Abstract
本发明涉及与热能设备配套的气体燃料燃烧器,具体为一种烟气内循环低氮燃气燃烧器包括:风管,风管的出口端具有缩径部,缩径部上环布有空气喷嘴;锥形风管,锥形风管套设在风管的缩径部内,并凸伸出风管,且内部设有旋流盘;导引风管,导引风管套设在锥形风筒的外部;一级燃气管,一级燃气管位于风管的中心,垂直贯穿旋流盘;二级燃气管,二级燃气管与一级燃气管连接,且贯穿缩径部和空气喷嘴进入导引风管中;三级燃气管,三级燃气喷管环布于风管的外围;本发明通过设置两级助燃空气、三级燃气,充分利用燃气和空气的动能,将较大流量的烟气掺入到空气与燃气中,降低燃烧反应速度,降低火焰的温度,从而控制NOx的生成浓度。

技术领域
本发明涉及与热能设备配套的气体燃料燃烧器,具体为一种烟气内循环低氮燃气燃烧器。
背景技术
燃气燃烧器广泛用于国民经济各个领域,随着国内天然气资源用量不断增加,对有害气体排放控制越来越严格,天然气正在广泛替代煤炭、燃油,成为主要的清洁能源。不仅如此,国家打响蓝天保卫战的要求,对燃烧器排放的烟气中氮氧化物等有害成分提出了严格要求,在京津冀等地区已经提高到低于30mg/Nm3的超低氮氧化物排放水平。相比之前国家标准规定的150mg/m3,有了大幅度提高,达到了当前世界一些发达国家规定的最高标准。这不仅对使用燃烧器的用户提出了高标准严要求,也对燃烧器开发制造技术提出了挑战。
目前多数低氮燃烧器生产厂家,实现低氮燃烧的主要方式是烟气外循环法(FGR),基本原理是将锅炉自烟管排放出的部分低温烟气(属惰性气体),再引入燃烧器与助燃空气掺混,产生降低燃烧速度和吸收燃烧热量的作用,从而将火焰温度控制在较低水平,使火焰能量不足以让助燃空气中的氮气与氧气发生反应生成氮氧化物,达到控制NOx生成浓度的目的。
该技术方案存在的问题是:一是使炉膛阻力增大,导致助燃风机电耗增大;二是燃烧产生的较低温烟气(一般低于180℃)经炉外烟道通过助燃风机吸入,与常温空气混合,被空气冷却,烟气中的水蒸气会冷凝成液态水,从燃烧器内流出,污染工作环境,并且液态水还会导致燃烧器点火不可靠,电子元件绝缘失效;三是需要在炉体与燃烧器风机入口之间建立烟气通道,增加了燃烧器安装工作量。
发明内容
为了解决上述背景技术中的问题,本发明提供一种烟气内循环低氮燃气燃烧器,通过设置两级助燃空气、三级燃气,充分利用燃气和空气的动能,将较大流量的烟气掺入到空气与燃气中,降低燃烧反应速度,降低火焰的温度,从而控制NOx的生成浓度。
本发明采用以下技术方案:一种烟气内循环低氮燃气燃烧器,包括:
风管,风管的出口端具有径向向内收缩的缩径部,缩径部上周向环布有若干空气喷嘴;
锥形风管,锥形风管套设在风管的缩径部内,并凸伸出风管,锥形风管的内部设有旋流盘,旋流盘与风管同轴设置;
导引风管,导引风管套设在锥形风筒的外部,且与空气喷嘴纵向分离,导引风管的外径大于风管的外径;
一级燃气管,一级燃气管位于风管的中心,且垂直贯穿旋流盘,一级燃气管的尾端周向设有第一燃气喷嘴;
二级燃气管,二级燃气管与一级燃气管连接,且贯穿缩径部和空气喷嘴进入导引风管中,二级燃气管的尾端周向设有第二燃气喷嘴;
三级燃气管,三级燃气喷管均匀环布于风管的外围,与燃气集箱连接;
导引风管与空气喷嘴纵向分离形成第一混气入口,三级燃气喷管处形成第二混气入口。
进一步的,二级燃气管具有喷射部,喷射部与风管的轴线平行,喷射部的尾端周向设有第二燃气喷嘴,第二燃气管环形布设于缩径部上。
进一步的,三级燃气管包括文丘里缩放管、自由射流燃气喷嘴、燃气支管喷嘴和燃气支管,文丘里缩放管、燃气支管喷嘴和燃气支管依次连接形成第一级三级燃气管,自由射流燃气喷嘴和燃气支管连接形成第二级三级燃气管,第一级三级燃气管和第二级三级燃气管环形间隔布置在风管的外围,燃气支管的另一端与燃气集箱连接,文丘里缩放管与燃气支管喷嘴的连接处形成第二混气入口。
进一步的,文丘里缩放管的出口端设有一段弯管,弯管向内弯折。
进一步的,空气喷嘴是顶部为半圆形的矩形,且相邻两个空气喷嘴之间设有分隔板。
进一步的,锥形风管上具有径向向内收缩的外锥形面,外锥形面位于空气喷嘴的出口前端。
进一步的,导引风管与锥形风管同轴设置,导引风管的入口端处设有一外圆锥接管,空气喷嘴位于外圆锥接管的入口端。
进一步的,风管内位于旋流盘的入风口端设有点火装置,一级燃气管上设有与点火装置对应的点火孔。
进一步的,该燃烧器还包括风机,风机与风管的入口端连接,风机的进风口处设有风门,风机进风口的侧面设有烟气通道,烟气通道上设有烟气蝶阀,风机外壳上还设有高压电子点火器,高压点火器与风管内的点火装置连接,风管的侧面还设有火焰探测器。
进一步的,一级燃气管和二级燃气管由第一燃气管路供气,三级燃气管由第二燃气管路供气,第一燃气管路的燃气流量大于第二燃气管路的燃气流量,第一燃气管路和第二燃气管路均配置有燃气蝶阀。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明的烟气内循环低氮燃气燃烧器通过设置两级助燃空气、三级燃气,充分利用燃气和空气的动能,将较大流量的烟气掺入到空气与燃气中,降低燃烧反应速度,降低火焰的温度,从而控制NOx的生成浓度。
(2)本发明的烟气内循环低氮燃气燃烧器的一级燃气和二级燃气射流与空气射流垂直相交可以实现快速混合,且一级燃气通过旋流盘的旋转空气射流的作用,使燃烧火焰为扩散火焰,稳固,可作为值班火种,引燃另外两级可燃气体。
(3)本发明的烟气内循环低氮燃气燃烧器的三级燃气通过文丘里缩放管和自由射流燃气喷管的环向间隔布置,充分利用自由射流来弥补文丘里缩放管引射烟气量的不足,且有助于减少燃烧头前部的燃气量集中,可缓解局部高温,有利于控制NOx生成量。
(4)本发明的烟气内循环低氮燃气燃烧器通过设置多个空气喷嘴,形成多股平行射流,可以显著增加空气射流的表面积,增加空气射流与周围烟气的接触面积,使空气能够吸卷掺混更多的烟气,有助于进一步控制NOx生成量。
(5)本发明的烟气内循环低氮燃气燃烧器在风机的进风道处设置烟气通道,用于在燃烧高发热值的湿天然气时,作为掺入少量烟气的通道,掺入烟气可进一步降低NOx生成量。

下面将结合本发明中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通的技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
如图1至6所示,本实施例提供一种烟气内循环低氮燃气燃烧器,包括:
风管1,风管1的出口端具有径向向内收缩的缩径部11,缩径部11上周向环布有若干空气喷嘴12;锥形风管2,锥形风管2套设在风管1的缩径部11内,并凸伸出风管1(即锥形风管2的一端与套在风管1内,且锥形风管2的外周缘与风管1的内周缘固定连接,锥形风管2的另一端伸出风管1向外延伸),锥形风管2的内部设有旋流盘21,旋流盘21与风管1和锥形风管2的轴线垂直,同时,旋流盘21与风管1和锥形风管2同轴设置,且旋流盘21的外径略小于锥形风管2的内径;导引风管3,导引风管3套设在锥形风管2的外部,且与空气喷嘴12纵向分离,形成第一混气入口13,导引风管3的外径大于空气喷嘴12的外径;具体而言,风管1出口端缩径部11的外壁不仅能对经第一混气入口13进入的烟气起到导流作用,还能通过缩径部11内壁面对空气流起到汇集压缩的作用,以提高空气流的流速。通过上述设置,本实施例将助燃空气分成两级,一级空气为在锥形风管2的旋流盘21内形成的空气旋转射流,采用该空气旋转射流的目的是在靠近燃烧头中心的部位形成一个混合气体的低俗回流区,可产生良好的稳定中心火焰的效果,还有助于强化进入燃烧头中的空气、燃气和烟气的混合;二级空气是由空气喷嘴12喷射出的多股平行射流,目的是增大空气射流的表面积,产生吸卷更多烟气的效果。
进一步的,本实施例将燃气分成三级,分别为:
一级燃气:一级燃气管4喷出的燃气,一级燃气管4位于风管1的中心轴线处,且垂直贯穿旋流盘21,一级燃气管4的尾端(即穿过旋流盘21的位置)周向设有第一燃气喷嘴41,一级燃气管4的轴线与风管1的轴线重合。具体而言,一级燃气管4呈圆柱状或阶梯圆柱状,在一级燃气管4尾端的外圆柱面(即穿过旋流盘21的外圆柱面)上布置有若干个(一般为4-20个)第一燃气喷嘴41,同时一级燃气管4的端部设有挡板,以此使燃气只能从第一燃气喷嘴41中喷出,第一燃气自第一燃气喷嘴41喷出后形成燃气自由射流,第一燃气的自由射流方向与风管1的轴线垂直,喷出的第一燃气与旋流盘21轴向喷出的空气旋转射流相交,实现快速混合。具体的,风管1内位于旋流盘21的入风口端设有点火装置7,一级燃气管4上设有与点火装置7对应的点火孔,第一燃气与空气旋转射流混合后经点火装置7点燃(点火装置7还包括点火电极71),实现燃烧,且由于空气旋转射流的作用使该火焰为扩散火焰,非常稳固,可作为该燃烧器的值班火种,用于点燃另外两级燃气,需要说明的是按国家燃烧器技术条件规定,燃烧器功率大于1200KW,须设独立点火火种。
二级燃气:二级燃气管5喷出的燃气,二级燃气管5与一级燃气管4连通,且贯穿缩径部11和空气喷嘴12进入导引风管3中,二级燃气管5的尾端周向设有第二燃气喷嘴52;具体的,二级燃气管5具有喷射部51和导流部,喷射部51与导流部贯通连接,且垂直设置,导流部与一级燃气管4贯通连接,喷射部51与风管1的轴线平行,喷射部51伸出燃烧头一段距离,喷射部51的尾端周向设有第二燃气喷嘴52,第二燃气管5环形布设于缩径部11上(一般设置3-8个二级燃气管5),第二燃气管5的尾端(即喷射部51的尾端)也设有挡板,使第二燃气只能从第二燃气喷嘴52处喷射出,第二燃气自第二燃气喷嘴52喷出后形成自由射流,第二燃气的自由射流方向与风管1的轴线垂直,喷出的第二燃气与由空气喷嘴12喷出的多股平行射流相交混合,喷射到燃烧头的出口方向,被值班火种点燃燃烧,从图1中可以看出二级燃气管5并非直管状的,而是有一弯折部分,二级燃气管5的入口端与一级燃气管4连通,向一级燃气管4外围延伸一段距离后,弯折与喷射部51连接。
三级燃气:三级燃气管喷出的燃气,三级燃气管均匀环布于风管1的外围,三级燃气管均与燃气集箱94连接,燃气经过燃气集箱94输送给三级燃气管;
具体的,如图1所示,三级燃气管包括文丘里缩放管61、自由射流燃气喷嘴62、燃气支管喷嘴63和燃气支管64,从图2中可知,文丘里缩放管61包括扩径管和缩径管,扩径管的直径大于缩径管的直径,且扩径管和缩径管圆滑过渡连接,其中,文丘里缩放管61、燃气支管喷嘴63和燃气支管64依次连接形成第一级三级燃气管,文丘里缩放管61与燃气支管喷嘴63的连接处形成第二混气入口65,自由射流燃气喷嘴62和燃气支管64连接形成第二级三级燃气管,两种三级燃气管环形间隔布置在风管1的外围,其中燃气支管64的另一端均与燃气集箱94连接,文丘里缩放管61的扩径管与燃气支管63喷嘴连接处形成第二混合入口65,第三燃气通过燃气支管喷嘴63进入文丘里缩放管61的扩径管内,通过该高速燃气射流的动能将周围环境的烟气通过第二混气入口65引射到文丘里缩放管61内,与燃气射流混合,并被加速,经文丘里缩放管61前端以较快速度喷入火焰中,被点燃燃烧。
具体的,图1、图2、图3、图6中所示,文丘里缩放管61的出口端设有一段弯管610,弯管610向内弯折,通过该弯管610将混合气流引向火焰中心,实现燃气的完全燃烧。
优选的,如图4所示,在每两个第一级三级燃气管之间间隔布置了第二级三级燃气管,第二级三级燃气管上的自由射流燃气喷嘴处喷出高速燃气,紊流状态的高速燃气流对周围烟气产生较强的卷吸作用,将烟气卷入燃气,与燃气混合,向前喷射进入火焰中。
可以理解,三级燃气管的布置有如下效果:
由于全自动燃烧器采用低压燃气供应方式(一般低于20KPa),低压燃气射流动能相对较小,通过文丘里缩放管61引射的烟气量有限,不能达到超低氮燃烧所需的烟气掺混量,但自文丘里缩放管61喷出的混合气体速度较高,可将混合气体送至燃烧头前面更远的位置燃烧,本实施例采用自由射流,来弥补文丘里缩放管61引射烟气量的不足,自由射流燃气喷嘴62喷出的燃气,可以卷吸更多烟气,射流的速度也因此衰减得更快,该自由混合射流可以将混合气体送至燃烧头前较近的位置燃烧,设置这样两种三级燃气管,能形成混合气体前后交替分布的效果,有助于减少燃烧头前部的燃气量集中,可缓解局部高温,有利于控制NOx生成量。第一级三级燃气管和第二级三级燃气管间隔布置,还能保证每股自由射流混合气体不受周围射流干扰,有利于卷吸更多烟气。
可以理解:高发热值燃气与烟气(属惰性气体)掺混后,成为低热值燃气,其发热值显著降低,燃烧速度和燃烧温度也因此显著降低,会产生显著的控制NOx生成的效果,这就是让外围燃气掺入烟气的目的。
同样可以知道,燃烧器在燃烧时,在燃烧器的前部位置,位于燃烧头中心轴线附近的火焰,因散热条件差,因此火焰温度高;外围火焰散热条件好,因此火焰温度低,根据火焰的分布规律,在燃烧头前端面上合理分配燃气量,即按照中心燃气量最少、中间次之、外围最多的方式分配燃气,以达到降低火焰温度峰值的目的。本发明将燃气分为三级,从燃烧头的轴心线依次呈环状向外围布置,一般中心燃气量低于总燃气量的10%,中间燃气量在20%左右,外围燃气量不低于65%,并采用大直径燃烧头,以降低中心火焰温度峰值。
具体的,在风管1的缩放部11、旋流盘21的外部,布置有若干只(4-24只)空气喷嘴12,空气喷嘴12沿圆周对称布置,空气自空气喷嘴12快速喷出,形成多股平行射流,采用多只空气喷嘴12形成的多股空气射流,可以显著增加空气射流的表面积,增加了空气射流与经第一混气入口13进入的烟气的接触面积,使空气能够卷吸掺混更多烟气,有助于进一步控制NOx生成量。特别是燃烧器低负荷运行,导致空气流速较低时,能保证空气流仍能卷吸一定量的烟气。具体而言,让空气卷吸掺混烟气的目的,是利用烟气降低燃烧速度、吸收火焰热量,降低燃烧温度,控制NOx生成量。由于本实施例的空气喷嘴12设置在风管1的缩径部11处,所以空气喷嘴12为异形空气喷嘴,且空气喷嘴12与风管1是相互连通的,本实施例的空气喷嘴12的横截面一般采用顶部为半圆的矩形,该结构喷嘴具有流通面积大、周长较长、制造工艺好等特点。相邻两个空气喷嘴12中间还设置有分隔板14,防止空气喷嘴12射流的相互干扰。
具体的,锥形风管2上具有径向向内收缩的外锥形面22,外锥形面22位于空气喷嘴12的出口前端。根据科恩达原理,从异型空气喷嘴12喷出的空气流,会沿着锥形风管2的外锥形面22快速向前流动,该外锥形面22可显著降低空气流动阻力,这样空气流就能够引射更多烟气进入燃烧头,该结构增加了空气射流对烟气的引射卷吸能力。
具体的,导引风管3与锥形风管2同轴设置,两者形成了内外同心的风道,作为二级空气通道,导引风管3的入口端处设有一外圆锥接管31,空气喷嘴12位于外圆锥接管31的入口端,用于将周围的烟气引入二级空气通道。
需要说明的是,进入燃烧器中的助燃空气其中一小部分快速流过位于中心位置的旋流盘21,旋流盘21采用与风管1轴线呈一定角度的多个相重叠的叶片制成,相邻叶片间设有空气通道,空气流经旋流盘21时,在叶片导引下形成围绕中心轴线旋转的空气射流,旋转射流具有良好的混合效果,不仅能与一级燃气快速混合,还可以与周边的混合气体射流快速混合,有利于实现空气、燃气、烟气的快速掺混,实现可燃混合气的快速燃烧,减少因混合速度低,导致的可燃气体停留、被加热和燃烧温度升高,或裂解成为碳颗粒等问题。
具体的,本实施例的燃烧器所用的零部件均采用耐热钢制造。
进一步的,该燃烧器还包括风机8,风机8与风管1的入口端连接,风机8由电控箱10控制,至此燃烧器的主要部分连成一体形成一体式燃烧器,其中风机8为燃烧提供所需的助燃空气,并克服燃烧时炉膛内的烟气背压。风机8进风口设置风门81,通过伺服电机88自动调节进风口87的供风量;风机8由电机86启动工作,在风机8进风道侧面,设置一小口径烟气通道,并配置烟气蝶阀82,采用阀门执行器83控制,用于在燃烧高发热值的湿天然气时,作为掺入少量烟气的通道,掺入烟气可进一步降低NOx生成量。
具体的,如图3、图5所示,在风机8外壳上安装有高压电子点火器84,通过高压电缆与位于风管1内、旋流盘21前部的点火装置7相连。在风管1侧面上设置火焰探测器85,用于检测点火成功与否,以及检测主火焰是否建立和保持。
进一步的,如图3所示,本实施例的三级燃气分别由两组管路独立供气,一级燃气与二级燃气由第一燃气管路95供燃气,三级燃气由第二燃气管路96供燃气。在两组管路入口端均设有燃气蝶阀92,因第一燃气管路95的燃气流量显著大于第二燃气管路96的燃气流量,第一燃气管路95和第二燃气管路96的燃气流量差别显著,一般配备两种不同口径的燃气蝶阀92。两只燃气蝶阀92的开度分别由两只阀门控制器93调节。燃气主管路9与两只串连的电磁阀91相连,并通过分支管路分别与两只燃气蝶阀92相连。
本发明的工作原理如下:
点火前,风机8启动将助燃空气送至风管1内,小部分空气通过旋流盘21变成旋转射流,大部分空气通过空气喷嘴12喷出,形成近似的自由射流。燃气通过两只串连电磁阀91分别进入点火管路和两只燃气蝶阀,高压电子点火器84在点火装置7的点火电极间产生电火花,点燃从一级燃气管4喷出的燃气,形成点火火焰,该火焰穿过旋流盘21点燃一级燃气,建立值班火种。值班火种在由旋流盘21形成的中心空气旋转射流的驱动下,引燃二级燃气燃烧,形成较强的主火焰,进而将喷入主火焰的三级燃气与烟气混合气点燃,从而在炉膛内形成了稳定的燃烧火焰。
具体的,该火焰的特征是中心燃气量少、外围燃气量大,中心与外围的火焰温度趋于均匀;充分利用燃气和空气动能,将较大流量的烟气掺入到空气与燃气中,降低燃烧反应速度,降低了火焰温度,从而控制NOx生成浓度。
当燃气为轻烃含量较多、热值较高的油井伴生湿气,或者其它原因,导致火焰温度较高,NOx生成浓度不能稳定地控制在30mg/Nm3以内时,通过位于风机进风口上的烟气蝶阀,引入少量烟气(FGR)掺入助燃空气中,进一步控制火焰温度,降低NOx。
为了更进一步的说明本发明的烟气内循环低氮燃气燃烧器的燃气、空气引设烟气的能力,本发明以2MW燃烧器为例进行计算分析,此处,只做额定工况计算,在额定工况下,该燃烧器的天然气耗量约为200Nm3/h,空气消耗量为2280Nm3/h(空气系数取1.2):
(一)燃气卷吸烟气量计算
三级燃气分配量,一级占10%,二级占20%,三级占70%。
这里主要分析三级燃气的引射烟气能力,采用文丘里缩放管8只,自由射流喷嘴8只,文丘里缩放管和自由射流喷嘴的燃气流量相等,流量为8.75Nm3/h,设喷嘴出口流速为v=65m/s,则喷嘴直径dj=6.8mm。
文丘里缩放管引射器的特性参数:喉径(缩径管)dt=20mm,扩压管(扩径管)出口直径dk=30mm,则无因次面积
文丘里缩放管引射器的特性方程
h—引射器出口压头,约等于炉膛背压,设为1000Pa。
μ—喷嘴流量系数,取0.8
K—引射器的能量损失系数,经计算K=1.5
u—质量引射系数,按照燃气引射1.0倍质量的烟气目标值,取1.0
uc—容积引射系数,取1.1
代入特性方程
H=10.6h=10600Pa
即喷嘴出口前的燃气压力要达到10600Pa,才能引射相当于燃气1倍质量的烟气,说明需要较大的引射能量(燃气势能)。
再计算燃气自由射流喷嘴卷吸烟气量,卷吸烟气的质量流量公式
其中m0为参与引射的燃气质量流量
ρa为被卷吸的烟气密度,设为0.646(烟气温度按300℃),
ρ0为燃气密度0.73,d=6.8mm,
x为射流离开喷嘴距离,根据设计取100mm,
计算得men=3.4m0,即自由射流燃气可以卷吸自身质量3.4倍的烟气,显著高于文丘里引射器,文丘里缩放管和自由射流燃气喷嘴配合使用,可以卷吸更多烟气,而且适应所需要的燃烧方案。
(二)空气卷吸烟气能力分析
二级空气经过空气喷嘴喷出后,可近似看作自由射流,通过空气自由射流来卷吸烟气。空气喷嘴12当量直径d=30mm,数量16只,空气量占总量的70%即1600Nm3/h,每只喷嘴空气流量为100Nm3/h,空气密度ρa=1.2,烟气密度ρ0=0.65,根据需要,要卷吸空气射流量25%的烟气,即men=0.25m0,则射流长度
该长度从结构设计上可以实现。
通过以上计算可知,采用多只空气喷嘴来增大空气与周围烟气的接触面积,保证了引射烟气量。
需要说明的是,上述举例说明只是为了更好的说明本发明烟气内循环燃气燃烧器的燃气、空气引设烟气的能力,并不是对本发明的具体结构尺寸的限制。
以上借助具体实施例对本发明做了进一步描述,但是应该理解的是,这里具体的描述,不应理解为对本发明的实质和范围的限定,本领域内的普通技术人员在阅读本说明书后对上述实施例做出的各种修改,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种烟气内循环低氮燃气燃烧器,其特征在于,包括:
风管,所述风管的出口端具有径向向内收缩的缩径部,所述缩径部上周向环布有若干空气喷嘴;
锥形风管,所述锥形风管套设在所述风管的缩径部内,并凸伸出所述风管,所述锥形风管的内部设有旋流盘,所述旋流盘与所述风管同轴设置;
导引风管,所述导引风管套设在所述锥形风筒的外部,且与所述空气喷嘴纵向分离,所述导引风管的外径大于所述风管的外径;
一级燃气管,所述一级燃气管位于所述风管的中心,且垂直贯穿所述旋流盘,所述一级燃气管的尾端周向设有第一燃气喷嘴;
二级燃气管,所述二级燃气管与所述一级燃气管连接,且贯穿所述缩径部和空气喷嘴进入所述导引风管中,所述二级燃气管的尾端周向设有第二燃气喷嘴;
三级燃气管,所述三级燃气喷管均匀环布于所述风管的外围,与燃气集箱连接;
所述导引风管与所述空气喷嘴纵向分离形成第一混气入口,所述三级燃气喷管处形成第二混气入口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烟气内循环低氮燃气燃烧器,其特征在于,所述二级燃气管具有喷射部,所述喷射部与所述风管的轴线平行,所述喷射部的尾端周向设有所述第二燃气喷嘴,所述第二燃气管环形布设于所述缩径部上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的烟气内循环低氮燃气燃烧器,其特征在于,所述三级燃气管包括文丘里缩放管、自由射流燃气喷嘴、燃气支管喷嘴和燃气支管,所述文丘里缩放管、燃气支管喷嘴和燃气支管依次连接形成第一级三级燃气管,所述自由射流燃气喷嘴和燃气支管连接形成第二级三级燃气管,所述第一级三级燃气管和第二级三级燃气管环形间隔布置在所述风管的外围,所述燃气支管的另一端与所述燃气集箱连接,所述文丘里缩放管与所述燃气支管喷嘴的连接处形成所述第二混气入口。
4.根据权利要求3所述的烟气内循环低氮燃气燃烧器,其特征在于,所述文丘里缩放管的出口端设有一段弯管,所述弯管向内弯折。
5.根据权利要求1所述的烟气内循环低氮燃气燃烧器,其特征在于,所述喷嘴空气是顶部为半圆形的矩形,且相邻两个所述空气喷嘴之间设有分隔板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的烟气内循环低氮燃气燃烧器,其特征在于,所述锥形风管上具有径向向内收缩的外锥形面,所述外锥形面位于所述空气喷嘴的出口前端。
7.根据权利要求1所述的烟气内循环低氮燃气燃烧器,其特征在于,所述导引风管与所述锥形风管同轴设置,所述导引风管的入口端处设有一外圆锥接管,所述空气喷嘴位于所述外圆锥接管的入口端。
8.根据权利要求1所述的烟气内循环低氮燃气燃烧器,其特征在于,所述风管内位于所述旋流盘的入风口端设有点火装置,所述一级燃气管上设有与所述点火装置对应的点火孔。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的烟气内循环低氮燃气燃烧器,其特征在于,还包括风机,所述风机与所述风管的入口端连接,所述风机的进风口处设有风门,所述风机进风口的侧面设有烟气通道,所述烟气通道上设有烟气蝶阀,所述风机外壳上还设有高压电子点火器,所述高压点火器与所述风管内的点火装置连接,所述风管的侧面还设有火焰探测器。
10.根据权利要求9所述的烟气内循环低氮燃气燃烧器,其特征在于,所述一级燃气管和二级燃气管由第一燃气管路供气,所述三级燃气管由第二燃气管路供气,所述第一燃气管路的燃气流量大于所述第二燃气管路的燃气流量,所述第一燃气管路和第二燃气管路均配置有燃气蝶阀。
