本发明的目的在于提供一种改性纤维包芯弹力纱线及弹力面料的生产方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出现有的面料在长期的生产过程中,发现目前就需要改性纤维包芯弹力纱线的生产方法,并通过改性纤维包芯弹力纱线制成弹力面料的需求的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种改性纤维包芯弹力纱线及弹力面料的生产方法,包括弹力面料基础层,所述弹力面料基础层的上表面铺设有涤棉纤维层,所述涤棉纤维层的上表面铺设有防水纤维层,所述防水纤维层的上表面铺设有面料网眼棉层,所述面料网眼棉层的上表面设置有面料网眼孔;
所述面料网眼棉层的上表面铺设有弹力纱线基础层,所述弹力纱线基础层的上表面铺设有弹力纱线纤维包芯层,所述弹力面料基础层的内表面铺设有面料内面疏棉层,所述面料内面疏棉层的内表面铺设有丝光绒层,所述丝光绒层的内表面铺设有精梳纯棉层。
优选的,所述面料内面疏棉层和所述丝光绒层之间填充有棉花。

b.梳棉:将经过所述清花的改性涤纶纤维和棉纤维分别进行梳棉,根据改性涤纶纤维无杂质、无短绒的特点,梳棉工艺采用锡林、刺辊低速,高锡刺比、较大的盖板隔距;锡林速度为460r/min,刺辊速度为905r/min;将给棉板抬高,给棉板后端抬高6mm,前端抬高4mm,对棉纤维进行梳棉时的锡林速度为410r/min,刺辊速度为930r/min;经过梳棉的棉纤维依次经过FA305预并条机、A191B条卷机、A201E精梳机得到精梳棉纤维;
c.并条:先对经过所述梳棉的改性涤纶纤维进行预并获得预并条,改性涤纶纤维和所述棉纤维间隔排列方式:棉纤维/改性涤纶纤维/棉纤维/改性涤纶纤维/棉纤维;

2、改性纤维包芯弹力纱线及弹力面料准确把握改性纤维功能特性,发挥改性材料抗菌、远红外发热、促进微循环、防紫外线等功能性,终端用途赋予纺织品某种或几种功能特性,实现良好的功能效果。

本发明改性纤维包芯弹力纱线的生产方法,包括以下步骤:a.清花;b.梳棉;c.并条;d.粗纱;e.细纱;f.后纺;
具体为:a.清花:改性涤纶纤维无杂质、无短绒,清花打手速度偏低控制,FA106打手速度由760r/min降低到680r/min,A076E打手速度由1240r/min改为1060r/min;FA106打手由锯齿打手改为梳针打手,以柔和梳理为主,保证在提高梳理效果的同时减少纤维损伤;
b.梳棉:将经过所述清花的改性涤纶纤维和棉纤维分别进行梳棉,根据改性涤纶纤维无杂质、无短绒的特点,梳棉工艺采用锡林、刺辊低速,高锡刺比、较大的盖板隔距;锡林速度为460r/min,刺辊速度为905r/min;将给棉板抬高,给棉板后端抬高6mm,前端抬高4mm,对棉纤维进行梳棉时的锡林速度为410r/min,刺辊速度为930r/min;经过梳棉的棉纤维依次经过FA305预并条机、A191B条卷机、A201E精梳机得到精梳棉纤维;
c.并条:先对经过所述梳棉的改性涤纶纤维进行预并获得预并条,改性涤纶纤维和所述棉纤维间隔排列方式:棉纤维/改性涤纶纤维/棉纤维/改性涤纶纤维/棉纤维;
d.粗纱:对所述熟条进行粗纱,粗纱捻系数为80-90之间,粗纱加压控制在145-155牛顿之间;
e.细纱:后区牵伸倍数适当偏大控制在1.21-1.25之间,摇架压力控制在280±5CN,锭速偏差控制在±50r/min之内;细纱机的总牵伸倍数为40倍-45倍

Claims (7)

1.一种改性纤维包芯弹力纱线及弹力面料,包括弹力面料基础层(1),其特征在于:所述弹力面料基础层(1)的上表面铺设有涤棉纤维层(2),所述涤棉纤维层(2)的上表面铺设有防水纤维层(3),所述防水纤维层(3)的上表面铺设有面料网眼棉层(4),所述面料网眼棉层(4)的上表面设置有面料网眼孔(5);
所述面料网眼棉层(4)的上表面铺设有弹力纱线基础层(6),所述弹力纱线基础层(6)的上表面铺设有弹力纱线纤维包芯层(7),所述弹力面料基础层(1)的内表面铺设有面料内面疏棉层(8),所述面料内面疏棉层(8)的内表面铺设有丝光绒层(9),所述丝光绒层(9)的内表面铺设有精梳纯棉层(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性纤维包芯弹力纱线及弹力面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述面料内面疏棉层(8)和所述丝光绒层(9)之间填充有棉花。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性纤维包芯弹力纱线及弹力面料,其特征在于:所述弹力面料基础层(1)的上表面铺设有所述涤棉纤维层(2)且所述涤棉纤维层(2)的上表面涂抹有粘性胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性纤维包芯弹力纱线及弹力面料,其特征在于:所述面料网眼棉层(4)铺设有所述面料网眼孔(5)且所述面料网眼孔(5)线性阵列的设置在所述面料网眼棉层(4)的上表面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性纤维包芯弹力纱线及弹力面料,其特征在于:所述丝光绒层(9)的内表面铺设有且所述精梳纯棉层(10)采用棉质材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性纤维包芯弹力纱线,其特征在于:所述涤棉纤维层(2)为改性涤纶纤维,所述涤棉纤维层(2)采用改性涤纶纤维与精梳棉纤维混纺,包芯氨纶丝。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性纤维包芯弹力纱线的生产方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:a.清花;b.梳棉;c.并条;d.粗纱;e.细纱;f.后纺;
