Background
The solid wood composite floor is formed by laminating plates of different tree species in a staggered manner, overcomes the defects of wet expansion and dry shrinkage of the solid wood floor to a certain extent, has small dry shrinkage and wet expansion rate and better dimensional stability, and keeps the natural wood grains and comfortable foot feel of the solid wood floor.
The compaction mode that uses commonly at present drives the clamp plate through the pneumatic cylinder and carries out the compaction, but this kind of compaction mode is only limited to the panel that the area is less than the clamp plate, needs the piecemeal extrusion when using on the panel that the area is big, and then causes the problem that whole extrusion is not unified and local perk easily.

Detailed Description

In the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, a double-shaft motor is arranged on the power mechanism, one end of the double-shaft motor is fixed on the chain and connected to the roller set in a transmission way and is connected with the rolling roller 9 in a power transmission way, and a rotating shaft 8 is fixed on an output shaft at the other end; the rotating shaft 8 is movably connected to the bottom groove 5 through a gear structure in a transmission way; and the power mechanism is connected on the guide groove 2 in a sliding manner, and the guide groove 2 is provided with a sliding groove matched with the power mechanism.
