本发明为,一种能新风换气的节能门窗幕墙系统及可实现热交换的型材,尤其与铝合金或其它刚性材料制做的门窗幕墙有关,本发明还涉及到组成该门窗幕墙的可实现热交换的型材。

本发明是一种能新风换气的节能门窗幕墙系统及可实现热交换的型材,尤其与铝合金或其它刚性材料制做的门窗幕墙有关,本发明还涉及组成该门窗幕墙的可实现热交换的型材。
背景技术
已知的建筑门窗幕墙密封与换气是一个很大的问题,密封不严,漏风不节能,固定封死换气又困难,怎样通过门窗来实现新风又节能是节能门窗的一大痛点。本发明就是发明一种门窗系统及其型材,来解决这个问题,新风热交换换气节能门窗系统及其热交换型材。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构精简,型材种类少,能实现新风热交换换气的能门窗幕墙系统,本发明的另一个目的是发明一种能进行热交换的门窗幕墙型材结构
本发明的目的是这样实现的,框料型材1为多腔型材,扇料型材2,框座型材3,压条型材15,框料型材1和框座型材3可组成固定框4或扇框4,框料型材1和框座型材3 可组成中梃框5,框料型材1和框座型材3可组成Z梃框6。框料型材1构成窗框构架,根据不同的功能要求在窗框构架上装上框座型材3构成固定框和窗扇框4,中梃框和Z梃框,用压条固定上玻璃16,扇料型材2装上玻璃16和压条制成窗扇,在窗扇框上组装上窗扇构成门窗。框座型材3可与框料型材1组合成多种型材,可以根据设计要求灵活组合及调整,积木式组合互换性强节省材料,方便安装。
框料型材1的内部肋筋13上有散热刺条14,肋筋13与散热刺条14可以是一体的,也可以是各自独立的型材组合成一体的。
在框料型材1上可以安装连通两个型腔的跨型腔连通管7,使框料型材1内的型腔形成两个紧密相隔的两个独立的通道。室外进风口8,室内进风口9,室内排风口10,室外排风口11,新风通过室外进风口8经过进风型腔和连通管7从室内进风口9进入室内,污浊空气通过室内排风口10和排风型腔及连通管7和室外排风口11排出室外。进入的新风与排出的浊空气在紧密相隔的型材腔里流动时就可以通过肋筋13及散热刺条14进行热交换,这样门窗在引入新风,排出浊气的同时还能进行热交换,使门窗更加节能。
还可以在框料型材1的室内进风口9处配装多功能空气净化器12,从室内进风口9进来的新风进入多功能空气净化器12后净化后的洁净空气从净化器入室口1350进入室内,同时室内浊空气从排风口10进入排风型腔从室外排风口11排出,或室内浊空气也可从有热交换功能的多功能空气净化器室12的排风口1351进入多功能空气净化器12与入室空气热交换后经过排风口10进入排风型腔从室外排风口11排出,实现使新风洁净,增加负离子,调节空气湿度,消毒杀菌等功能,营造舒适的空气环境。

具体实施方式
如下是本发明的实施例:如图1-图10,框料型材1组合成门窗框架,根据设计要求把框座型材3安装在门窗框架框料型材1的各相应的位置,组合成固定框4,扇框18,中梃框5,Z梃框6,构成门窗框架,用压条型材15把玻璃16固定在一起构成固定门窗,装上用扇料型材2和压条型材15与玻璃16构成的窗扇,就组成了一樘门窗。
如下是本发明的实施例:如图7-图11,框座型材3可与框料型材1组合成多种功能型材,框料型材1和框座型材3可组成固定框或扇框型材4,框料型材1和框座型材3可组成中梃框型材5,或Z梃框型材6。可以根据设计要求灵活组合及调整,积木式组合互换性强节省材料,制作方便。
如下是本发明的实施例:如图2-10,框料型材1及其组成的固定框、扇框、中梃、 Z梃等结构型材的内部肋筋13上有散热刺条14,肋筋13与散热刺条14可以是一体的,也可以是各自独立的型材组合成一体的。
如下是本发明的实施例:如图4、图5、图6,新风热交换换气节能换门窗系统在该窗的框料型材1的室外壁上开室外进风口8,的室内壁上开室内进风口9,的室内壁上开室内排风口10,的室外壁上开室外排风口11,在框料型材1上的间隔的两个型腔之间装上跨型腔连通管7,使框料型材1内的型腔形成两个相连相隔的两个独立的通道,能通过型腔肋筋13,及其上的散热刺条14使两个型腔中流动的空气进行热交换,使门窗能引入新风,排出浊气的同时还能进行热交换,让门窗更加节能。
如下是本发明的实施例:如图1-图6,可以在框料型材1的室内进风口9处配装多功能空气净化器12,从室内进风口9进来的新风进入多功能空气净化器12后净化后的洁净空气从净化器入室口1350进入室内,同时室内浊空气从排风口10进入排风型腔从室外排风口11排出,或室内浊空气也可从有热交换功能的多功能空气净化器室12的排风口1351 进入多功能空气净化器12与入室空气热交换后经过排风口10进入排风型腔从室外排风口 11排出,实现使新风洁净,增加负离子,调节空气湿度,消毒杀菌等功能,营造舒适的空气环境。
Claims (5)
1.能实现新风热交换换气的能门窗幕墙系统,其特征在于:框料型材1为多腔型材,扇料型材2,框座型材3,压条型材15,框料型材1和框座型材3可组成固定框或扇框型材4,框料型材1和框座型材3可组成中梃框型材5,或Z梃框型材6。框料型材1构成窗框构架,根据不同的功能要求装上框座型材3形成固定框和窗扇框,用压条15固定上玻璃16。扇料型材2装上玻璃16和压条15制成窗扇,在窗框上组装窗扇构成为门窗。
2.一种用来构成权利要求1所述门窗的型材,是多腔型材,可以是断桥或非断桥型材,其特征在于:框料型材1的内部肋筋13上有散热刺条14,肋筋13与散热刺条14可以是一体的,也可以是各自独立的型材组合成一体的。
3.根据权利要求1、2所述的门窗及其型材,其特征在于:框料型材1为多腔型材,上有连通两个型腔的跨型腔连通管7,使框料型材1内的型腔形成两个紧密相隔的两个独立的通道;框料型材1上有室外进风口8,室内进风口9,室内排风口10,室外排风口11;框料型材1的内部肋筋13上有散热刺条14,肋筋13与散热刺条14可以是一体的,也可以是各自独立的型材组合成一体的;新风通过室外进风口8经过进风型腔和连通管7从室内进风口9进入室内,污浊空气通过室内排风口10和排风型腔及连通管7和室外排风口11排出室外。
4.一种用来构成权利要求1、2所述门窗的框座型材,其特征在于:框座型材3可与框料型材1组合成多种型材,框料型材1和框座型材3可组成固定框或扇框型材4,框料型材1和框座型材3可组成中梃框型材5,或Z梃框型材6,框座型材3可在门窗框架组装完成后再安上去,组装成各种功能框。
5.根据权利要求1、2所述的门窗,其特征在于:还可以在框料型材1的室内进风口9处配装多功能空气净化器1,或其他空气净化器。
