Abstract
The invention relates to a warp-knitted jacquard single-layer mesh fabric, which comprises a breathable part and a connecting part, wherein the breathable part is arranged on the breathable part; the breathable part is made of transparent yarns, and meshes are arranged on the breathable part; the two sides of the air-permeable part are both provided with connecting parts, the connecting parts are formed by weaving in a closed structure, the weaving density of the connecting parts is greater than that of the air-permeable part, and the connecting parts are constructed to play a role in fixed connection when warp-knitted jacquard single-layer mesh cloth is connected with other cloth materials. Different from the prior art, the warp-knitted mesh fabric is characterized in that the air permeable part is a perspective part, the two sides of the air permeable part are respectively provided with the connecting parts, and the perspective part can be fixedly connected through the connecting parts, so that the durable warp-knitted mesh fabric is obtained, the service life of the transparent mesh fabric is prolonged, and the breathing performance is high through the meshes.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of garment materials, in particular to a warp-knitted jacquard single-layer mesh fabric and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
In recent years, many transparent garments have appeared, which are woven with transparent yarns, so that a viewer can see the interior of the garment through the fabric, and the garment is light and breathable.
However, in the using process, the clothing which can be seen through is often found to be generally not durable, easy to be damaged, washed and scraped without wearing for a long time, has a short service life and is not easy to clean.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the warp-knitted jacquard single-layer mesh cloth and the manufacturing method thereof are needed to be provided for solving the problems that the garment which can be seen through in the prior art is generally not durable, is easy to damage, can be washed and scraped without wearing for a long time, has a short service life and is not easy to clean.
To achieve the above object, the inventors provide a warp-knitted jacquard single-layer mesh fabric comprising:
the breathable part is made of transparent yarns, and meshes are arranged on the breathable part; and
the connecting portion, the both sides of ventilative portion all are provided with connecting portion, connecting portion are woven for airtight structure and form, the weaving density of connecting portion is greater than the weaving density of ventilative portion, connecting portion are constructed and are constructed when warp knitting jacquard weave individual layer screen cloth is connected with other cloth, play fixed connection effect.
As a preferable structure of the present invention, the connecting portion is provided with an air vent.
As a preferable structure of the present invention, the connecting portion is provided with two or more ventilation holes, and the two or more ventilation holes are arranged along a length direction of the ventilation portion.
As a preferable structure of the present invention, two or more rows of the ventilation holes are formed on both sides of the ventilation portion.

So, ventilative portion is for the part that can see through, and the both sides of ventilative portion all are provided with connecting portion, can play fixed connection's effect with the part of seeing through connecting portion to reacing durable warp knitting net cloth, improving transparent net cloth's life, through the mesh, breathing performance is strong.
In order to achieve the above object, the inventor also provides a method for manufacturing a warp-knitted jacquard single-layer screen cloth, which weaves the warp-knitted jacquard single-layer screen cloth according to any one of the above inventors by adopting double-needle bed multi-bar weaving.

As shown in fig. 2, the warp-knitted jacquard single-layer mesh fabric 1 disclosed in this embodiment includes a breathable portion 11 and a connecting portion 12, the breathable portion 11 is made of transparent yarns to form a see-through structure, a mesh (not shown) is disposed on the breathable portion 11, the connecting portion 12 is disposed on both sides of the breathable portion 11, the connecting portion 12 is formed by weaving a closed structure, the weaving density of the connecting portion 12 is greater than that of the breathable portion 11, and the connecting portion 12 is configured to play a role in fixing and connecting when the warp-knitted jacquard single-layer mesh fabric 1 is connected with other fabrics. Therefore, the air-permeable part 11 can be better connected and fixed with other cloth through the connecting part 12, and the use is durable.
Optionally, the connecting portion 12 is provided with an air hole 121. Since the connection portion 12 is generally formed in a closed structure, the connection portion 12 has a ventilation function through the ventilation holes 121.
Optionally, the connecting portion 12 is provided with more than two air holes 121, and the more than two air holes 121 are arranged along the length direction of the air permeable portion 11. Two or more rows of air holes 121 are formed in both sides of the air permeable part 11. In this embodiment, two rows of air holes 121 are used, so that the connection portion 12 is ensured to be firm and air permeability is also ensured.
Optionally, the aperture of the vent 121 is larger than the aperture of the mesh. In this way, the breathing performance of the connection portion 12 can be improved.
Optionally, the air permeable portion 11 is formed by weaving transparent yarns, and the connecting portion 12 is formed by weaving transparent yarns and other yarns in a mixed manner. The yarn used for the air-permeable portion 11 is thinner than the yarn used for the connecting portion 12. The yarns adopted by the air-permeable part 11 are thinner, and the yarns adopted by the connecting part 12 are thicker, so that the connection between the air-permeable part 11 and the connecting part 12 can be further improved, and the service life of the air-permeable part is further prolonged.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in another warp-knitted jacquard single-layer mesh fabric 1 disclosed in this embodiment, the warp-knitted jacquard single-layer mesh fabric 1 includes two air permeable portions 11 and three connecting portions 12, the air permeable portions 11 are made of transparent yarns and form a see-through structure, the connecting portions 12 are woven in a closed structure, and the weaving density of the connecting portions 12 is greater than that of the air permeable portions 11. In this embodiment, the connecting portion 12 includes a first connecting portion 122 and a second connecting portion 123, the first connecting portion 122 is disposed between the two air permeable portions 11, the first connecting portion 122 is used for connecting the two air permeable portions 11, and the second connecting portion 123 is used for connecting other fabrics. The first connecting portion 122 cannot be provided with the vent holes 121 in order to ensure the connecting strength, and the second connecting portion 123 is provided with a plurality of rows of vent holes 121. At this time, the first connection portion 122 of the perspective structure ensures the connection strength, and the second connection portion 123 of the perspective structure is used for connecting other fabrics, so that the service life of the perspective structure is prolonged.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the number of the air permeable portions 11 is not limited, the warp-knitted jacquard single-layer mesh fabric 1 may include more than three air permeable portions 11, and one connecting portion 12 is disposed between two adjacent air permeable portions 11, which are all within the protection scope of the present embodiment.
In this embodiment, the present invention further relates to a method for manufacturing a warp-knitted jacquard single-layer mesh fabric, which is knitted by using a double-needle bed and a plurality of guide bars to form the warp-knitted jacquard single-layer mesh fabric.

it should be noted that the method for manufacturing the warp-knitted jacquard single-layer mesh cloth is not limited to the two specific knitting processes, and it is within the scope of the present embodiment as long as the air permeable portion 11 can be made as a see-through portion, and the connecting portions 12 are disposed on both sides of the air permeable portion 11, and the cloth that can fix the see-through portion through the connecting portions 12 is used.
Different prior art, in this embodiment, ventilative portion 11 is for the part that can see through, and the both sides of ventilative portion 11 all are provided with connecting portion 12, can play fixed connection's effect with the part of seeing through connecting portion 12 to reacing durable warp knitting net cloth, improving transparent net cloth's life, through the mesh, respiratory performance is strong.

the breathable part is made of transparent yarns, and meshes are arranged on the breathable part; and
the connecting portion, the both sides of ventilative portion all are provided with connecting portion, connecting portion are woven for airtight structure and form, the weaving density of connecting portion is greater than the weaving density of ventilative portion, connecting portion are constructed and are constructed when warp knitting jacquard weave individual layer screen cloth is connected with other cloth, play fixed connection effect.
2. The warp-knitted jacquard single-layer scrim according to claim 1, wherein: the connecting part is provided with an air hole.

The warp-knitted jacquard single-layer scrim according to claim 1, wherein: the warp-knitted jacquard single-layer mesh fabric comprises two air-permeable parts, each connecting part comprises a first connecting part and a second connecting part, the first connecting parts are arranged between the two air-permeable parts, and the second connecting parts are used for connecting other fabrics.
7. The warp-knitted jacquard single-layer scrim according to claim 6, wherein: the warp-knitted jacquard single-layer mesh fabric comprises more than three breathable portions, and a connecting portion is arranged between every two adjacent breathable portions.

The warp-knitted jacquard single-layer web according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein: the breathable portion is woven by transparent yarns, the connecting portion is formed by weaving the transparent yarns and other yarns in a mixed mode, and the yarns adopted by the breathable portion are thinner than the yarns adopted by the connecting portion.
