Abstract
The invention discloses a vehicle seat and a vehicle with the same. The vehicle seat includes: a seat foam layer; the seat sealing layer is arranged above the seat foaming layer, a medium space is formed in the seat sealing layer, and the medium space is provided with a medium inlet and outlet so as to change the medium content in the medium space through the medium inlet and outlet. According to the vehicle seat, the requirement of a user for adjusting the hardness of the vehicle seat can be met, and the adjustment of the hardness of the vehicle seat is realized by changing the content of the medium in the medium space, so that the requirements of the user for the riding comfort and the support of the vehicle seat are met, and the user experience is further improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of automobiles, in particular to a vehicle seat and a vehicle with the same.
Background
Along with the improvement of people's standard of living, vehicle seat's travelling comfort receives people's more and more attention, and vehicle seat has suitable hardness and can provide good confession travelling comfort and support nature for the user, but different users are different to the sensitivity of seat hardness, and when long-time driving, the great seat of hardness can influence user's travelling comfort, along with the consumer upgrades, traditional vehicle seat can not satisfy the user and take the demand of travelling comfort to vehicle seat.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving, at least to some extent, one of the above-mentioned problems in the prior art. To this end, the invention proposes a vehicle seat, the hardness of which is adjustable.
The invention also provides a vehicle with the vehicle seat.
A vehicle seat according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a seat foam layer; the seat sealing layer is arranged above the seat foaming layer, a medium space is formed in the seat sealing layer, and the medium space is provided with a medium inlet and outlet so as to change the medium content in the medium space through the medium inlet and outlet.
According to the vehicle seat provided by the embodiment of the invention, the requirement of a user on adjustable hardness of the vehicle seat can be met, and the adjustable hardness of the vehicle seat is realized by changing the content of the medium in the medium space, so that the requirements of the user on riding comfort and support of the vehicle seat are met, and the user experience is further favorably improved.
According to some embodiments of the invention, a media pocket is provided within the seat seal layer, the media pocket forming the media space within the media pocket.
Further, the media bag is connected to the seat seal layer.
Further, the height variation of the medium bag is not more than 5 mm.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the vehicle seat further comprises: a medium adjusting device for adjusting the medium content in the medium space.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the vehicle seat further comprises: a pressure detecting element for detecting a medium pressure in the medium space.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the seat seal layer is a mesh seal layer.
According to some embodiments of the invention, a heating element for heating the medium is arranged in the medium space.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the medium is a liquid or a gas.
According to another aspect of the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle comprises the vehicle seat.
The vehicle has the same advantages as the vehicle seat described above over the prior art, and will not be described in detail here.

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. A vehicle seat according to an embodiment of the invention is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
Referring to fig. 1, the vehicle seat includes: a seat foam layer 2 and a seat sealing layer 1.
The seat sealing layer 1 is arranged above the seat foaming layer 2, a medium space is formed in the seat sealing layer 1, and the medium space is provided with a medium inlet and outlet so as to change the medium content in the medium space through the medium inlet and outlet, so that the hardness of the seat sealing layer 1 is adjusted, and the requirement of a user for adjusting the hardness of the vehicle seat is met.
Specifically, the amount of the medium content in the medium space is positively correlated with the hardness of the seat seal layer 1, that is, when the medium content in the medium space is high, the medium pressure in the medium space is high, the hardness of the seat seal layer 1 is high, and when the medium content in the medium space is low, the medium pressure in the medium space is low, and the hardness of the seat seal layer 1 is low.
When the hardness of the seat seal layer 1 is low, the hardness of the upper surface area of the vehicle seat on which a user sits is low, and the comfort is high, and the hardness of the seat foam layer 2 below the seat seal layer 1 is high, so that the vehicle seat can be ensured to have sufficient support.
According to the vehicle seat, the requirement of a user for adjusting the hardness of the vehicle seat can be met, and the adjustment of the hardness of the vehicle seat is realized by changing the content of the medium in the medium space, so that the requirements of the user for the riding comfort and the support of the vehicle seat are met, and the user experience is further improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the seat sealing layer 1 is provided with a medium bag therein, a medium space is formed in the medium bag, the medium bag has high strength and good sealing performance, and when the content of the medium in the medium space is changed, the height of the high-strength air bag changes less, so as to reduce the influence on the appearance quality of the vehicle seat.
Further, a media bag is connected with the seat seal layer 1 to enable the hardness of the seat seal layer 1 to be adjusted by the media bag.
Further, the height variation of the media bags is not more than 5mm, preferably 3mm, that is, the height variation of the media content maximum and minimum media bags in the media space is not more than 3mm, thereby contributing to reducing the influence on the appearance quality of the vehicle seat.
Referring to fig. 1, the vehicle seat further includes: the medium adjusting device 3 is used for adjusting the content of the medium in the medium space so as to control the hardness of the seat sealing layer 1 by adjusting the content of the medium in the medium space, optionally, the medium is liquid or gas, and correspondingly, the medium adjusting device 3 is a pneumatic pump or a hydraulic pump.
Referring to fig. 1, the vehicle seat further includes: the pressure detection element 4 is used for detecting the medium pressure in the medium space, so that the medium adjusting device 3 or the seat sealing layer 1 is prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the medium pressure is too large.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the pressure detecting element 4 is disposed between the medium adjusting device 3 and the medium space, one end of the pressure detecting element 4 is communicated with the medium inlet and outlet, and the other end of the pressure detecting element 4 is communicated with the medium adjusting device 3, when the hardness of the vehicle seat needs to be improved, the medium output by the medium adjusting device 3 passes through the pressure detecting element 4 and then enters the medium space, so as to improve the medium pressure in the medium space, and when the hardness of the vehicle seat needs to be reduced, the medium in the medium space can be discharged through the pressure detecting element 4, so as to reduce the medium pressure in the medium space.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the seat sealing layer 1 is a grid-shaped sealing layer, specifically, the seat sealing layer 1 has a grid-shaped support structure 11 therein, the grid-shaped support structure 11 may be an irregular synthetic material, and the synthetic material has characteristics of softness, high strength and poor ductility so as to provide a certain support for the seat sealing layer 1, which may ensure comfort and support of the vehicle seat, and when the content of the medium in the medium space varies, the grid-shaped support structure 11 with poor ductility may reduce the amount of height variation of the seat sealing layer 1, thereby being beneficial to reducing the influence on the appearance quality of the vehicle seat.
Referring to fig. 2, a heating element 5 for heating the medium is arranged in the medium space for adjusting the vehicle seat temperature and enhancing the user experience, optionally the heating element 5 is arranged in a grid of a grid-like support structure 11.
According to another aspect of the invention, a vehicle includes the vehicle seat of the above embodiment.

a seat foam layer;
the seat sealing layer is arranged above the seat foaming layer, a medium space is formed in the seat sealing layer, and the medium space is provided with a medium inlet and outlet so as to change the medium content in the medium space through the medium inlet and outlet.
2. The vehicle seat of claim 1, wherein a media pocket is disposed within the seat seal layer, the media pocket forming the media space therein.
3. The vehicle seat of claim 2, wherein the media bag is connected to the seat seal layer.
4. The vehicle seat according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the amount of height variation of the media bag is not more than 5 mm.
5. The vehicle seat according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising: a medium adjusting device for adjusting the medium content in the medium space.
6. The vehicle seat according to claim 1 or 5, characterized by further comprising: a pressure detecting element for detecting a medium pressure in the medium space.
7. The vehicle seat of claim 1, wherein the seat seal layer is a mesh seal layer.
8. Vehicle seat according to claim 1 or 7, characterised in that a heating element for heating the medium is arranged in the medium space.
9. The vehicle seat according to claim 1, characterized in that the medium is a liquid or a gas.
10. A vehicle, characterized by comprising the vehicle seat of any one of claims 1-9.
