Abstract

When the rolling shutter door is closed, the movable support post 4 works normally, namely, the function of resisting wind load of the movable support post 4 is realized, the difficulty of large opening width is solved, in the aspect of safety, a P L C control system is arranged on a driving mechanism of the movable support post 4, when people or other obstacles exist in the rotatable range of the movable support post 4, the control system automatically locks the movable support post 4 to stop rotating so as to ensure safety, when the movable support post 4 works normally in a vertical state, the lower end of the movable support post 4 is reliably connected with a fixed connecting device, and the driving mechanism of the movable support post 4 is locked to prohibit working so as to ensure use safety.
The rolling door device with the wind resistance capability has the advantages of simple structure, safety, reliability and proper function, meets the requirement of wide opening of the rolling door, reduces the cost of the rolling door, is particularly suitable for large-scale plants, and is particularly suitable for movable workshops.
