Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of machining, in particular to a cleaning device for external threads of a steel pipe and a using method of the cleaning device.
Background
In the process of machining the external thread of the steel pipe, in order to facilitate the falling of chips and the emission of cutting heat, cutting fluid is often added in the machining process. After the tapping process is finished, the outer side of the thread often carries part of cutting fluid, which can seriously affect subsequent processing or detection; particularly, when the shape of the external thread is detected to be qualified or not by image recognition in the subsequent process, the detection result is seriously influenced by the existence of the cutting fluid.
Through the search of the prior art, the utility model with the publication number of CN 208321525U discloses a quick cleaning tool for external threads of pipes, which comprises a body, a rotary stressing rod, a press block mounting hole, a tension type tooth cleaning block, cleaning teeth, a spring mounting hole, a press handle, a fixed pin hole and a movable pin hole; the quick cleaning tool body for the external threads of the pipe is designed into an inner U-shaped groove disc type structure, the left and right of the body are symmetrically provided with rod type rotating stress application rods, the axis position is provided with a through hole with the diameter of 100mm, the upper and lower of the body are symmetrically provided with a group of rectangular press block mounting holes, the tension type cleaning tooth blocks are arranged in the press block mounting holes, and the pin shaft penetrates through a fixed pin hole formed in the body and a movable pin hole formed in the tension type cleaning tooth blocks to fix the same. When the cleaning device cleans foreign matters, the foreign matters contact with the threads, and the surfaces of the processed threads are damaged.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a cleaning device for external threads of a steel pipe.
The invention provides a steel pipe external thread cleaning device which comprises an air source control system, an air blowing cleaning system, a carrier roller system and a bracket system, wherein the air blowing cleaning system is arranged on the carrier roller system;
the air source control system and the air blowing cleaning system are arranged on the bracket system, the air source control system is connected with one side of the air blowing cleaning system, a carrier roller system for supporting and rotating the steel pipe is arranged on the other side of the air blowing cleaning system, and the air blowing cleaning system moves back and forth on the bracket system to realize the swallowing in and spitting out of the steel pipe;
the blowing cleaning system comprises a blowing cabinet body, two groups of blowing units arranged side by side and a bottom plate connecting piece, wherein the blowing units are fixed with the bottom plate of the blowing cabinet body through the bottom plate connecting piece;
the blowing unit comprises two nozzle assemblies which are oppositely arranged up and down, two nozzle assemblies which are oppositely arranged left and right and a nozzle fixing piece, and the nozzle assemblies are connected through the nozzle fixing piece, so that the accommodating space of the steel pipe is formed.
Preferably, the support system comprises an aluminum profile frame, a cylinder, a linear guide rail and an adjusting foot cup at the bottom of the aluminum profile frame; the air cylinder and the linear guide rail are arranged on the aluminum profile frame, the bottom of the air blowing cabinet body is fixed with the guide rail sliding block on the linear guide rail, and the air cylinder sliding block on the air cylinder is connected with the bottom of the air blowing cabinet body to control the air blowing cleaning system to reciprocate along the linear guide rail.
Preferably, the cylinder is a mechanical rodless cylinder.
Preferably, a first position sensor and a second position sensor are arranged in the cylinder and used for detecting whether the air blowing cleaning system driven by the cylinder reaches two limit positions of the air blowing station.
Preferably, the bottom plate of the blowing cabinet body is provided with two drain outlets, and the drain outlets are arranged on one side close to the steel pipe inlet and not right above the air cylinder or the linear guide rail.
Preferably, the cylinder and the upper side of the linear guide rail are provided with organ covers to prevent dust from falling to pollute the cylinder and the linear guide rail.
Preferably, the bracket system is provided with the air source control system, the air source control system comprises a control cabinet, an air source processing device, a two-way valve and a five-way valve, the air source processing device is connected with the nozzle assembly through the two-way valve, the air cylinder is connected through the five-way valve, and the two-way valve controls the on-off of air blowing in the nozzle assembly; the five-way valve controls the blowing cabinet body to reciprocate on the linear guide rail.
Preferably, the air source processing device is connected with the blowing cabinet body through a tank chain, and a blowing air pipe is wrapped in the tank chain.
Preferably, the carrier roller system comprises a support, a transmission carrier roller, a lower pressing roller and a motor, the steel pipe is located on the transmission carrier roller, the lower pressing roller is located above the steel pipe, and the motor drives the lower pressing roller to drive the steel pipe to rotate.
