The invention discloses a multi-machine type piston ring assembly machine which comprises a rack, a turntable mechanism and a piston ring assembly machine, wherein the upper surface of the rack is a working plane, a reinforcing frame is arranged below the working plane, an opening is formed in one side edge of the working plane, the turntable mechanism comprises a turntable, guide wheels, annular guide rails and a locking device, the annular guide rails are provided with annular guide rail grooves, at least 4 guide wheels are annularly and uniformly connected to the lower surface of the turntable in a rotating mode, the lower parts of the guide wheels are movably arranged in the guide rail grooves, at least 2 piston ring assembly machines with different specifications are uniformly distributed on the circumferential direction of the upper surface of the turntable, the lower surface of the annular guide rail is fixed on the reinforcing frame of the rack, the position of the opening corresponds to the installation position of the piston ring assembly machine, and the locking device is used for limiting the rotation of the turntable. Background
At present, a piston ring assembly machine used in production is of a single type, one type corresponds to one piston ring assembly machine, positioning adjustment can be carried out on different types only through an adjusting base plate, and a gas ring, a scraper ring and an oil ring of an engine piston are placed in a groove of a piston clamp and then are assembled. When the machine type is switched, the disassembly and assembly of the adjusting gasket in the scheme are complex, the time is long, and the assembly operation cannot be rapidly performed after the machine type is switched.
Prior art a piston ring mounting tool (CN 102310388 a) was previously completed by the inventor of the present application, and the mounting tool of the prior art was used in a single unit and single model. The rotary table further comprises a protruding block and a stop block, wherein the protruding block is fixed on the lower surface of the rotary table, the stop block is fixed on the annular guide rail, and the protruding block and the stop block interfere after the rotary table rotates for a certain angle.

The multi-machine type piston ring assembling machine shown in fig. 1-9 comprises a rack 1, a turntable mechanism and a piston ring assembling machine 3, wherein the rack 1 is in a square table structure, the upper surface of the rack is a working plane 11, and four stand legs 14 are connected by utilizing a reinforcing frame 13 which is horizontally arranged, so that the stability of the rack 1 is enhanced. The lower ends of the stand legs 14 are provided with foot legs 15 so as to fix the stand 1 on the bottom surface and avoid collision displacement. One side edge of the working plane 11 of the stand 1 is provided with an opening 12, and the opening 12 is arranged on the central line of the working plane 11. The opening 12 is arranged, and an operator can observe the assembly process of the piston ring through the opening 12, and can timely find and correctly process when the assembly process is wrong. the turntable mechanism is arranged on the reinforcing frame 13 of the gantry 1. Specifically, the turntable mechanism comprises a turntable 2, a guide wheel 25 and a circular guide rail 21, wherein the diameter of the turntable 2 is the same as that of the circular guide rail 21. The lower surface of the annular guide rail 21 is welded and fixed on the reinforcing frame 13 of the stand 1. A plurality of piston ring assembling machines with different types are fixed on the rotary table 2 so as to meet the assembling requirements of piston types with different sizes. During assembly, an operator stands in front of the opening 12 of the working plane 11 of the rack 1, manually rotates the rotary table 2 according to the type of the piston, rotates a piston ring assembly machine conforming to the size of the piston to the position right below the opening 12, and fixes the rotary table 2 by using a locking device to limit the rotation of the rotary table 2. A connecting plate extending to the upper part of the turntable 2 is arranged on the rack 1, a screw hole is formed in the connecting plate, and a fastening bolt is screwed into the screw hole to enable the lower end of the fastening bolt to be abutted to the turntable 2, so that the turntable 2 is clamped. To improve the ease of operation, the size of the opening 12 is larger than the size of the piston ring assembly machine 3. A bump extends from the lower surface of the turntable 2, and a stop block 23 for limiting the bump is welded and fixed on the annular guide rail 21, so that the turntable 2 reciprocally rotates in a 360-degree interval. The stop 23 and the lug are in the same concentric circle, and the rotation direction of the turntable 2 is limited by the mutual interference between the stop 23 and the lug. In the present embodiment, the piston ring assembling machine 3 adopts a patent technology, namely a piston ring mounting tool (CN 102310388A), and 6 piston ring assembling machines applicable to different pistons are uniformly arranged on the circumference of the turntable 2. The central weight-removing hole 22 of the annular guide 21 makes it possible on the one hand to reduce the weight of the annular guide 21 and on the other hand to give way to the cylinder 31 of the piston ring assembly machine 3. In order to facilitate the use of the application, the quick connector is adopted to supply air to the used piston ring assembly machine, and the cylinder 31 of the piston ring assembly machine 3 only needs to be provided with an air pipe for connecting the quick connector, thereby avoiding the mutual winding of connecting rods of the cylinder 31 and being easy to damage.
When assembling the piston ring, the piston ring to be assembled needs to be placed on the working plane of the rack 1 so as to be convenient to take. According to the characteristics of the piston ring, the piston ring is generally stacked to a certain height, so that the piston ring is prevented from deforming. The piston ring assembling machine 3 uses the cylinder 31 as power, has certain vibration in the use process, can shake the piled piston rings, has dense personnel and material handling in workshops, can collide with a rack to drop the piston rings, and has no object maintenance state, so that the piston rings need to be carefully and lightly taken when being taken and used, and the working efficiency is influenced. Therefore, the aforementioned technical problem is not solved, and a piston ring frame is placed on the working plane 11. Referring to fig. 4-7, the piston ring frame has a "Y" shaped structure, and comprises a main board 4, two wing plates 5 and an adjusting block 6, wherein the two wing plates 5 are symmetrically assembled on the left and right sides of the main board 4 through hinges 71. The wing plates 5 are connected with the main plate 4 through torsion springs 7, so that the two wing plates 5 have a tendency of overturning towards the rear side surface of the main plate 4. The adjusting block 6 is installed at the rear side of the main board 4, is a hollow cavity, and is provided with a screw hole on the side wall of the top surface. The rear side of the main board 4 is provided with an open slot 62 along the horizontal direction, the height of the open slot 62 is larger than the thickness of the side wall of the adjusting block 6, and a guide rod for assembling the adjusting block 6 is formed from the upper wall of the open slot 62 to the upper surface of the main board 4. The adjusting block 6 is slidably provided on the guide bar and is locked by a locking bolt 61.
In the above technical scheme, the socket further comprises a socket 8, a longitudinal slot 41 is formed in the front side surface of the main board 4, the socket 8 is mounted in the slot 41 in a clearance fit mode, and a second screw hole 42 is formed in the side wall of the socket 41 and used for connecting a second locking bolt 81 to lock the socket 8. The rear end of the plugboard 8 is in clearance fit with the slot 41, and chamfer limiting blocks are arranged on the left side and the right side of the front end, so that the horizontal section of the plugboard 8 is in an arrow shape. The plugboard 8 and the chamfer limiting block 82 are made of hard clinker. When the piston ring is used, the inserting plate 8 is retracted into the inserting groove 41, then the piston ring is sleeved outside the piston ring frame, after the piston rings are stacked to a certain height, the inserting plate 8 extends out of the inserting groove 41, the position of the inserting plate 8 is adjusted, the front end of the inserting plate 8 is abutted to the inner side of the piston ring or the opening of the piston ring, the end parts of the two wing plates 5 are abutted to the inner side of the piston ring, and the second locking bolt 81 is locked to fix the inserting plate 8, so that the piston ring is fixed. When the insert plate 8 is inserted into the opening of the piston ring, the chamfer at the front end of the insert plate is utilized to clamp the opening of the piston ring, so that the piston ring can be effectively prevented from rotating, and the piston ring frame can be prevented from moving. The bottom surface of the piston ring frame is provided with a mounting hole, and the magnet is arranged in the mounting hole. The stability of the piston ring frame is enhanced by utilizing the suction force of the magnet, and the piston ring is prevented from tilting sideways due to slight collision.
