Technical Field

Background
In the incremental launching construction of the bridge, in order to ensure that the bridge advances along a preset incremental launching route, a guide device is required to be arranged to guide the advancing track of the bridge. When the main beam deviates from the pushing route greatly in the lateral direction, a deviation correcting device is needed to enable the bridge to return to the preset pushing route, in actual pushing construction, a fixed roller is usually adopted as a limiting device, namely the roller is fixed on two transverse sides of a designed track, the roller and the main beam longitudinally roll oppositely, and the transverse direction limits the deviation of the main beam. When the main beam has large transverse deviation, the transversely arranged jack is used for directly jacking to dynamically correct the main beam. Theoretically, the pushing designed advancing track is continuous, and the limit devices continuously arranged along the two sides of the designed track line can completely ensure that the pushing main beam advances along the designed track without deviation, namely, a deviation correcting device is not needed.
The roller devices for guiding are mostly fixedly arranged on a pier, the advancing of a girder in the pushing process is not linear but irregularly similar to snake-shaped advancing, the existing guide roller members are inconvenient to adjust, the angle and the position are difficult to adjust according to specific conditions, and in addition, the existing pushing mechanisms are all overlapped by adopting the ascending-creeping-advancing-descending-ascending circulation sequence to advance the bridge, so that a base plate is additionally arranged besides a pushing main power mechanism and a transverse deviation correction auxiliary device, the vacant space on the pier is smaller, and more factors such as a falling point and the like need to be considered in the operation.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a bridge pushing auxiliary guide member which has the advantages of convenience in adjustment, convenience in disassembly and assembly and the like, and solves the problems that most roller devices for guiding are fixedly arranged on a bridge pier, the main beam does not travel linearly but irregularly advances like a snake in the pushing process, the conventional guide roller member is inconvenient to adjust, and the angle and the position are difficult to adjust according to specific conditions.

3.
