Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of correction belts, and particularly relates to a daily knee varus correction belt with a sole correction function.
Background
The knee varus is a common knee joint deformity, which seriously destroys the load balance of knee joint compartments, and the continuous high-pressure stress of knee joint lateral compartments can cause cartilage degeneration, joint gap narrowing and secondary osteoarthritis along with the development of disease conditions, so that the phenomena of abnormal gait, pain during walking, easy falling and the like of patients are caused, and the life quality of the patients is influenced. Mild genu varum deformity can be corrected by rehabilitation training, and severe patients can only select an operation, which takes a lot of time and energy. Even if surgery is performed, the lower limb lines of force are not corrected, and surgery is meaningless.
The existing night knee valgus orthosis comprises a thigh, a knee and a calf sleeve, an aluminum alloy supporting mechanism is arranged outside the sleeve, and the night knee valgus orthosis has the function of rectification, but is bulky and heavy, cannot be used in daytime, is made of a material with high rigidity and is strong in wearing discomfort; the existing knee varus and valgus orthosis is of a binding type structure and belongs to an external support with completely upright lower limbs, while the angle of a femur is 75-85 degrees and the angle of a tibia is 85-100 degrees when a human body stands under normal conditions, so the design of the knee varus and valgus orthosis is not completely in accordance with the human engineering and even not in accordance with the angle of the lower limbs after the knee varus; the splayfoot orthosis is only long enough for the lower leg, and lacks of femur and hip joint correction, completely does not improve the lower limb force line, and has little correction effect.
Through the above analysis, the problems and defects of the prior art are as follows:
(1) the degree of correction is insufficient during the daytime.
(2) Lack of overall lower limb correction.
The difficulty in solving the above problems and defects is: and finding out a reasonable scheme for correcting the lower limb force line and the correction strength endured by the human body.
The significance of solving the problems and the defects is as follows: the practical and convenient correction method is provided for vast knee varus people, ineffective correction and overuse are avoided, and serious psychological burden caused by unattractive body shape is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a daily knee varus orthopedic belt with sole correction and a using method thereof.
The invention is realized in such a way that the daily knee varus orthopedic belt with sole correction is provided with:
a plantar orthotic pad;
the outer side of the foot sole correcting pad is higher than the inner side, a first air cushion is integrally arranged on the inner side, the air cushion is connected with a first correcting belt in a hinged mode, the other end of the first correcting belt is connected with a second air cushion in a hinged mode, the inner side of the second air cushion is connected with a knee pad, the other end of the second correcting belt is connected with a second correcting belt in a hinged mode, the other end of the second correcting belt is fixedly connected with a buckle, and a breathable thin-layer waist support is clamped and connected to the buckle.
The foot sole orthopedic pad and the orthopedic belt are matched, so that the whole lower limb can be straightened, the straightening strength is improved, meanwhile, the comfort level of a user in use is ensured through the air cushion, and the leg joints and the foot joints of the user are effectively protected; the invention can be worn in the daytime, and the correction time and the correction effect are ensured.
Furthermore, a third air cushion is sleeved on the outer side of the second correction belt and is in sliding connection with the second correction belt.
The invention ensures the comfort of the user when wearing the shoe through the air cushion, and does not generate the tight feeling.
Further, the first correction belt and the second correction belt are provided with a porous cotton layer, the upper portion of the porous cotton layer is connected with a thin steel sheet in an adhesive mode, and a nylon layer is fixed on the upper portion of the thin steel sheet in an adhesive mode.
The correcting belt is provided with the thin steel sheet in the middle, the thin steel sheet can deform under stress, the correcting strength of the correcting belt is increased, and the air permeability of the correcting belt is increased through the cotton layer with the holes.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method of using a daily-use inverted knee orthosis with plantar correction, including:
firstly, wearing a plantar orthopedic pad;
secondly, wearing a first orthopedic belt from bottom to top;
thirdly, aligning the air cushion structure in the kneepad with the knee joint clearance;
fourthly, wearing a second orthopedic belt from bottom to top;
fifthly, fixing the orthopedic belt by a rear buckle;
and sixthly, wearing the breathable thin layer to protect the waist.
By combining all the technical schemes, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that:
(1) the foot sole orthopedic pad and the orthopedic belt are matched, so that the whole lower limb can be straightened, the straightening strength is improved, meanwhile, the comfort level of a user in use is ensured through the air cushion, and the leg joints and the foot joints of the user are effectively protected; the invention can be worn in the daytime, and the correction time and the correction effect are ensured.
(2) The correcting belt is provided with the thin steel sheet in the middle, the thin steel sheet can deform under stress, the correcting strength of the correcting belt is increased, and the air permeability of the correcting belt is increased through the cotton layer with the holes.
(3) The existing genu varum orthosis is made of large and small leg full-wrapping type aluminum alloy materials, and the appearance is seriously influenced when the genu varum orthosis is used in daytime; the knee varus orthopedic belt is made of nylon materials, only binds the leg, has insufficient rigidity and cannot achieve the effect of correction. And the knee varus is not only the deformity of the knee joint, but also the deformity of the lower limb line of force. In addition to the concerns of large and small leg correction, also needed to correct ankle feet, the present invention will address daytime use of a genu varus correction strap and ankle foot correction.
