The working principle of the vulcanizing device is as follows: when a V-belt needs to be installed (the V-belt is wound on the template 522), the oil cylinder push rod 541 is in a contraction state; when the V-belt is installed, the oil cylinder push rod 541 is pushed out, the oil cylinder push rod 541 is blocked by the blocking mechanism 53 (namely, the push-pull air cylinder 531 of the blocking mechanism 53 tightens the movable plate 532 to block the oil cylinder push rod 541), then the oil cylinder push rod 541 is retracted to enable the template 522, the lower plate 524 and the middle layer plate 523 to move upwards so as to extrude the V-belt, and after the vulcanization process is completed, the oil cylinder push rod 541 is pushed out to enable the template 522, the lower plate 524 and the middle layer plate 523 to return to the original positions (under the; if the vulcanized V-belt needs to be unloaded, the locking mechanism 53 is released (i.e. the push-pull cylinder 531 of the locking mechanism 53 releases the movable plate 532, and releases the cylinder push rod 541), and the cylinder push rod 541 recovers the contracted state.
According to the V-belt vulcanizing machine, through the design of the slide rail system 1 and the plurality of V-belt mounting devices 4, when discharging is finished on 1V-belt mounting device 4, the other V-belt mounting device 4 is charged, and can be directly conveyed to the vulcanizing device 5 through the slide rail system 1 for vulcanizing, namely, at least 2 stations exist, and continuous production can be realized through station switching. As shown in fig. 2, one of the V-belt mounting devices 4 is above the first slide rail 11, and the other V-belt mounting device 4 is on the second slide rail 12, when the V-belt mounting device 4 on the second slide rail 12 completes vulcanization, the V-belt mounting device can move from the second slide rail 12 and the rack slide rail 22 to the rack 2 in the middle of the first slide rail 11, and then the rack 2 moves to below the first slide rail 11 for unloading, and the rack 2 above the first slide rail 11 can move to the vulcanizing device 5 for vulcanization.
The outer shell 6 is preferably arranged on the outer layer of the V-belt vulcanizing machine, and the outer shell 6 can also play a role in saving energy due to the fact that heating is needed in the vulcanizing process.

1. A V-belt vulcanizer characterized in that: the device comprises a slide rail system, a vulcanizing device and at least 2V-belt mounting devices, wherein the slide rail system comprises a first slide rail and a second slide rail, at least two material racks are arranged on the first slide rail, the V-belt mounting devices are arranged on the material racks, the vulcanizing device is arranged at one end of the second slide rail, material rack slide rails are arranged on the material racks, and the material rack slide rails are matched with the second slide rail; the tail ends of the first sliding rail and the second sliding rail are respectively provided with a limit stop; and a water collecting tank is arranged on the material rack.

4. A V-belt vulcanizer as set forth in claim 2, wherein: the fixing device further comprises a limiting device, the limiting device comprises a linear motor, the linear motor comprises a linear push rod, the rotating arm comprises a hole, and the linear push rod is matched with the hole.

A V-belt vulcanizer as set forth in claim 2, wherein: at least one the installation unit includes main motor, be equipped with first gear on the main motor, the first gear of main motor drive rotates, mobile jib one end is equipped with the second gear, be equipped with the drive belt between second gear and the first gear.

A V-belt vulcanizer as set forth in claim 2, wherein: the support comprises an opening and closing device, at least one end of the main rod is mounted on the support through the opening and closing device, the opening and closing device comprises an opening and closing motor, the opening and closing motor comprises an opening and closing motor shaft, and one end of the opening and closing motor shaft is provided with a mounting arm; the opening and closing device comprises a track cylinder, a salient point is arranged on a motor shaft of the opening and closing device, the track cylinder comprises a groove track, and the salient point is matched with the groove track.

A V-belt vulcanizer as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the vulcanizing device comprises an installation frame, an upper plate is arranged on the installation frame, a plurality of templates, a plurality of middle plates and a lower plate are slidably installed on the installation frame, a plurality of oil cylinders are arranged on the upper portion of the installation frame and comprise oil cylinder push rods, locking mechanisms are arranged on the lower sides of the lower plates and matched with the oil cylinder push rods, each locking mechanism comprises a locking mechanism framework, a movable plate is slidably connected onto the locking mechanism framework, a push-pull air cylinder is arranged on the locking mechanism framework, and the push air cylinder pushes the movable plate to slide on the locking mechanism framework.
