The invention relates to a packaging device for granular agricultural products, which is characterized in that agricultural product particles are thrown into a ball body guided by two guide blocks so as to reach a screening layer, the center of an interception layer is provided with an opening, the aperture of the opening is smaller than the diameter of the agricultural product particles, so that the whole particles can be intercepted, damaged particles can enter a third cavity through the opening of the interception layer, the interception layer has elasticity, when the whole agricultural product particles are placed on the interception layer, the whole agricultural product particles are gradually pressed downwards along with the increase of the number of the particles, and the elasticity of the interception layer is utilized to ensure that the particles have rebounding force when being pressed to a certain degree, so that after being screened by the interception layer on the screening layer, a rotating disc is driven to rotate by means of external mechanical force, a fixed connecting rod connected with the rotating disc is driven to move along with the rotating disc, and the whole ball body is driven to rotate by the fixed connecting rod, the agricultural products with complete particles after being screened by the screening layer are poured along with the screening layer and output from the output port, and fall into the inlet, under the action of the arc-shaped head and the arc-shaped plate, the agricultural product particles rebound to accelerate the conveying speed, the agricultural product particles are output downwards along the inner wall of the fixed cavity, and the screened broken particles are output from the guide pipeline.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the rotating disc is controlled to rotate, so that the whole spherical body is driven to rotate, agricultural products with complete particles after being screened out by the screening layer are poured along the screening layer, are output from the output port and fall into the introduction port, the agricultural product particles rebound under the action of the arc-shaped head and the arc-shaped plate, the conveying speed is increased, the agricultural product particles are output downwards along the inner wall of the fixed cavity, the broken agricultural product particles are removed, and the quality of the agricultural products in the packaging bag is guaranteed.

the screening device 2 is composed of a guide block a, screening balls b, a first cavity c, a guide pipeline d, a conveying pipe e and a second cavity f, the guide block a is arranged in a triangular shape, the two guide blocks a are arranged and are arranged in a symmetrical structure, the guide block a is arranged at the top of the first cavity c, the first cavity c is connected with the second cavity f, the screening balls b are arranged in the first cavity c and are connected with an external mechanical force, the conveying pipe e is communicated with the second cavity f, and the conveying pipe e is matched with the screening balls b.

The conveying pipe e is composed of an inlet e1, an outlet e2, an arc-shaped plate e3, a fixed cavity e4 and an arc-shaped head e5, the inlet e1 and the outlet e2 are identical in structure and opposite in opening direction, the size of the inlet e1 is larger than that of the outlet e2, the inlet e1 and the outlet e2 are communicated with the fixed cavity e4 in an up-down structure, the arc-shaped plate e3 is arranged in an S shape, the arc-shaped head e5 is arranged on the arc-shaped plate e3, and the arc-shaped head e5 is arranged to enable agricultural product particles falling onto the arc-shaped head e5 to be rebounded to accelerate conveying speed and output downwards along the inner wall of the fixed cavity e 4.
The ball b4 is composed of a fixed rod b41, a fixed connecting rod b42, a rotating disk b43, an embedded head b44, an output port b45, a screening layer b46 and a third cavity b47, the fixed lever b41 is mechanically connected with the rotating disc b43, the rotating disc b43 is mechanically connected with an external force, thereby controlling the rotating disc b43 to rotate alternately before clockwise and counterclockwise, the fixed connecting rod b42 is mechanically welded with the rotating disc b43, the end of the fixed connecting rod b42 far away from the rotating disk b43 is fixed on the inner wall of the sphere b4 through an embedded head b44, the screening layer b46 divides the sphere b4 into an upper layer and a lower layer, the third chamber b47 is a layer at the bottom, an output port b45 is arranged at the joint between the third cavity b47 and the upper layer, the output port b45 penetrates through the inner wall of the ball b4, screening layer b46 is certain radian crooked, is sunken gradually towards the centre by both sides for agricultural product concentrates towards the centre and is convenient for screen.

The center of the interception layer b464 is provided with an opening, the aperture of the opening is smaller than the diameter of the agricultural product particles, the interception layer b464 has elasticity, when the whole complete agricultural product particles are placed on the interception layer b464, the particles are gradually pressed downwards along with the increase of the number of the particles, and the elasticity of the interception layer b464 is utilized to ensure that when the particles are pressed to a certain degree, the rebound force is provided, so that the blockage is avoided.
The arc head e5 is in a three-quarter spherical shape, and an extension rod is arranged at one end connected with the arc plate e3, so that the relative position between the arc head e5 and the arc plate e3 is fixed.
Agricultural product particles are thrown into the ball b4 guided by the two guide blocks a, so that the particles reach the screening layer b46, because the center of the interception layer b464 is provided with an opening, and the diameter of the opening is smaller than the diameter of the agricultural product particles, the whole particles can be intercepted, the broken particles can enter the third chamber b47 through the opening of the interception layer b464, and the interception layer b464 has elasticity, when the whole agricultural product particles are placed on the interception layer b464, the particles are gradually pressed downwards along with the increase of the number of the particles, and the elasticity of the interception layer b464 is utilized to ensure that the particles are pressed to a certain degree, so that the particles have rebounding force, and the situation that the particles are blocked after being screened by the interception layer b464 on the screening layer b46 is avoided.

Referring to fig. 1-4, the present invention provides a packaging apparatus for granular agricultural products, which structurally comprises an upper fixing block 1, a screening device 2, a distribution box 3, a workbench 4, a housing 5, a bag cylinder 6 and a packaging bag 7, wherein the upper fixing block 1 is arranged on the top of the housing 5 and is fixedly connected with the housing 5, the screening device 2 is mounted on the housing 5, the distribution box 3 is connected with the housing 5, the workbench 4 is arranged at the bottom of the housing 5 and is fixedly connected with the housing 5, the bag cylinder 6 is connected with the packaging bag 7, and the packaging bag 7 is matched with the screening device 2; the screening device 2 comprises guide blocks a, screening balls b, a first cavity c, a guide pipeline d, a conveying pipe e and a second cavity f, wherein the guide blocks a are arranged in a triangular shape, the two guide blocks a are arranged and are arranged in a symmetrical structure, the guide blocks a are arranged at the top of the first cavity c, the first cavity c is connected with the second cavity f, the screening balls b are arranged in the first cavity c, the screening balls b are connected with an external mechanical force, the conveying pipe e is communicated with the second cavity f, and the conveying pipe e is matched with the screening balls b; the conveying pipe e is composed of an inlet e1, an outlet e2, an arc-shaped plate e3, a fixed cavity e4 and an arc-shaped head e5, the inlet e1 and the outlet e2 are identical in structure and opposite in opening direction, the size of the inlet e1 is larger than that of the outlet e2, the inlet e1 and the outlet e2 are communicated with the fixed cavity e4 in an up-down structure, the arc-shaped plate e3 is arranged in an S shape, and the arc-shaped head e5 is arranged on the arc-shaped plate e 3.

The invention solves the problem that the existing agricultural product packaging equipment is provided with a compaction detection device, whether the workpiece is compacted or not can be detected during processing, and after the workpiece is packaged into a bag, the quality guarantee period of damaged particles in the bag is shorter than that of complete particles, the damaged particles are easy to deteriorate, and other good particles are easy to deteriorate, the invention combines the components, the rotating disk b43 is controlled to rotate, thereby driving the whole sphere b4 to rotate, so that the agricultural product with complete granules after being screened out by the screening layer b46 is poured along with the screening layer b46 and is output from the output port b45, and falls into the inlet e1, and under the action of the arc head e5 and the arc plate e3, the agricultural product particles are rebounded to accelerate the conveying speed, and the crushed agricultural product particles are removed by outputting the agricultural product particles downwards along the inner wall of the fixed cavity e4, so that the quality of the agricultural product in the packaging bag is guaranteed.
