A plate fixed-length cutting device of a composite plate production line comprises a fixed-length cutting rack, a front telescopic support frame, a rear telescopic support frame and a cutting knife travelling mechanism, wherein the front telescopic support frame, the cutting knife travelling mechanism and the rear telescopic support frame are horizontally arranged on the fixed-length cutting rack in a sliding manner along the feeding direction of the fixed-length cutting rack, the cutting knife travelling mechanism is positioned between the front telescopic support frame and the rear telescopic support frame and comprises a travelling frame, a front pinch roller set, a rear pinch roller set, a cutting knife assembly, a cutting knife translation servo motor and a travelling frame driving servo motor, the front pinch roller set and the rear pinch roller set are arranged on the travelling frame in a tandem manner, a cutting knife of the cutting knife assembly is positioned between the front pinch roller set and the rear pinch roller set, the cutting knife assembly is horizontally arranged on the travelling frame in a sliding manner along the direction perpendicular to the feeding direction of the fixed-length cutting rack, the cutting knife translation servo motor is arranged on the walking frame and drives the cutting knife assembly to slide, the walking frame slides along the feeding direction of the fixed-length cutting rack, and the walking frame driving servo motor is arranged on the fixed-length cutting rack and drives the walking frame to horizontally slide.
