as shown in fig. 1, 2, 5, 6, 7 and 8, a preheater flap valve for cement production comprises a valve body 1 with an inner cavity 4 and a counterweight rod 9, wherein flanges 7 are arranged at two ends of the valve body 1, a valve shaft 6 is arranged above the inner part of the inner cavity 4, two ends of the valve shaft 6 penetrate through the valve body 1 and are rotatably connected with the valve body 1, two ends of the valve shaft 6, which penetrate out of the valve body 1, are respectively supported by rolling bearings, a valve plate 3 is fixedly arranged on the valve shaft 6, a fixing block 13 is arranged on the valve shaft 6, the valve plate 3 is fixed on the fixing block 13 through a fastening bolt 28, the connection is firm and convenient to detach, two ends of the valve shaft 6 are respectively provided with an adjusting plate 10, the adjusting plate 10 is fan-shaped, a plurality of adjusting holes 11 are arranged on the adjusting plate 10 at intervals along the center outwards, one end of the counterweight rod 9 is fixed on a proper adjusting hole 11, the other end of the, the swing angle of the valve shaft 6 is adjusted by fixing the balance weight rod 9 on different adjusting holes 11 to ensure even blanking and avoid air leakage, the swing angle adjusting device also comprises a barrel material pipe 20, a barrel material hole 29 is arranged on the valve body 1, one end of the barrel material pipe 20 is provided with a sealing shell 34, a barrel material groove 31 is arranged on the valve body 1 and is positioned beside the barrel material hole 29 and corresponds to the sealing shell 34, the barrel material groove 31 is conical, one side of the barrel material groove 31 with small diameter is arranged corresponding to the sealing shell 34, a sealing ring 33 is connected in the barrel material groove 31 in a sliding way, the middle part of the sealing ring 33 is provided with a sealing hole 32 matched with the sealing shell 34 corresponding to the barrel material hole 29, one side of the sealing shell 34 close to the barrel material groove 31 is provided with an annular pressing groove 27, a sealing gasket 35 is arranged in the pressing groove 27, the bottom of the pressing groove 27 is provided with a sealing air bag 40, the sealing shell 34 is provided with an, one end of the exhaust channel 38 far away from the pressing groove 27 is positioned between the pressing groove 27 and the poking hole 29, the exhaust channel 38 is connected with the sealing air bags 40 through the air conveying pipe 39, the number of the sealing air bags 40 is multiple, the sealing air bags 40 can be distributed in the pressing groove 27 along the annular direction, during assembly, the sealing shell 34 is firstly pushed against the bottom surface of the barrel groove 31 after passing through the sealing hole 32, therefore, the mounting connection between the material poking pipe 20 and the valve body 1 is realized, the valve body 1 is provided with the first bolt hole 30, the sealing shell 34 is provided with the second bolt hole 36 matched with the first bolt hole 30, the sealing shell 34 is fixedly connected through the sealing bolt 37 matched with the first bolt hole 30 and the second bolt hole 36, and the sealing shell 34 and the valve body 1 are fixedly connected through the sealing bolt 37 screwed into the first bolt hole 30 and the second bolt hole 36; when the valve plate 3 rotates or materials fall, gas in the valve body 1 flows into the material poking hole 29, the air tightness of the valve body 1 is ensured, so that the joint between the sealing shell 34 and the material poking groove 31 serves as a first heavy air tightness protection, when flowing gas flows out from a gap between the sealing shell 34 and the material poking groove 31, the sealing gasket 35 serves as a second heavy air tightness protection, when the gas flow is large, the gas enters the sealing airbag 40 along the exhaust channel 38 and the gas pipe 39, so that the sealing airbag 40 expands, and the expanded sealing airbag 40 can abut against the sealing gasket 35, so that the sealing effect of the sealing gasket 35 is enhanced; when the gas flow is too large to penetrate through the sealing gasket 35, the sealing ring 33 serves as third-time gas tightness protection, gas can flow onto the side wall of the sealing ring 33, the sealing ring 33 is conical, the sealing ring 33 can be tightly extruded on the side wall of the sealing groove under the action of the pressure of the gas, so that the gas cannot be leaked, the sealing effect is good, when attachments at the joint of the poking pipe 20 and the valve body 1 are difficult to clean, the poking pipe 20 is directly detached and then cleaned or replaced, the operation is very convenient, the subsequent use of the flap valve cannot be influenced, the gas tightness is good, and the blanking is stable; the sealing ring 33 is in a conical shape matched with the barrel groove 31, so that the sealing effect of the sealing ring 33 is better.
As shown in fig. 4, a poking cover 23 is arranged at one end of a poking pipe 20 far away from a valve body 1, a pedal rod 21 is arranged on the poking cover 23, a positioning block 22 is arranged at one side of the poking pipe 20 corresponding to the pedal rod 21, one end of the pedal rod 21 is rotatably connected to the positioning block 22, a heavy hammer 25 and a bent rod 26 are arranged at the other end of the pedal rod 21, a limiting block 24 connected with the bent rod 26 is arranged on the poking pipe 20, when the condition in the valve needs to be observed or poking is carried out, the bent rod 26 is separated from the limiting block 24 only by acting force of the pedal rod 21, so that the poking cover 23 is opened, the operation is very simple, and the blockage in the valve body.
As shown in fig. 3, a sealing device is arranged on the valve shaft 6 corresponding to the valve body 1, the sealing device comprises a shaft sleeve 18 arranged around the valve shaft 6, a valve body layer 16 and a fire-resistant layer 17, the fire-resistant layer 17 is arranged on one side of the valve body layer 16 close to the inner cavity 4, a fixing plate 14 is arranged on one side of the valve body layer 16 far away from the fire-resistant layer 17, the fixing plate 14 is fixed on the valve body 1 through a bolt, a flexible graphite packing 19 is arranged between the shaft sleeve 18 and the valve shaft 6, the sealing device improves the sealing performance of the valve shaft 6 when the valve shaft is arranged on the valve body 1; the valve body layer 16 is provided with a connecting rod 15 for fixedly connecting with a fire-resistant layer 17, and the connecting rod 15 is inserted into the fire-resistant layer 17 so as to stably connect the valve body layer 16 with the fire-resistant layer 17.
The valve body 1 is provided with the hanging rope 5, the balance weight rod 9 is provided with the hook block 12 matched with the hanging rope 5, and the hanging rope 5 can be connected with the hook block 12 during maintenance, so that the valve plate 3 is stably fixed, and the safety is improved.
Correspond valve plate 3 on the valve body 1 and be provided with access door 2, only need open access door 2 during the maintenance, then with the valve plate 3 directly outside the valve body 1 of back-out, can overhaul whole device.

1. A preheater flap valve for cement production comprises a valve body and a weight lever, wherein the valve body is provided with an inner cavity, flanges are arranged at two ends of the valve body, a valve shaft is arranged in the inner cavity, two ends of the valve shaft penetrate through the valve body and are connected with the valve body in a rotating manner, a valve plate is arranged on the valve shaft, adjusting plates are arranged at two ends of the valve shaft, a plurality of adjusting holes are formed in the adjusting plates at intervals, one end of the weight lever is fixed on the adjusting holes, the other end of the weight lever is provided with a balancing weight matched with the weight of the valve plate, the preheater flap valve is characterized by further comprising a poking pipe, a poking hole is formed in the valve body, a sealing shell is arranged at one end of the poking pipe, a poking groove is arranged beside the poking hole on the valve body and corresponds to the sealing shell, the poking groove is conical in shape, and one side of the poking groove with a small, disclose the silo sliding connection have a sealing ring, the middle part of sealing ring correspond to disclose the material hole and be provided with seal shell matched with sealed hole, one side that is close to disclose the silo of seal shell be provided with and be annular and compress tightly the groove, compress tightly the inslot and be provided with sealed the pad, the bottom that compresses tightly the groove be provided with sealed gasbag, seal shell on be provided with and be used for the intercommunication to compress tightly the groove and disclose the exhaust passage in material groove, exhaust passage keep away from the one end that compresses tightly the groove and be located and compress tightly between groove and the material hole, exhaust passage and sealed gasbag between be connected through the gas-supply pipe.
2. A pre-heater flap valve for cement manufacture as defined in claim 1 wherein a barrel cover is provided at an end of the barrel away from the valve body, a pedal lever is provided on the barrel cover, a positioning block is provided at a side of the barrel corresponding to the pedal lever, one end of the pedal lever is rotatably connected to the positioning block, a weight and a bent lever are provided at the other end of the pedal lever, and a stopper is provided on the barrel to be engaged with the bent lever.
3. A preheater flap valve for cement manufacture as recited in claim 1 wherein the valve shaft is provided with a sealing means corresponding to the valve body, the sealing means includes a sleeve disposed around the valve shaft, a valve body layer and a flame retardant coating, the flame retardant coating is disposed on the valve body layer on the side close to the inner chamber, a fixing plate is disposed on the valve body layer on the side away from the flame retardant coating, the fixing plate is fixed to the valve body by a bolt, and a flexible graphite packing is disposed between the sleeve and the valve shaft.
4. A pre-heater flap valve for cement production as claimed in claim 3, wherein the valve body layer is provided with a connecting rod for fixedly connecting with the fire-resistant layer.
5. A preheater flap valve for cement production as set forth in claim 1, 2 or 3 wherein said valve shaft is provided with a fixing block, and said valve plate is fixed to said fixing block by means of a fastening bolt.
6. A pre-heater flap valve for cement production according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the valve body is provided with a first bolt hole, the sealing housing is provided with a second bolt hole matched with the first bolt hole, and the sealing housing is fixedly connected with the first bolt hole and the second bolt hole through sealing bolts matched with the first bolt hole and the second bolt hole.
7. A pre-heater flap valve for cement production as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3 wherein the valve body is provided with a hanging cable, and the counterweight rod is provided with a hook block matched with the hanging cable.
8. A pre-heater flap valve as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3 wherein the sealing ring is tapered to fit the barrel groove.
9. A pre-heater flap valve for cement production as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3 wherein the valve body is provided with an access door corresponding to the valve plate.
