Abstract

The clamp comprises a bottom plate, a support, a supporting shaft, a positioning plate, a pressing rod, a positioning nut, a supporting bolt, a push rod, a hole bottom pressing block, a drill bushing and a flat bottom pressing block. 5. A drilling and pressing integrated clamp according to claim 3, characterized in that the bottom of the hole bottom pressing block (15) is provided with a blind hole with the diameter equal to that of the pin to be pressed and the depth of 2 mm.

The clamp for drilling and pressing the whole according to the claim 1, 2 or 5, characterized in that, after the push rod (14) is connected with the hole bottom pressing block (15) or the flat pressing block (19), the distance between the lower surface (14-2) of the push rod (14) and the bottom surface (15-3) of the hole bottom pressing block or the bottom surface (19-2) of the flat pressing block is the length of the pin to be pressed; the distance between the top surface (5-4) of the pressure lever and the bottom surface (5-5) of the pressure lever is the length of the pin to be pressed.

The integrated drilling and pressing jig as set forth in claim 4, wherein: after the push rod (14) is connected with the hole bottom pressing block (15) or the flat bottom pressing block (19), the distance between the lower surface (14-2) of the push rod (14) and the bottom surface (15-3) of the hole bottom pressing block or the bottom surface (19-2) of the flat bottom pressing block is the length of the pin to be pressed; the distance between the top surface (5-4) of the pressure lever and the bottom surface (5-5) of the pressure lever is the length of the pin to be pressed.
8. Method for machining with a fixture according to any of claims 1-7, characterized in that the method comprises the steps of:
step 1) clamping a product to be processed:
sixthly, placing the nut of the product to be processed on the groove (2-6) of the bracket (2), and performing auxiliary support through a support bolt A (11) and a support bolt B (13) to enable the end face of the nut of the product to be processed to be attached to the positioning plate (4); fixing a pressure lever (5) between two support shafts (3), enabling a boss on the pressure lever (5) to be in contact with a nut of a product to be processed for positioning, and enabling the pressure lever (5) to tightly press the product to be processed through a gasket (6) and a nut (7);
step 2) drilling:
pressing a drill bushing (18) into a through hole in the center of the pressure lever (5), and drilling on a drilling machine;
step 3) preliminary pressing:
removing the drill bushing (18), connecting the blind hole of the push rod (14) with the boss of the hole bottom pressing block (15) in a matching manner, placing the pin to be pressed into the blind hole of the hole bottom pressing block (15), placing the pin to be pressed into the through hole at the center of the pressing rod (5) together, enabling the pin to be pressed to correspond to the hole processed in the step 2), and pressing the push rod (14) on a press machine until the lower surface (14-2) of the push rod (14) is contacted with the top surface (5-4) of the pressing rod;
step 4) a secondary compaction process:
and (3) detaching the hole bottom pressing block (15), matching and connecting the blind hole of the push rod (14) with the boss of the flat bottom pressing block (19), putting the blind hole and the boss into the through hole at the center of the pressing rod (5), pressing the push rod (14) on the press machine until the lower surface (14-2) of the push rod (14) is contacted with the top surface (5-4) of the pressing rod, and finishing the pressing operation.
9. The processing method according to claim 8, wherein when there is no press in step 3) and step 4), the clamp is placed laterally in a parallel jaw vice, the push rod (14) is horizontally placed, and the parallel jaw vice presses the push rod (14), so that the parallel jaw vice replaces the press to complete the pressing operation.
