Technical Field
The invention relates to buildings, in particular to a prefabricated assembled beam type stair with a novel tread plate structure, which is well suitable for application scenes that the construction space of an inner stair of a subway station is limited and the lifting and the transportation are difficult.
Background
The prefabricated structure is developed more mature in the fields of road bridges, house buildings and the like, but due to the reasons of engineering geology, industrial scale technical level and the like, the prefabricated structure is not applied to subway stations in many cases. In order to meet the development strategy and direction of the country, aiming at various problems encountered in the current subway construction in the peak stage and the subway station construction in China, the prefabricated assembled structure has the advantages of effectively shortening the construction period, reducing the investment of constructors, reducing the occupation of construction sites, improving the construction quality, improving the construction efficiency, shortening the influence on urban ground traffic, being green, energy-saving, environment-friendly and the like, and the application demand in the subway engineering is increasingly promoted.
The stair is as a structural component of building field universal use, all has many places to set up in every subway station, and the demand is huge. Subway stairs usually carry out secondary construction after the construction of the whole frame structure of the subway station is finished, and the construction of the inside stairs is difficult because the internal space of the station is limited and a plurality of major are often constructed simultaneously. Therefore, the subway station has an increasingly urgent need for prefabricated assembled stairways. Although the research on the prefabricated stairway in civil buildings is mature and has corresponding standards and drawing sets, the stairway is almost a plate type stairway and a whole block, and the stairway is too large in blocks, too heavy in single blocks and difficult to hoist and install for subway engineering.
The traditional scheme of the prefabricated assembled beam type stair has the idea that prefabricated beams and step boards are adopted, the step boards are buckled on a stair beam with saw teeth in a L mode, and the internal corners of the step boards are the external corners of the saw teeth of the stair beam.
Therefore, the design of the prefabricated beam type stair with the novel tread plate structure is necessary to solve the problems of safety and practicability of the prefabricated beam type stair.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the prefabricated assembled beam type staircase with a novel tread structure comprises prefabricated and molded stair column members 10, stair beam members 20, tread members 30, platform plate members 40 and railing members 50, wherein the stair beam members 20 on two sides are erected and fixed on the stair column members 10, and the tread members 30 and the platform plate members 40 are installed and fixed on sawtooth-shaped installation platforms 21 on the upper parts of the stair beam members 20. The lower end of the ladder column component 10 is fixedly connected with the structural bottom plate D through the connecting component, so that full prefabrication and assembly of the beam type stairway are achieved, and construction is convenient and rapid.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the tread plate member 30 has a tread 31, and an upturned rib plate 32 and a lower suspended rib plate 33 located at the rear end thereof, and the cross section thereof is in a lying down T shape, both longitudinal ends of the tread 31 are respectively supported on the serrated mounting platforms 21 of the stair beam members 20 on the same side, the upturned rib plate 32 abuts against the vertical wall between the adjacent serrated mounting platforms 21, and both longitudinal ends of the lower suspended rib plate 33 abut against the inner side walls of the stair beam members 20 on the same side. The novel tread structure can better exert the structural strength and rigidity of the tread component 30, and can bear larger force and generate smaller deformation by using less materials. The rigidity of the tread plate member 30 is changed by adjusting the height H of the lower hanging rib plate, and the requirements of deflection and deformation of the tread plate member 30 under different span working conditions are met. Because of the existence of the upturning rib plate 32 and the lower hanging rib plate 33, the lower layer tread plate component 30 can provide a very strong support function for the upper layer tread plate component 30, so that the tread plate component 30 forms a one-way plate taking a short side as a main stress direction, and further the bearing capacity of the tread plate component 30 is greatly improved, therefore, under the same condition, the tread plate can be made thinner, the material and the cost are saved, the weight is lighter, and the transportation and the installation are convenient.
Referring to fig. 5, 6 and 7, the upper mounting holes 34 and the lower mounting holes 23 are correspondingly formed on the longitudinal side plate surfaces of the pedals 31 and the zigzag mounting platform 21 of the stair railing member 20, the lower ends of the railing members 50 penetrate through the upper mounting holes 34 and are inserted into the lower mounting holes 23 and are fixedly connected with the lower mounting holes, and the step plate members 30 and the railing members 50 are conveniently and fixedly mounted on the stair railing member 20.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the ladder column member 10 is a door-shaped structure formed by a cross beam 12 and two side columns 11, a plurality of concave mortises 13 are arranged on the top surfaces of the two longitudinal sides of the cross beam 12, and connecting bolts 16 are embedded in the mortises 13. The bottom of the longitudinal ends of the ladder beam member 20 is provided with positioning tenons 22 corresponding to and fitting with the mortises 13, and the connecting bolt 16 penetrates into the positioning tenons 22 to fixedly mount the ladder beam member 20 on the ladder column member 10. Referring to fig. 2, a vertically extending grouting sleeve 14 is embedded at the lower end of the upright post 11, embedded steel bars 15 on the structural bottom plate D are inserted into the grouting sleeve 14, and cement mortar is poured and filled into the grouting sleeve 14 to fixedly mount the upright post 11 on the structural bottom plate D.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, during construction, the ladder column member 10 is inserted into the embedded steel bars 15 on the structural bottom plate D through the grouting sleeves 14 of the column bases, after grouting reaches the designed strength, the positioning tenons 22 of the ladder beam members 20 are buckled into the mortises 13 on the cross beams 12, and are connected and fixed through the embedded connecting bolts 16. Then, the step plate members 30 are assembled one by one on the zigzag-shaped mounting platforms 21 of the stair girder members 20 and connected with the rail members 50. Finally, the landing plate members 40 are laid on the serrated mounting platforms 21 at the ends of the stair stringer members 20 and are also connected and secured by the rail members 50, i.e. assembled to form a complete stair structure.
The foregoing is illustrative of the principles of the prefabricated sectional beam stairway of the new tread configuration of the present invention and is not intended to limit the invention to the specific construction and applications shown and described, and accordingly all modifications and equivalents thereof which may be employed are intended to fall within the scope of the claims which follow.
