes a second inflating tube 221, one end of the second inflating tube 221 is connected to the second inflating airbag 210, and the other end is connected to the second one-way inflating valve 222. The inflation and deflation principle of the first inflatable air bag 110 and the second inflatable air bag 210 by the first inflatable assembly 120 and the second inflatable assembly 220 is the same as that of the prior art, and the detailed description is omitted here.
The inner cannula 200 is axially slidable along the inner lumen of the outer cannula 100. to facilitate guiding movement, the inner wall of the outer cannula 100 and the outer wall of the inner cannula 200 are respectively provided with guiding members for guiding in cooperation with each other, the guiding members in this embodiment comprising a guiding slide 130 provided on the inner wall of the outer cannula 100 and a guiding slide 230 provided on the outer wall of the inner cannula 200.
The end of the inner cannula 200 is provided with a foldable bellows 240 so that the length of the inner cannula 200 can be changed according to the actual situation, for example, when the bronchofiberscope is used for guiding the endotracheal tube, the bronchofiberscope is sleeved with the inner cannula 200, which causes inconvenience in operating the bronchofiberscope, so the end of the inner cannula 200 is provided with the foldable bellows 240, which can compress the foldable bellows 240 as long as the length of the ordinary endotracheal tube, thereby facilitating the operation.
The section of the inner cannula 200 carrying the second inflatable bladder 210 at the forward end is a removable section 250, as shown in figure 4, preferably the removable section 250 is attached to the inner cannula 200 by threads 251. Under the guide of bronchofiberscope, after the front end of intubate 200 was inserted to the suitable position, keep dismantling section 250 disconnection and keep somewhere in the suitable position, keep second inflatable air bag 210, stay the use as the support in the air flue, and the emplacement position is exact, also conveniently takes out, plays the treatment in bronchus pleura fistula and the narrow of air flue softening. When the detachable section 250 needs to be used as a stent, the thread 251 of the detachable section 250 is unscrewed in advance, after the detachable section 250 reaches a specified position, the second inflatable air bag 210 is inflated to expand, so that the second inflatable air bag 210 props up the bronchial tube 1, and friction exists between the second inflatable air bag 210 and the inner wall of the bronchial tube 1, so that the tail end of the inner insertion tube 200 is rotated (the outer insertion tube 100 is withdrawn at the moment, and the guide part cannot interfere with the rotation of the inner insertion tube 200), so that the thread 251 of the detachable section 250 is completely loosened, the detachable section 250 is left in the airway to be used as a stent, when the detachable section 250 needs to be taken out, the second inflatable air bag 210 is deflated, and then the detachable section 250 can be pulled out through the second inflatable tube 221, and the operation is convenient.
The foregoing shows and describes the general principles and broad features of the present invention and advantages thereof. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, which are described in the specification and illustrated only to illustrate the principle of the present invention, but that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, which fall within the scope of the invention as claimed. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
