The screening device for preparing the degradable building material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cutting assembly (04) comprises a cutting box (41) communicated with the discharging channel (37), a driving shaft (43) is rotatably connected in the cutting box (41), one end of the driving shaft (43) is connected with a positive and negative rotation motor (42) outside the screening box (01), and a cutting knife (44) is fixed on the driving shaft (43).
