The second end of the bushing support connecting bolt 107 is in a circular truncated cone shape coaxial with the threaded rod, so that the second end has guidance, can conveniently penetrate through a corresponding second cylindrical through hole (mounting hole) in the test fixing plate 104, and improves the mounting convenience of the bushing support 103 and the test fixing plate 104.
The test fixing plate 104 is an integral flat plate having a peripheral profile larger than that of the bush support block 103. The entire test fixture plate 104 is fixed relative to the ground by clamps.
As a preferable mode, a third cylindrical through hole for avoiding the position of the load transmission rod fastening nut 102 is further formed in the test fixing plate 104, and the aperture of the third cylindrical through hole is larger than the maximum radial distance of the outer contour of the load transmission rod fastening nut 102, that is, the load transmission rod fastening nut 102 can pass through the third cylindrical through hole. The test tool for the upper bushing of the automobile sliding column can realize the simulation test of the upper bushing of the sliding column in the whole automobile assembly environment, so that the accuracy of various bench tests is improved. The device has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, high simulation degree under the condition of the whole vehicle and the like, and can complete a plurality of tests of rigidity, fatigue durability and the like of the bushing on the sliding column.
