Abstract

本发明公开一种线芯中间接头及其接续方法,用于连接两线芯,包括两个弧形导流连接管和至少一恒力束缚弹簧。弧形导流连接管上设有若干纵向贯穿槽,纵向贯穿槽从弧形导流连接管的一端延伸至另一端,两线芯对接端焊接在一起,两个弧形导流连接管分别从两线芯对接端两侧包覆并对接闭合在一起,恒力束缚弹簧束缚在两弧形导流连接管外侧。本发明弧形导流连接管采用恒力束缚弹簧束缚固定,若干纵向贯穿槽能够实现弹性收缩,加大了导流截面,降低线芯焊接点处电阻,解决了发热问题,同时为导体电流提供辅助通路;恒力束缚弹簧提供的持久抱紧力能使弧形导流连接管与线芯导体实现“同呼吸”效果,从而解决导体蠕变和松弛问题。

一种线芯中间接头及接续方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电力行业中导体接续技术领域,尤其涉及一种线芯中间接头及接续方法。
背景技术
铝芯电缆及其电缆附件在运行过程中故障率较高,特别是风电场项目中更为突出,给用户单位带来极大的困扰。铝电缆故障率高的原因及机理总结如下:铝导体的蠕变和应力松弛现象较大,特别是在电缆负荷波动较大或通断频繁的场合下,更能使其蠕变和松弛程度加深,导致导体与金具的压接接触面发生局部分离从而产生接触恶化,连接电阻不断增大,发热愈发严重。而风电场的运行负荷恰好也是频繁波动变化的,正是如此,风电项目中的铝芯电缆附件会随运行时间增长而逐渐显现出发热现象且情况愈发严重,最终导致附件故障。而中间接头处因其本身结构厚重散热较差以及运行环境因素,较终端头相比发热会更突出。很多故障的主要根源是由铝芯导体本身性能缺陷(蠕变和应力松弛较大)造成的,同时风电场负荷的波动性及载流量大又使其这个缺点加以放大。
现有铝导体的接续工艺主要有压接工艺(围压或点压方式)和焊接工艺两类。上述工艺均存在各自的缺点,而不能满足铝芯电缆的长期运行要求。
压接工艺存在的弊端及失效原因如下:1、铝芯导体本身性存在蠕变和应力松弛较大的缺陷,在长期运行或电缆负荷波动较大或通断频繁的场合下,更能使其蠕变和松弛程度加深,导致导体与金具的压接接触面发生局部分离从而产生接触恶化,连接电阻不断增大,发热愈发严重。2、铝连接管压接不到位,造成压接后的导体电阻过大,运行发热。主要有以下情形出现:(1)铝电缆非标生产情况下,导体线芯外径尺寸偏小,与国标连接管内径不匹配,导致线芯与连接管内径配合间隙过大,导致压接不紧;(2)现场使用的压模与连接管规格不匹配或压模不符合标准,也会导致连接管压接紧密;
焊接工艺存在的弊端及失效原因如下:焊接工艺虽然焊接工艺可避免铝导体的蠕变和应力松弛带来的影响,但是其焊接后的接触电阻较大,不能满足额定电流长期运行或短时故障电流的通过时的要求,而最终导致发热。
因此,有必要对现有的铝芯电缆中间接头导体接续工艺进行改善,从根本上解决铝芯电缆中间接头在运行中导体蠕变、松弛以及焊接接触电阻较大发热的问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种解决线芯导体蠕变、松弛以及焊接接触电阻较大问题进而提高稳定性和可靠性的线芯中间接头。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种线芯中间接头,用于连接两线芯,包括两个弧形导流连接管和至少一恒力束缚弹簧,所述弧形导流连接管上设有若干纵向贯穿槽,所述纵向贯穿槽从所述弧形导流连接管的一端延伸至另一端而呈一端封闭一端开口状,所述两线芯对接端焊接在一起,所述两个弧形导流连接管分别从两线芯对接端两侧包覆并对接闭合在一起,所述恒力束缚弹簧束缚在两弧形导流连接管外侧。
优选地,所述弧形导流连接管的内壁设有螺纹、若干纵向肋条或若干凸点。
优选地,所述线芯为铝质线芯,所述弧形导流连接管为铝质弧形导流连接管。
优选地,相邻两所述纵向贯穿槽中,其中一纵向贯穿槽的开口端与相邻另一纵向贯穿槽的开口端分布在所述弧形导流连接管的不同端。
本发明还提供一种所述线芯中间接头的接续方法,用于将两线芯接续连接在一起,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
首先,采用焊接方式将两线芯焊接在一起完成接续,保证导体的抗机械拉力,同时为导体电流提供主通路;
然后,将所述两个弧形导流连接管分别从两线芯对接端焊接处两侧包覆并对接闭合在一起;
最后,将所述恒力束缚弹簧束缚在两弧形导流连接管外侧。
如上所述,本发明线芯中间接头的所述两线芯对接端焊接在一起,保证线芯导体的抗机械拉力,同时为线芯导体电流提供主通路,两个弧形导流连接管分别从两线芯对接端两侧包覆并对接闭合在一起,弧形导流连接管采用恒力束缚弹簧束缚固定,若干纵向贯穿槽能够实现弹性收缩,加大了导流截面,降低线芯焊接点处电阻,解决发热问题,同时为导体电流提供辅助通路;同时采用的恒力束缚弹簧提供的持久抱紧力能使弧形导流连接管与线芯导体实现“同呼吸”效果,从而解决普通围压方式难以解决的导体蠕变和松弛问题。

具体实施方式

请参阅图1、图2和图3,本发明线芯中间接头,用于连接两线芯,包括两个弧形导流连接管10和若干恒力束缚弹簧20。
弧形导流连接管10上设有若干纵向贯穿槽11,纵向贯穿槽11从弧形导流连接管10的一端延伸至另一端而呈一端封闭一端开口状。
两线芯30对接端焊接在一起形成焊接处31,两个弧形导流连接管10分别从两线芯30对接端焊接处31两侧包覆并对接闭合在一起,恒力束缚弹簧20束缚在两弧形导流连接管10外侧。
在本实施例中,所述线芯30为铝质线芯,所述弧形导流连接管30为铝质弧形导流连接管。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,所述弧形导流连接管10的内壁设有螺纹11。螺纹11在恒力束缚弹簧20的作用下可紧紧咬紧导体,形成接触导流作用。可以理解的是,可咬紧导体作用的并不局限于螺纹11,还可以在弧形导流连接管10的内壁上设置若干纵向肋条或若干凸点以起到咬紧导体的作用。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,相邻两纵向贯穿槽12中,其中一纵向贯穿槽12的开口端与相邻另一纵向贯穿槽12的开口端分布在所述可闭合弧形导流连接管10的不同端。
本发明还提供一种所述线芯中间接头的接续方法,用于将两线芯接续连接在一起,包括如下步骤:
首先,采用焊接方式将两线芯30焊接在一起完成接续,保证线芯导体的抗机械拉力,同时为线芯导体电流提供主通路;
然后,将所述两个弧形导流连接管10分别从两线芯对接端焊接处31两侧包覆并对接闭合在一起;
最后,将所述恒力束缚弹簧20束缚在两弧形导流连接管10外侧。
综上所述,本发明线芯中间接头的所述两线芯对接端焊接在一起,保证线芯导体的抗机械拉力,同时为线芯导体电流提供主通路,弧形导流连接管10采用恒力束缚弹簧20束缚固定,若干纵向贯穿槽11能够实现弹性收缩,加大了导流截面,降低线芯焊接点处电阻,解决发热问题,同时为导体电流提供辅助通路;同时采用的恒力束缚弹簧20提供的持久抱紧力能使弧形导流连接管10与线芯导体实现“同呼吸”效果,从而解决普通围压方式难以解决的导体蠕变和松弛问题。

1.一种线芯中间接头,用于连接两线芯,其特征在于,包括两个弧形导流连接管和至少一恒力束缚弹簧,所述弧形导流连接管上设有若干纵向贯穿槽,所述纵向贯穿槽从所述弧形导流连接管的一端延伸至另一端而呈一端封闭一端开口状,所述两线芯对接端焊接在一起,所述两个弧形导流连接管分别从两线芯对接端两侧包覆并对接闭合在一起,所述恒力束缚弹簧束缚在两弧形导流连接管外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的线芯中间接头,其特征在于:所述弧形导流连接管的内壁设有螺纹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的线芯中间接头,其特征在于:所述弧形导流连接管的内壁设有若干纵向肋条。
4.根据权利要求1所述的线芯中间接头,其特征在于:所述弧形导流连接管的内壁设有若干凸点。
5.根据权利要求1所述的线芯中间接头,其特征在于:所述线芯为铝质线芯,所述弧形导流连接管为铝质弧形导流连接管。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的线芯中间接头,其特征在于:相邻两所述纵向贯穿槽中,其中一纵向贯穿槽的开口端与相邻另一纵向贯穿槽的开口端分布在所述弧形导流连接管的不同端。
7.一种权利要求1至6任一项所述线芯中间接头的接续方法,用于将两线芯接续连接在一起,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
首先,采用焊接方式将两线芯焊接在一起完成接续;
然后,将所述两个弧形导流连接管分别从两线芯对接端焊接处两侧包覆并对接闭合在一起;
最后,将所述恒力束缚弹簧束缚在两弧形导流连接管外侧。
